Cache owner has not logged on since 2011 pretty sure this one is now long gone.
3 months since last Maint request, 1 more in case CO didnt see last one.
It is a fairly good spot for hides, so it would be nice to see a cache back there, be it by the CO or a new one for Christmas from someone.

On a caching afternoon with 3LG, I didnt have this cache on my GPS as I had filtered out caches which were greyed.
W had a fairly good look, 3LG said I was pretty much at GZ, we had a good look came up with no cache, but did find a few bottles to recycle for the deposit.

out with spyjordy, we had a previous finder with us aswell, no luck with the 3 of us searching.
Couldn't find.... Couldn't see much drift wood around, checked all driftwood I found
Cache left lying open for all to see
found a better location nearby but still easy to spot.
Left poker chip with cache.

The cache was out in the open when I arrived, unsure where it actually lives and the hint did not help.
Tried to place it in a protected area until the CO can check it and place it back in the proper place.

this one was a tricky one but a good find after looking 20 minutes for it with trades82. drift wood wasnt over the container anymore so it was replaced. note..... wear approriate shoes if the tides just gone out. (it can get slippery when wet)
Out and about with AZTHETECHIE Nice find, found a few other drift wood in hiding holes but find the right one in no time, nice hide.
While in the area to see the Queen Mary 2 leave, we made a quicik decision to look for this one using our iPhone. Grandkids, Bowen, Ioni and Alby were with us, and Bowen made the find. TNLN as we had no monsters with us. Thanks samric.
tftc sl. quick find while site seeing around the port (from western aust.)
dolphin was swimming in the area.
dolphin was swimming in the area.
Plenty of fishermen (and girl friends) trying their luck today but Mrs Irac found quickly.
Unfortunately she then sat on the log got tar on her shorts and wiped all over the car seat!!
The joys of caching!!
But a lovely spot today and worth the watch of a big container ship leaving.

Spent an enjoyable day with Irac- & Moses on the Move discovering the Peninsula and finding caches

Another great bonus on the peninsula. First time I have seen a container ship leave the Port and head out to see. Watched it from here and then headed over by North Haven SLSC to watch go past the breakwater. Caching is full of surprises so gave it a favourite for today. Thanks.
High muggle area on a public holiday. Had to look nonchalant scrabbling around the rocks!!! We were not hopeful then spied something likely and soon had cache in hand. TFTC.
Past the security guard at the gates - parked up and then another car parked next to us. patience exercise. Muggle finished his smoke and left. Then a quick scramble. No monsters spied, but cache located
First find for the afternoon after the yacht squadron's opening day. (We decided to go for a sail since my dad is the crew on one of the racing boats that you can see from GZ.) And had a nice day out on the water. After we came in we decided to find a few caches in the area. This was the first one of them. Goodness, when I was a muggle I had sailed within metres of this cache not knowing it was there. A great cache! TNLN. A great day for geocaching, and sailing!
Great camo, took us a few mins but had three cacher in hand relatively easily and then off to find another
Nice place to have a sit at night and just listen to the water noises tftc
Seventh find for the day, dropped Mrs E and the geokids off to see the Crows. Quick find. TFTC
I scampered up, down, back & forth. Read the hint again, checked the logs, tried thinking laterally about the hint, gave up and was about to call it quits. Then Brenno took the GPSr and it zeroed in right on the cache.
Well that took longer than expected... I took the hint the wrong way... its quite simple when you think about it :D
Thanks for the cache Samric

Took a bit of searching for this one but was very happy when Darknstormy said he found it TFTC
Got to the area of GZ but there were too many people about to have a scramble down the rocks for a look. There was a guy in a hi-viz jacket sat in his car about 20 foot away from the cache and some workers loading a barge up with huge metal pipes not too far away. Will deffo go back another day to have a proper look. However I did notice 2 pieces of drift wood at the top next to the car park - Not sure if these were the ones that mark where the Cache is?
Muggle Central today due to nice weather/public holiday. Didn't even attempt to look.
Easy find after meandering around the peninsula looking at boats and people and new new cars.
Took a cow (is that a monster?) and left a monster as instructed.

Scoped with Google Earth and did from memory. Parked car near GZ. Took a bit of looking, the driftwood really blended in. Left a smiley badge with a monster smile. Thanx

Took gps cadillac TB but there was no sign of the geocoin... maybe one of the last few people to find have forgotten to log it...SL TFTC

Really enjoyed finding this one, had great weather for, and the view was amazing
Found easy enough. Took Nothing, left an LED Helicopter/Rocket. Thanks for the cache.
Stopped in here on the way home from breakfast down by the marina. Looks like a nice spot for a bit of fishing one day. spotted a couple of dolphins crusing past too. very pleasant way to start the day. left TB. TFTC.
Clambered down the boulders for this find and watched a couple of nice boats come in.

When we arrived we saw the large pieces of timber and wondered if these were the pieces of driftwood, do they float? While we were there a very large ship was being maneuvered into place. After watching the ship we went looking for the cache. We took a trackable from here but the other has not been there for well over a year. T 1 x TB LN TFTC
It was interesting to see a big ship being turned by tug boats as we arrived. Interesting hide. Thanks samric
Found it, sorry it is so late. Found it with Bowz2 when he had dragged me down to the marina, again.... When we got home (4 hrs later) I completely forgot we had found it until he reminded me.
Bowz2 being a sailor of sorts tries to visit here every time he's in Adelaide to look at the sail boats moored here (and at the cruising yacht club nearby) as well as take the opportunity to watch any marine traffic / sailing happening.
Whilst calling in Today Bowz2 remembered that there is a cache here somewhere and upon remembering the hints decided to have a look around and stumbled upon the cache without the assistance of the electronic guide (GPS)
When Bowz2 found the cache Mags2 was standing on top of it at the time.
Turned out to be Great day to visit as there was 2 HUGE cruise liners in port and a sweet looking serious big full on racing sail boat moored just across from the cache.

Rode to this location late at night (around 10pm) thinking I'd be all alone, but turns out this place is a hive of activity at night with all sorts of shifty looking people coming and going regularly. Maybe I'm just being overly paranoid but I wasn't really comfortable leaving my bicycle at the top without locking it up while going down the rocks to look for this one. Didn't bring the bike lock so gave it a miss.
Will return again to give this another shot some other time.

Got off work early today so took the kids to the beach for a walk, then grabbed this one as a drive by on the way home. Nice day Nice hide, hope it remains here.

A great hiding spot and a lovely place for us to stop and rest our tired legs! TFTC. TNLN. SL
TFTC. Drove around to this one from after viewing a big cruise ship in the harbour. Sat for awhile here waiting for peoples to move on, thoroughly enjoyed watching the activities of the yachts
A couple of cars here but not near GZ so was able to find, sign, and replace without being seen.
Good hide!!! Cuz and I are having a comp on who can find more! I'm winning! Swapped red dice for army man!
Found It!
After a bit of climbing around on the rocks I spotted the cache!

An interesting walk, and our only one along a beach today... why was that? Shame really. Just as we were leaving some tugs went out to help push a pull a container ship in. Never actually seen that before, so thanks.
Nice boats nearby. Nice quiet spot where I used to sit and watch the ships unloading at Berth 6 - before they closed everything in and now you can't see anything! Oh well, at least there is a cache to find! TFTC. TNLN
Found it, second one today for Lacnanpop, took pink monster and left pink bouncy ball, had no monsters to leave. Graeat location, drifwood still there.
Found by Little Miss Giggles and Little Miss Sunshine. Great Hide, nice view at night and great fishing spot. TNLN TFTC
Elroy Jetson found the cache. Great hide, we had a police vessel zooming past us so we tried not to look sussed. Great cache for the kids. Thanks Samric

I had fun driving though the big puddles, need to keep that mud coat fresh.

I'm always wary of these types of hides, but good coordinates and a good hint led us straight to it. A beautiful outlook here late this afternoon, with a brewing storm and fading light. TFTC
found no worries today. Bonus was a couple of dolphins in the marina. No coin was found as listed. Thx samric for the cache. Never been to this area before.
Another place I had never ventured before. No monster boats or monster waves around this morning, just a little tugboat returning to the harbour. Found plenty of pieces of wood so it took a couple of minutes to find the two in question. TFTC Samric
