Description

Groovy Graham is a small bright red gnome.

Even though Graham prepared for the Aussie sun by wearing cool dude sunnies, he forgot the sunscreen and he's glowing fleuro red.  So when you hide Groovy Graham find him a spot where his colour won't betray his location.  Record your find with a green tick and the move with a blue arrow and please move him on to a spot where he'll be able to continue his caching journey easily.

Happy travelling Graham!

After a couple of DNF's nearby, I persisted and checked on this one out as I wasn't sure after the previous log whether this cache was still in play or had entered hibernation given the last log was more than three months old. Seems it has also been collected and is awaiting a reappearance. Doh

This moveable was the primary reason for our trip down this way today, but sadly I couldn't find it.

I thought the cross was a memorial for someone who had died near here, so didn't want to go disturbing too much around it.

Groovy Graham is NOT at these coordinates, but I am such a newbie cacher I have used the coords of a cache that is very close by. Please note once you are at the above coordinates go to the right to the corner garden bed, Groovy Graham is snuggled under the biggest tree, left hand side of it, under a small log of wood and a little camo. At the moment Groovy Graham is with CBC#65 - a little racing car. The coordinates that my phone gave me when I was under the tree where Groovy Graham is were: S34 57.077 E138 36.774 (not sure how accurate these are, sorry).

Yesterday we had reason to decorate a fir tree. We noticed a group of gnomes were having a party near the airport and thought we would collect them and take them with us to enjoy the festivities. However, they nicked off so we went without them! We returned home to find they had had second thoughts and had come to look for us. Well, too late! For their sins they got to spend the night outside! They have just been allowed in, have already been poorly behaved (resulting in a broken shoulder and foot) and are going to be sent on their way later this afternoon!

Graham is well, but was part of the trouble.
