At the posted co-ords you'll find a large bust/statue of Albert Einstein (14 Mar 1879 - 18 Apr 1955). Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist. He developed the general theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics. Einstein's work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science
Have a read of his Wikipedia page - that's a lot info.
To claim this cache simply log a photo of yourself or your GPS with his statue in the photo. Taking the photo from the posted co-ords maybe the best spot.

We are camping with the scouts at the Governor General's front lawn this week and one of the activities is a trip to Questacon.
After exploring all the fun activities and spending too much in the gift shop we ducked out the front to grab this cache. We even managed to get back to the bus on time.
Thanks for the Cache!

Night #1 and Day #1
With three events and a weekend off I decided on heading over to Canberra to attempt the ‘Most cache types in a day challenge’. After arriving Friday night and having a great night sleep, it was morning and I headed off to find the caches between the motel and the first event. It was a great drive across the country side picking up the finds plus the caches at both parts of the rest area where the first event was held. A fun little event for everyone to meet and greet before heading into Canberra for the CITO. Next, it was time for the CITO plus claiming the find on nearby virtual cache. After the CITO, I was up to 7 cache types already. Then, it head off to find a WIG and LB to add the next two types to the list before heading to the final event. At the final event, I had a delicious Chicken Snitty and spoke all things Geo with the other attendees. Finally it was time to get a mystery cache to make it 11 for the day. Just before heading back to my motel I passed by the GCA History series along the Anzac Parade. The 11 cache types found today were: Traditional, Multi-cache, Lab-cache, Earth-cache, Event, Virtual, CITO, Wherigo, Letterbox, Community Celebration Event and Mystery.
Day #2
After another great night sleep, I woke up and got started on working out where I was going to cache before heading home. I packed up the motel room and then it was time to head off. I decided on finding the four Adventure Labs near Questacon for an easy 20 finds. This didn’t go exactly to plan due to one of the WP’s taking about 20minutes to find the answer. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the bonus for the Reconciliation Walk Lab due to the amount of muggles passing GZ. These adventures as well as some other caches that I passed by led to a great day out. These other caches had been on the To-Do-List for quite some time and/or were a part of finishing my Project GC tables. I even managed to make find #2000 on the last lab cache I found today in Binalong. It has taken 5+ years to make this achievement. Now, time to head home, have dinner and get ready for TAFE tomorrow.
TB visit on all caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found today and for allowing them to bring enjoyment to me and the rest of the caching community. TFTC’s and TFTE’s

Here is a photo of my GPS sitting on the statue of the person who made its existence possible with his theory of relativity.

Enjoying a stroll around this side of town. I almost forgot to check for GCA caches. I've already passed all these. I'll pick a few up on my way back to the car.

A nice walk around the central part of the lake today with the family and Betty. We had planned to make Floriade a central part of this walk but it was too disappointing and we rather did an extended walk with lots of pretty sites and lots of caches.
#GA3023 - 12:25; After dropping the geohoney to an appointment in the city, I decided to collect a few of the GCA virtuals lurking in the Parliamentary Triangle while I waited for the pick up call. After a quick stop over at Commonwealth Park, it was off to Questacon for this cache. Parked in the five minute zone across the road and headed down to grab a snap or two of young Albert. While showing suss vulture around the area and to show them some local caches, we revisted yet another one of Canberra's great statues! They really enjoyed this one as well, as well as the GC here too! They kindly took a photo of me here before we walked back to the National Gallery for my bus. Great virtual cache - TFTC SdL!

Remember visiting this sculpture before for a GC cache that I never found. At least I could log the virtual easily. Worth checking out Questacon too.
What a great sculpture. Didn't see Einstein until we were nearly in front of him. Thought we were approaching a bird sculpture.
Thanks, loved this virtual!!

Came here with school this week and made the most of the virtuals in the area. Lots of other caches too and I had a bunch of about 20 students following me from cache to cache...this one included.
