Once again, claiming a cache is not there as a rock was found with some glue on it, is asking for trouble .
On investigation, the cache is fully there in the correct position repositioned by the previous finder .
Everything in place including log book within a zip lock bag , pencil and swaps.
At least this latest attempt by the cacher didn't place another cache and claim a smiley. Got a habit of doing this !

I fear that this one may be gone.
We found a likely spot and a likely object that looks like it had something attached with adhesive.
Nothing else to be found here today.
Thanks.

We climbed that hill, looked, found something that looked like it once had something attached, but could find nothing else.
I was up here taking in the great views and checking out the trig, but I couldn't put my hands on this one.
May be next time as this place is worth a revisit.

Grrr this isn't how we had planned our caching blitz, two DNF in a row. Top place for a cache, just too good for us today.
Being a nice cool day, we decided to head out to Junee, to pick up a few caches in the area.
Cache was found quickly, and in good condition. Great views from GZ.
Many thanks for placing this cache, the farmers 5, for us and others to find.

I'm doing a GeoCaching tourist trip - The GeoSchnauzers and I are off to Wagga Wagga and surrounds, just under 200 kms from home. It's Monday morning, and we're off in good time. Once out of Canberra, the first cache I haven't found is past Yass. I've booked into a cheap motel which will accept the dogs, I'm kitted up with dog gear, geocaching gear, computer gear, for geocaching, and even gear for me to wear.
Thursday. It' s another beautiful day, sunny, and promising to be a lot cooler than was yesterday. Today, the GeoSchnauzers and I are going home. We'll head out on the Olympic Highway. I'm again intending to see things other than caches, and to undertake some short walks for myself and the GeoDogs.
No 7 of 24 today. What a great cache!! The cache itself was easy, but the views were tremendous!!! I drove slowly up the hill, trying not to fall off the road while looking at the vistas (yeah, good description). I parked down the hill a bit, and took the GeoSchnauzers for a walk up the hill. We saw marvellous views on the way, and enjoyed also the rock formations at the top. More views were had while signing the cache, and on walking back to the car. Have a favorite point!! Thanks for this one.

Felt very conspicuous walking to this one, feel like I went the wrong way. Beautiful place. Tftc!
Found on our Wagga Wagga trip. On our way to Junee now, so we quickly pulled off the main road to come up this hill. This was a fantastic drive with lots of beautiful houses and green hills. A short easy walk up the main hill to the summit, where the cache was quickly found. Nicely done. Loved the area for this one. TNLNSL. TFTC the farmers 5!
Thanks farmers5 for the hunt today, a couple of muggles looked at me strange, but I pretended to take photos lol, great hide TNLN
[:(!] While in Wagga for the week I picked a few caches and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

The long weekend has arrived for us Canberrans, so what better way to spend it than to team up once again with Rapidlywild and set off for Wagga and surrounds for what was to be another epic geomission?
RW did the driving-so we just had to make sure she was topped up with water and “Mother” from the esky to keep her going safely, whilst I provided the entertainment lol [:O)] We had a great day’s caching on Saturday, and Sunday’s effort ended in an epic 22hr day at 7am Monday when we arrived back home with a swag of finds and big caching hangover lol. Craziness! [:O)]
Moving right along with our geomission and this one was a quick diversion before lunch. After parking the car up the top, it was then just a short stroll to GZ. RW got quite excited about the GCA trig photo op, so then after that it was on with the search for the cache, which was then in hand quite quickly [^] SL, replaced and then we were off for lunch
Thanks for yet another, the farmers 5

A long weekend in the ACT, well that only means 1 thing..... GO CACHING !!! So it was specimenX and myself off again, target - Wagga Wagga, Junee and Gundagai. We headed off on Saturday morning and collected along our travels. We spent the Saturday and Sunday caching around Wagga Wagga and Junee then we moved over to Gundagai on Sunday night and didn't get home until 7:00am on Monday morning.
We visited the Monte Cristo Homestead which was awesome and also visited the Junee Chocolate Factory which was also an experience. On the Saturday, the Junee Chocolate Factory got their name into the Guinness Book Of Records with the longest string of liquorice attempt (well over 519m which is the current record) and we were advised they were successful. How cool is that? We brought some chocolate of course and continued our travels.
As we usually do on our adventures, we visited lots of cemeteries and we actually visited one that gave us the real creeps, which doesn't usually happen to us. All in all we had a brilliant weekend and we are definitely suffering a caching hangover today. Lots of laughs, lots of stupidness and an all round great weekend
Onto the cache:
Decided to swing past this one and grab it before lunch. Grabbed some images of the trig up here also for GCA. Cache was located by specimenX, signed and returned in haste fashion. Off to lunch we go
Thanks for placing this cache for us to collect the farmers 5

Beautiful view, nice short hike, now we know what a trig is Kids got to swap out their treasures here which is half the fun for them lol
TaurusSix spotted the cache but I missed it. Luckily TaurusSix insisted and I was proven wrong.
Got that ole travel urge again and the need for some new uncharted places. So Victoria here I come. Travelling down the Hume Highway then West to Wagga Wagga then on to Albury. and all points South to pick up some more caches on the HCRT Series, and also find other caches on the way. Finally arrived. Found while wending my way home. Great Views, Some of the Houses speak about Wow Factor, Nice Cache, TFTC

Found while doing the nearby GCA trig. Some of the properties here have great views! Didn't hang about as the breeze made it chilly. Thanks.

Mr Bushies2 went there by himself as it was too wet for me to walk through the wet grass as my boots aren't water proof...he found it easily. Thanks the farmers 5.
We'd came by here earlier but the looks from a couple of guys spraying the roadside weeds made us reconsider, so we came by later. Some nice places up here, all with nice views. TFTC Farmers 5.
Wonderful view up here, but it was very early so fog was thick. Lifted the first rock.. And ding! There it was.
More great views of the surrounding area. Took a few minutes to ensure we were in the right place, but once that was sorted, it was short walk and a quick find.
Thanks farmers 5....this counted for 2 with the nearby trig.

Was busy chatting away with Team Haveanez on a days drive and over shot the turn up to this one. Did a quick u turn and made our way to the top past some nice houses with pleasant views.
Didn't take long to find the cache after we navigated the long grass.
TNLN, Cheers.

#1042 @ 5.10pm. Great views from this place. The last couple of caching runs we've been to a couple of high points and were expecting a trig point only to be disappointed - today turned that around. The GeoPrincess decided to stay in the NinjaGolf playing her DS whilst Dad & the Queen braved grass seeds, prickles and arachnids. We were quite envious of nearby residences which have pretty darn good views of the area. TNLNSL TFTC the farmers 5
Was very sus trying to get close to Ground Zero on this one.
We parked the car in a Muggle free zone and Lostmonster walked it in to GZ and found the well hidden cache.
A niced spot for a cache, many thanks.

Was a bit confusing to get to this one. Found it after a bit of scrambling. Quite apt to place a geocache in the vacinity of a geodetic station.
Yeah! I did a victory dance on the rocks after finding this one... so many places to look!
Managed to find a somewhat convenient parking area approx 100m from GZ and proceeded on foot. Found the cache without too much effort and enjoyed the views for a bit before moving on. Great spot. TFTC.
Although we had a great weekend at the Mega Event at Easter, we didnt actually get a lot of caching done. We promised ourselves we'd head back to Wagga for a weekend of caching, and here we are! We found the geodetic marker without much trouble, but just couldn't find the cache itslef. We came across something that makes us think it may have been muggled, despite there being a recent find logged. We hunted high and low, but just couldnt find it. We'll email the owner with the info on what we found, to see if they can confirm whether it's still in place or not.
After initially driving up the wrong road to get to the top we had a pleasant detour to a nearby olive plantation to buy some produce. We eventually took the correct road around to the top of the hill and could eventually enjoy the view. The find tooka lot longer than it should have, our persistance being rewarded with a find in a spot we must have passed by several times.
The vistas looked good today, took a couple of metres of movie tape whilst we took in the view. After negotiating Joe Blake territory, we found the hide pretty quick smart. Also met Charlie the dog on the way back to the car. Swaggie2 wanted to take him home! Thanks to Farrmers for the find.
Quick find at 1240. Feeling a little lonely today as I tackled 18 and did not come across another Geocacher. TNLNSL TFTC
Lovely Vista. You don't want to miss the only entry to the metropolis. We did. We then proceeded to drive around the block. After the cache, we needed petrol. [:0] Clear skies.
A nice quick find after stopping at the nearby Trig to take some photos of the lovely view. A pleasant diversion off the main road into a lovely little subdivision. Thanks for the cache The Farmers 5

Met Sunshine Toledo as I walked towards this cache & the Trig. The locals were busy mowing so didn't seem to be concerned with all these strangers about, thanks.

What a windy road. A very friendly little Charlie dog came out from a neighbouring property to say hello. He seemed sad when we left.
Last one for the day (# 40 for today!). Lovely area, great views, bit worried about the moving brown sticks, but luckily didn't see any. There was a friendly dog, maybe she kept them away! Great spot. TFTC.

No moving brown sticks, just black hoses. Luckily the hoses had blue stripes, no chance of them moving, phew!
This Is the best view of Brucedale that I have ever had! Well worth the walk.
this is why I go geocaching. nice walk, nice views.
I could easily live up here.
We parked on the northernside of the GZ and walked along the mowed trail through the damp morning grass on our way home from the Mega Event.
no moving sticks this morning
took a photo and co-ords of the trig for a GCA credit as well.

A bum steer by my GPS had me take the long way around to get here from Bomen. Once in the area, it was an easy walk from where I parked. The cache itself is not quite as originally intended, so I hid it as best I could.
