Great spot for a cache. If we had more time it would have been good to explore the area .Thanks
Found. The container had quite a bit of water in it but the log was dry. Placed back under cover and the right way up, this might help keep the water out
Out in the PeuGEOt today in the Torquay area. Looked for a while and was about to give up as the GPS kept wandering. Then I saw the obvious place. The road is open so ignore Google maps saying it is closed near the bends.TFTC
Goldy and Jimmy are spending a few days in Melbourne to watch some of the round 1 AFL games. We are attending the following:Carlton vs RichmondCollingwood vs SydneyGeelong vs St KildaMelbourne vs Western BulldogsI found a handful of caches in the Melbourne city area and a bunch in Geelong since I'd never been down that way before. We picked up our hire car at 10AM and drove towards Geelong. We picked up some caches before lunch and then headed to Bells Beach and surronds before the footy game.We had just come from Bells Beach and I did a check of nearby jasmer caches and this was one.We came by and a quick find was made. A nice little reserve. There was some lollies and other liquid items inside so I took them out. Thanks for this traditional cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 4092 on the 16th of March 2024.I appreciate all the CO's who spend time and resources contributing to the Geocaching game board.Shoutout to the reviewers who dedicate time to make sure our game is safe and enjoyable.I look forward to attending GCACHF8 in Sydney in early 2025. Hope to see plenty of people there!
Instax souvenir is an awesome idea! What a pleasure it was to find this one on a lovely sunny day.
A nice and quick find was here today!! I noticed that someone placed a polaroid picture of themselves finding the cache in the cache as swag. Great idea Wind was out in force today so back to the car a go!! Thanks for the hide
I didn't realise the road was closed as I approached gz but it was obvious why as I set off on foot for the last part. Took a little bit of a search once I got there but was soon adding my name to the log. Thanks for the cache.
As I drove down the Surf Coast Highway towards this cache, it started to rain heavily. As I got towards the corner of McCanns Road and Horseshoe Bend Road, I started to notice signs saying road closed ahead. I wasn't sure whether I was allowed to drive the last 450m, so I parked the car near the corner and approached the GZ on foot. It was great to discover a new reserve area, especially as the sun started shining just in time. A lucky angle of approach meant a quick find of the cache, which was dry and in good condition. Will definitely be back to explore this area more. TFTC RedPaw64 & juc_cacher!
GPS was a little glitchy so it had me looking in a few different spots, but once I ignored it and just went with where I thought it would be, there it was. Nice spot to come with the family. TFTC!
My dad and I went looking for this and found it after a little search. Great cache hiding redpaw!
Had a good look round today. Then worked out from the GZ. Nothing found here today.

A quick stop on the way back to Geelong after maccamob's wedding anniversary celebration, the Day of the Week challenges and a walk in Torquay.
Out of sight of the only other people parked in the carpark while they exercised their dog, the cache was an easy find.
Thanks, RedPaw64 and juc_cacher

Found with +Wife today during a brief pit stop in Rice Reserve as we pass through the area.
Took the GeoMutts for a run across the grass, much to their delight.
Admired the serene views before seeking the cache.
A quick find in a great spot.
I has read some previous logs so came prepared with a new logbook in a zip lock bag. The old book was retired since it was wet and mouldy. *(We hope you don't mind)* All good here now.
Thank you for placing a cache here to highlight the area RedPaw64 and thanks also to juc_cacher for keeping it in the game.
Now we're off to Jan Juc to visit Rocky Point Lookout.

A wonderful reserve to let the GeoMutts out for a run. (On leash, as always)
Cache soon found with a fantastic view.
Thanks RedPaw64 and juc_cacher.

Hello lovelys. We found it on our little journey. We could not write our names in it, because it was wet, due to recent rains.
Thank you. From tt2s, olly, piper and dan.

Actually didn't find it the first time i went to look, but tried again and found it! Much smaller than 1l!
Cache found without any issues. Thanks heaps for the hide. All looks to be in good working order!!
It’s finally the rescheduled Geelong trip! Originally postponed due to 25km restrictions, we are now free to roam and set to explore. Ad labs, puzzles and spending some time in Queenscliff is today’s adventure.
Another quick find. A muggle vehicle was parked nearby but no sign of them as we quickly retrieved the cache.
Thanks juc_cacher for the cache.

Thanks juc_cacher for the cache.
A long overdue catchup with muggle friends in Geelong resulted in a weekend of caching with RoamingHowie, targetting AdLabs, solved puzzles, LGAs, and various others along the way.
Disappointing to see someone has churned up the grassy area. I wonder how they gained access.
Another find in this LGA - tick.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, juc_cacher

Nicely hidden but easy enough that kids were able to find it. Logged and put back on its hiding place
