Welcome to another of Dubbo's street art pieces.

This art piece is Kate Leigh painted by Poncho Army. Kate was born in Dubbo, but known for her association to the crime scene and the Razor Gang Wars in Sydney. This artwork is based on her mugshots. Kate Leigh is a major character in the TV series, Underbelly: Razor.

Liked this art work and learnt something too. Didn't watch Underbelly so this name was unknown to us.
A burning smell here made us wonder if it was the seat belt clips, they are certainly getting a workout at the moment!!!

#GA1646 - 15:15; Day 30 of the Alice Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune, albida33 and fitzy_1965. Today was a shorter run from Nyngan to Nevertire, Warren, Trangie, Narromine and on to Dubbo before heading to Parkes for the night. Sdl and I decided to spend the rest of the day in and around Dubbo and left our fellow cachers in Narromine. After picking up a few trigs around the outskirts, we were now headed into suburbia and picking up a few more caches, including a stack of virtuals like this one. Another artistic piece. Sol de lune

Found with LuckyL10n while on the way home from our Alice Springs/Darwin road trip....

Very cool, very life like I thought....and it's looks good.

Walked and drove around town gathering the required photos and enjoyed most of the art works. Some were to my taste, some weren't, but then that's art isn't. Its about what we see...

Anyway, a neat way to spend a couple of hours, which included a lunch stop...so all good and thanks No_Tomorrow.

Staying in Dubbo today for a couple of days on our way to the Event in Alice Springs and spotted this series. Grabbed a couple more of them this morning and enjoyed the artwork showcased here.
