A well constructed multi with an interesting historical theme.
Quite disappointed not to have found the final. Really only one place it could have been. I think it might have gone.

We really enjoyed doing this one. Took us to some interesting info and then a good location at the end and a nice walk on a lovely afternoon. That's the last multi cache in Oamaru done. Thanks Bitsprayer!
Interesting info boards we didn't know existed. Final one needs some repair so I hope someone is looking after it. TFTC
On a caching trip with ingidayna to Oamaru and surrounds to get 1000 finds. A good multi. 29th and final find for the day. TFTC
Our last Oamaru cache 29 today of 140 since Monday night in Oamaru
Thanks for having us
Thanks for having us
Checked this cache out on a whim...took that hunch to what we thought was GZ and bingo - no GPS needed for this multi!
Started this one ages ago and finished it today by accident. Walked around and thought that this could be the spot of the final. After a brief search (and a bit help of the final hint) finally found. Thanks.
Didn't have enough time in town to complete this cache. That didn't stop me collecting the information at wp1 though. Took photos of all the information so will the coordinates for wp2 sorted for next time we are in town. Had been past in the car a few times and not noticed the information. There was filming along this road today so we got asked to move on at one stage so we would be out of the shot.
After discovering that vital information was missing at WPT2 I resorted to the PAF option and phoned the owner. He drove a hard bargain! For the 3 missing digits I had to supply him with the coords on one of my caches! (He had previously found it but had since lost his record of the coords). Nice to be able to sign this cache off on this visit to Oamaru. Thank you Bitsprayer.
Came across a technical difficulty with this cache. It seems that the sign with the data for J K & L has been removed.
Almost missed WP2, eyes closed. All very interesting. The over sized water pipes also served a lot of machinery in the township such as wool mills
It's hard to find time for doing multis when on a flying visit, but glad we did this one, very interesting. TFTC.
#1098 (7/22 Oamaru to Dunedin). Hadn't planned to do any multis (time was short) but picked up the first two WPs on foot and decided to polish it off. TFTC. Interesting history.
This one certainly took us for a bit of a walk. All worked out well and found the cache aftre a bit of poking around. TFTC
Walked this one starting from the gardens intending to find the Little Niagra on the way. Found the sometime fountain but not the cache so continued on to Old Oamaru. Having found WP3 and realising we were close to Janet Frame's house, we popped in for a visit. Liked the final clue. Swapped super glue for nails!
A nice three part cache, collected the bits while passing enroute to other caches around the place. Luckily, the final was near the route home so stopped by and signed the log. The photo's at the finish show a very different bit of Oamaru than today! Thanks.
Another nicely themed cache. Took two days, doing bits while doing other ones nearby, but still ended up going back on myself. TNLN, Thanks.
Found with N!mrod today, after searching in this exact place yesterday! Maybe we were there at the same time as the other cacher who hadn't yet put it back... or maybe we only had a boy's look... glad to have knocked it off either way.
Found second time around, done the previous work so was a drive to and search
Thanks

Interesting multi.... final took a bit of searching, but we got it in the end TNLN... thanks!
Started this earlier in the day at the festivities, and managed to head out after dinner this evening to collect the final. Thanks for an interesting multi. Cheers Gav [2727]
This is a great cache - more people should do it! Waypoints fit in nicely with other caches around town, it takes you to some historic buildings and sites with really good information panels, so come on people, try this cache! TNLN TFTC
Did WP1 a few weeks ago but that was before the correction and WP2 was out to sea! Using the corrected puzzle found WP2 and the final quickly.
Enjoyed the history at the WP locations. For a multi it was quick to do. Helped that muggles and traffic were mostly absent. TFTC TNLN
Thanks, a nice quickish multi cache. Haha nice big spiders on the containers. TFTC
1812. This was an interesting multi providing us with lots of good information. It was a great final spot. We arrived at the end at 9.15pm.
Thanks

Fitted in the waypoints around collecting a few other caches. Always enjoy reading these bits of history, and they are nicely presented in Oamaru. Thanks.
I guess its my turn to be the Beta tester, did the first sign and then it lead me way out to sea and I didn't feel like swimming at night.
I knew where the second sign was and from then it was all fine.
Never knew all the history, very interesting sign at GZ about having wooden pipes for water due to steel shortages and from the photos via torchlight were not small or short.
