Had high hopes for this being our tenth Wingaap archived cache. The Camp Mountain Rd appears to have been closed for some time so a 600m uphill walk had us hoping. Could see where it had been tethered but no cache. Thanks for the exercise.
Unable to maintain.
Ive adopted out other caches only to have them flicked on to someone else.
Archiving rather than burdening others.

Parked right near GZ. KerriMG grabbed this one as I watch on encouragingly. TFTC wingaap
Out for an early morning caching adventure with nikid1. After finding the two caches at the top of the mountain we couldn't drive past & not collect the two here as well. Don't think we could have parked much closer to this one although my phone led me in the opposite direction initially. Once I was back on track it was a quick find of a nicely camo'd container.
Thanks for the cache wingaap

We came to the lookout to have our lunch on Mother's day. This location was a little quieter than other area so we were able to find a picnic table with ease. The views were amazing. The city just seemed to be popping out of the bushes. After our BBQ lunch, we walked down to find this one first. A nice quick and easy find. TFTC.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I took a drive west along Mount Nebo Road to do some hiking. We first visited Westridge Outlook lookout, and then returned to then take the hike to Mount Nebo lookout. Following lunch, we then made stops at Camp Mountain Park, and then Enoggera Reservoir to complete the Adventure Lab in that vicinity. A final stop to see the dam saw the day out for us.
We managed to reposition our vehicle, and parked just next to the gate (and this geocache!). The cache was a quick find due to its logical hiding spot, although it had nice outer camouflage. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks wingaap for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Spending the morning in the bush admiring the scenery and views, I was reminded of how much I love finding caches in this environment. Making my way to this one, I kept thinking I must almost be at the top, there was always just a bit more!
I found this cache quite quickly, log signed and cache replaced as found.
Thanks wingaap for adding to my morning adventure!

After attending an Celebration Event at Billie's Bay I headed of to find a few caches. Up the side track and found a safe park, then off to find the cache. It was an easy find but I didn't realize at first how to get it. Eye balled the cache then realised how to get it in my hot little hand so I could sign the log. Everything done and cache replaced as found. TFTC
After walking through the bush and having a picnic, we walked up here to check out the cache. The camo is really good, and it was exciting to find a TB in here. TFTC!
Thanks for the cache. Cool container! Out hunting caches for the latest round of souvenirs. This one gets me Colossus of Rhodes for Ancient Wonders.
Cheers

Looking for through roads between Mt Nebo and Samford today and couldn’t resist checking this one out. Another goodie wingaap. TFTC
Back in the area today and I noted this long ago DNF ready to be avenged. Busy on the main road, and I noted afterwards lots of people down the end. But just here - peace. Quick skip and a jump and I am presented at GZ - and my prize was spotted with ease. Nice work. Very pleased to turn the frown upside down.
Thanks wingaap for entertaining me at this location.

Staying inside the 50km radius today, a slightly unplanned caching trip as the planned outing has to wait until I feel able.
Went in to check the views, collected a smiley here on the way out.
Thank you for hiding this one

After about 90 minutes of walking and caching, I finally reached the road. The hide was an obvious feature and I quickly spotted the container. But I made sure to check for undesirables before sticking my hand in there. The log is slightly damp with a few spots of mould but nothing to be overly worried about. Thanks for the cache
TFTC smile 4828 had a great day with Brislions and miss Millie geo dog plenty of walking and slipping very good weather Thank you for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Another day out chasing caches to fill both hidden date and hidden month. I sent a message to grannysmith1947 to see she would like to find some older caches today. Vee Tree was the main one today. She bought along Millie the geodog with her. We had a good day.

On the drive up the hill we used this cache to find our location because Google Maps thought all the other caches in the area required a helicopter or transporter device to reach. We drove back down from the summit and parked in front of the trail.
Just as we were about to start our trek, one of Mrs Woodyrothwell’s mates stared texting through in regards to a Tinder date she was on. Good luck to some of us that get in the cot mid-afternoon. Some of us wish we were in the cot instead of walking up and down hills.
Anyway it wasn’t that sort of date (which confused me no end) but my wife hung back a bit while I waited. The texts were coming through thick and fast and I was waiting for a blow-by-blow of the sordid adventure but it didn’t come (unlike the result of the texts I was expecting).
I waited for my wife to catch up and found the cache in the logical spot unlike the date we were vicariously living through. It was fun to get some mud and slops on my hands grabbing the cache which apparently is more sexually gratifying than Tinder these days. WTF? tftc

It really is very pretty in here and a fantastic walk. Wow those insects are loud! It reminder us of a couple of weeks ago out at Nanango and we were getting wet but there was not a rain cloud in sight. We googled if it was those bugs urinating on us and yep it most certainly was! Most people would be disturbed by that, not us we are dreaming that these ones would start the urination process to cool us down. They were having none of it though and left us high and dry, well not dry as we had enough of our own sweat on us. When a slight breeze came through it was nature’s aircon.
Through the trees we are starting to see some spectacular views. Arriving at GZ we headed over to the obvious feature and bingo we found the fantastic plastic. We were getting hungry up here, but no need to worry, look who delivers up here if we don’t make it out on time…

After battling the drop bears it was onwards and upwards for NyssaFlutterby, Wombles and Co and I. A little battle weary, we were glad to arrive relatively quickly here, and grateful that it meant we were finally at the top of the mountain too. NyssaFlutterby left us to make our find here as she had already done this cache. Wombles&Co checked the likely spot but didn't see anything - poor girl puts it down to being vertically challenged, as when I went and rechecked, I managed to see something suspicious. Marks made we were on our way to enjoy the views at the lookouts before beginning our descent.
Thanks for the cache wingaap.

TFTC... 8/5/17. Tough Mothers out in the drizzle, cool day walking. Description is accurate, well we found it ok.
Found with the tough mothers. We weren't stumped too long for this one. Nice drive up here on a wetrip morning. Tftc
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Jemillalucy, Bennyboppers,Misssusan79, Remsjw and Lisylou). TFTC!
After heading up to the lookout to checkout the view, thought we would pullover and see if any caches. I was surprised when there was one 10m from where we stopped. Quick jump out of the car and cache was found. Nice camo on top of container. TFTC.

Travelled up to Brisbane for a work Christmas Party on the weekend and decided to make a long weekend of it to visit friends and do some caching as well.
Last find before the trip back south to Mexico (well Victoria at least).
Nice hide up in the hills, pity people dump their rubbish everywhere though.

We decided it was time to clean up a few random caches that were leaving green smudges on our map.
This is the beginning ... LOL
Another nice quick find by Geo-Mamma who, at first, was a little reluctant to retrieve the cache. LOL ...
My mind wasn't on the details though & I think I may have dated some of the logs today as 20/10/2016 instead of 15/10/2016.
Oops!
Don't ask, it's a long story! LOL ...
Made our mark & replaced as found.
All good here.

Out for a morning of bushwalking and caching along Wingaap Drive today, on a glorious Spring day. Stopped in here fir a quick find, will move the TB on soon.
This cache is in good condition, and makes smilie #2821 for us. Thanks **wingaap** for showing us this spot. Discover our code TGQNRV, and mention where you saw it.

Found after searching too far down the track . Came back up and looked in the obvious spot. Thanks
Lucky enough to be in Brisbane with some time to kill. I decided some caching was in order. Gunnie69 suggested I do this drive so up I came.
Quick find today.
I can't wait to catch up with everyone again at
[WA GOES BIG 2017](https://coord.info/GC6TD11) in Rockingham, WA.
Perths big event is on again.
**See you there**.
wingaap - Kyzabra found your cache TTT . The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Out for a bit of a drive around the area today and a couple of walks for caches, on the way back I decided to stop and see if I could turn this past DNF into a smile.
I parked and soon remembered the area and sure enough I had soon found myself the cache and adding my name to the log book. All replaced and soon on my way again heading back towards civilisation trying to get across the city before peak hour struck.

Because you don't come all the way to Mt Nebo and NOT find a few wingaap caches. I thought the container might have been stuck, but a little jiggling set it free. TFTC
Grabbed this one on the way back out. Wonder what the tower is for? There were some strange noises coming from it. All is good with this cache. Tftc Wingaap
Nice little lookout further up, and very quiet and peaceful this Saturday afternoon! Nice quick cache, TFTC!
The beginning of our long walk today as we ventured down the track.

Having found Vee Tree and back into the car for a short drive and cool off in the air con, I just had to pick up a few more around the trails. I parked in the little layby and made the short walk to the GZ. All good with this one... I wonder why the chain is here? TFTC wingaap
Walked past a great picnic spot with excellent views of Brisbane between the hills. TFTC wingapp
Out and about this rainy morning, trying to fill in a few spots on my "Hidden Month" chart, and this was one I needed. Thanks for the cache and the lovely location. Cheers

I was looking for a nice walk to stretch the legs after a long night time hike in Friday. This mountain fitted the bill nicely, nestled just off Wingapp way (at the top side), plus an oldie, an interesting multi and a handful of other nice caches including this one.
With a late start at the bottom of the hill, I headed around the circuit in a clockwise direction on the wwwiiiiiddddee fire trail. There has been a hot fire here, so the landscape was bare and black in parts
One of the deceptive things about this area is just how hilly it actually is. I always seen to underestimate the hills in this area when looking at a topo map. Today was no different, and it is stupidly hot for early October. Onwards I plodded, up and more up.
Finally at the top. No more up! This cache had very good reason to celebrate. No problems at the cache.
Many thanks Wingaap

I need to do some catching up, my logging is behind;
I'll write a note to let you know that I have made a find.
I'll change this note into a find when I can spare the time
To get my thoughts onto the page and finish off my rhyme.

After a previous DNF we were on our way to the next one when I asked Mr E to pull over so I could figure out where we are going...and then he said "There's a cache 30m away". Why not? Thanks Wingaap.
Headed out for an afternoon of caching with the geo daughter. Always love caching in this part of town.
Great start found almost immediately , turned around to trek onto next cache, thwarted again by burn off

Out on a perfect Brisbane Winter's day with IolantheK. This was find #6 for the day. A lovely mountain so close to home that I wouldn't have visited if it was for Geocaching! TFTC! I was confused for a bit, but with a proper reach I managed to locate the cache. Took Travel Bug.
Woohoo! Finally the top of the hill. Can't wait to blast down the other side on the way back to the car.
A nice quick find, if not quite extraction at GZ.
I took the TB from this one to move it along. The fact that it was a fire truck had nothing to do with me wanting it

Finally!!! Made it to the top of that hill!!!! Everyone else was already there. The log was signed and the cache returned to its hiding spot. We all gathered for a photo opportunity at the highest point of our walk. All downhill from here
