GeChamps the GeGnome
GeGnome ][ Electric Boogaloo is a game where geocaching garden gnomes (known as GeGnomes) will race around the world accumulating finds, moves and distance in order for their owner to be crowned GeGnomic King or Queen.
The game requires you to hide a moving geocache on Geocaching Australia on the 1st of December 2015 and then you can sit back and watch as your GeGnome travels Australia and the world. You can also help other GeGnomes by finding and moving them along at Geocaching Australia.
The game software will keep an automatic track of your GeGnome and will automatically calculate distances and stops as your GeGnome moves around the country.

Hadn't read the hint until just now but feel I was in the right spot, couldn't find him today.
Moved up to the Coffs Creek Walk in time for tourist season in the hope some GCA cachers will be coming through. He's not that far off the track, in the middle of a clump of fallen trees.

Grabbed off the table at the event today. Now to work out where to take it, either Sydney or north near Coffs Harbour in the hope a tourist will grab it over Christmas?

I got poked, scratched, stabbed, webbed and bitten but I found him! Took a good while so I took him with me or soon he'd be so hidden under the greenery and lag litter he'd never be found! Satisfying!

Gnome is still in place. They are hiding at the base of one of the plants, near a gap in the group of plants.
No sign of this or the other one that is supposed to be here this afternoon, though without a hint there are a lot of possible spots around. Gave it a pretty good look though in all the likely places. Sadly it may well be missing.

Went on a very walk in Leura tonight - I was going to do the night cache here but being alone, female and in a dust cloud that made it hard to see where I was walking with the headlamp, I only got a few steps in and gave up. Found some new friends nearby though!
Being isolated for the duration of the GeGnome race, I was pretty chuffed to find so many GeGnomes in one night. So, not sure if they were wanting to go home or not, but they are off on another adventure now.

#GA727 - 22:15; I was a bit slack myself in organising some gnomes for the race, but hey, that doesn't mean I can't collect them and move them while I get myself organised. I'd heard on the grapevine that there were a few on the move, but when they lobbed virtually in the back yard, well the opportunity to make a find was too good to resist. TFTg Champs2Monkeys

Out with another new mate enjoying the location...but not for long I would think
So, a funny thing happened on the way home from work.....Champs2Monkeys were out finding my gnomes....while unbeknown to each other, I was out finding the ones they had hidden. Funny old game this caching.....
Anyway, pulled up at likely looking spot and had no sooner looked in the depths of the hiding spot, and I spotted 4 sets of beady eyes looking up at me. All 4 gnomes were rounded up and brought home, were they are now spending their last couple of nights together before they are set off on their own individual adventure/s.
