Description
An entrant in this year's GeGnome Race.
A department store special who has escaped the aisle & is spreading the word - be green & save the planet.
He has no logbook instead just expects you will move him, after finding him of course. When you move him add a good hint so he can be found easily. Don't keep him in your possession for more than 2 days as this is a race & he wants to be competitive. The game site is here: http://geocaching.com.au/dragonzone/game/gegnome_ii/
Do Not Hide him with a GC Cache - they are not compatible.
The relevant rules of the game are:
- Caches must be found and hidden by the same geocacher (i.e. no mailing the GeGnome to another geocacher to hide).
- There is no limit to the number of times a geocacher can find / move the GeGnome provided there are at least two other finds / moves in between.
- If a GeGnome is moved overseas and it remains unfound overseas for 1 week or more, the GeGnome mover may move the GeGnome back to the country of origin without breaking the "2 moves" rule.
- There is no limit to the distance other geocachers can move the GeGnome.

He was a pretty big Kmart special so perhaps he is now adorning someone's garden, hope so. Thanks to all those who moved him around the place.
I dropped by here today in case I had better luck than Sol de Lune. But although I searched all around (including places nobody had been for a few years except a lot of spiders!!), there was no sign of Greenie.
I think it's time to archive him I'm afraid

Grabbed the couple of other nearby moveables, but no go for this one. Co-ords had me in the middle of the road, so looked a bit further a field hoping to see something that matched the hint. A couple of possible spots, but alas no Greenie.....
Thanks anyway....

Hi Tuena. Greenie has found a new place to hang out with friends. He couldn't help but get stuck into a bit of gardening here as it was looking a bit messy. He may get some fishing in whilst here too.
Went on a very walk in Leura tonight - I was going to do the night cache here but being alone, female and in a dust cloud that made it hard to see where I was walking with the headlamp, I only got a few steps in and gave up. Found some new friends nearby though!
Being isolated for the duration of the GeGnome race, I was pretty chuffed to find so many GeGnomes in one night. So, not sure if they were wanting to go home or not, but they are off on another adventure now.

A last hurried move back down the mountains before the end of the race.
Greenie's gone!
Headed west, west, west . . .
Haven't seen Greenie for a while . . . will get in a final move before the races ends tonight.

I had these grand plans to take it to faraway places, but in the end I've settled for moving quickly rather than distance. New terrain is 1, difficulty is 1.5
Picked it up. It has a very young snail on it - it's barely got a shell, and is quite lively.

Moved to an area with no Gegnomes, but still plenty of cachers.
Cool little guy! He and his new pal scary (from down the path) Are coming with me.
Greenie has been rehomed near Henry Lawson Cave. You'll need to scramble up a few rocks to find him. In a 'V' with the nose of rock pointing the way. Check the photo for a spoiler.
This gnome travelled with us up to Newcastle looking for a home but we decided against dropping it off as there didnt seem to be much action up here. We'll find him a more productive spot tomorrow.

At least Greenie is watching his weight! I grabbed him and his identical cousin Goldie from the GCNSW meeting tonight but Goldie had packed on the pounds over winter. South next for you guys I think...

Greenie will be joining the Geocaching NSW Committee for dinner at the club.
Well if they start turning up any closer to home I will be finding them inside waiting for me! Will pass it on shortly. Thanks Tuena.
This guy was a bit clingy and stayed too long. Dropped where he won't stay long, in fact not worth looking.
Greenie or Bluey? Teal perhaps? Anyways, grabbed and swapped. TftG Tuena.
