Logs
Looking at the past logs on this cache about it being left in the open, and the length of time that it has not been found, it looks as though it has been muggled. Could owner please check for me. Thanks
Quick find and a couple of laps of the cricket ground!!
I guess it is for smaller kids - they may hit a 6!!
Logged as 3/6/11 but it was t 4/6/11.
Guess the laps were too much!1 TFTC

This cache was part of our holiday to the gold coast and sunshine coast. Although we did not go as a caching holiday only we still managed to find over 100 caches in our ten days. The density of the caches some of the areas made a quick 10 or so fairly easy. The only cache I really wanted to get was Queens Land, one of the oldest caches in Australia. The family really enjoyed the weather, theme parks, shopping and of course the caches. Thank you to all the people that have placed the caches in these areas.
What a great cache. Cricket is a passion of mine and I still play, much to the Geo Wife's annoyance. As a batsman I would love to bat on this ground, talk about value for shots. It was 26 geo kid e steps from the wicket to the boundary.
In fact, due to it's size, I could not see it being used for any cricket other than backyard cricket!

Easy find as cache was not to well hidden, replaced in same spot with more stealth added. Nothing swapped, signed log. Nice place for a barbeque and a play for the kids. Cheers
Nice and easy find, even though there were a few muggles enjoying a game of cricket, the log and contents are a bit wet. TFTC
Number 5 on a bike riding hunt with my grandson. This was a great location to find while riding around. Thanks for the cache
5th Cache for the afternoon.
Geodad and miss 3 left the rest of the family in the car and headed in to find this one. After intiially barking up the wrong tree we had the cache in hand. Too wet for cricket or for playing in the park today.
Lovely spot though.

We found it!. Great park. Found a few lost tennis balls too. Obviously 6 and out!! We also took funny Zebra. Will drop off tomorrow. Thanks The Lost Bunch.
Aaaahhh I didnt know why can't I found the container long time ago.... Smile... Drop travel bug. SL. Thanks The Lost Bunch.
Could see the cache from the path. Covered it up a bit more when I repalced it TFTC
Thats a small little oval next to GZ there I made my way to GZ and found the cache after a small hunt. Thankfully I did this one early in the morning - so muggles were not a problem. TFTC The Lost Bunch
At first approach to GZ GPS had me on the cricket pitch. But once it settled all was good. TFTC
Quick find today. Surprised that noone was around on such a beautiful day. TFTH
Found this one today while on our sweep of Golden Beach. What a great little park, complete with kids, fenced cricket ground... love it. TNLN TFTC The Lost Bunch
No time for cricket today, there were too many caches to be found!
Grabbed the Roo TB to keep it hopping!

Not so many mozzies this time. GPS a little wild and random under the trees, but a quick find. Took dog, left mouse. TFTC
Didn't take too long, just watch out for spider webs whist searching.Took Army Man out,put in Red ribbon.
What a cute little cricket oval. No one around today enabling a quick and trouble free find. No swaps however we dropped off the Urban Roo TB and picked up the Gingerbread coin.
Found this while visiting the Sunshine Coast. Was a pretty quiet spot for a Saturday morning. TFTC!

tftc regards angel dust.
tftc regards angel dust.
An interesting little area for the local community - would love to see the players on the field ' Lilliputians' no doubt! Didn't notice the chocolate factory for the Ooompaloompa's though. Left a TB and coin, together with a blood donation. TFTC The Lost Bunch
Quick find during our cache raid of the Sunshine Coast. The kiwis were finding it hot and keen for fast finds and then back to the air conditioned car T4TC.
Almost 12 months since our last innings and today we returned to resume.
Fortunately the place was deserted and we were in and out faster than Shane Watson the previous day.
Notice that the branch we had left during out last visit was still in place less than 5 metres away.

Accompanied by Mr & Mrs Lat&Long Junkie, I managed to find it fairly quickly (the L&L's had already found it). SL. TFTC The Lost Bunch
Third time having a crack at this one, found new type of ant in the leaf litter, orange, blue and they jumped. Took sun rubber and left green army man to partner the brown soldier. Nice spot.
Found on the TiedyeSmileys Adelaide, NSW and QLD trip away.
A nice quick find on last full day of caching up here on the Sunshine coast.

Found by Dad this time no sign of the trackable though. it think it has been moved on and will pop up elsewhere. It has been noted in the cache log as taken. Nice little park this one and an excellent hide by a junior geo. Well done.
Found in the company of Team Crackers while on holidays.
Thanks again Lost Bunch,

We went for a stroll in this nice little park and soon had the cache in hand where I took the geocoin. On a flying trip to Qld we didn't have a cricket bat so we weren't able to make use of the pitch but it looks like it gets a bit of use
Thanks The Lost Bunch for the cache

Found this one on our week of caching at the Sunshine Coast. The trees bounced our GPS around a bit and for a while we thought we might score a Golden Duck - but we had another look and Marco came across the cache. We had to pause our search for a while as a muggle came walking past with bags of rubbish that he proceeded to dump in the bin near us - I'm sure that's illegal? TNLNSL TFTC
the GPS didn't work amongst the trees so it took ages to find. Just about to leave when finally it was found. There was so much cool stuff in this box, probably my favourite so far. I was at a Rett Syndrome family picnic so I took a couple of friends along with me and we all put in a couple of things
LeadNinja found this one, while a small family group were enjoying a hit and run nearby. TFTC
GZ had us in the middle of the garden so we had a few places to look before finally finding the cache. It's a pity we didn't have a cricket set with us as the place was deserted. TFTC
Took ~15 minutes to find (very well hidden!). A few people were on the other side of the park, but they weren't paying attention to me.
TFTC!

Looked for a while before i was able to cathc this one. Maybe the Pom could do better on this pitch
Found at 1032 with Marg. Last find for the day. Had been to this one before but could not fint it this time we had found it in no time, Nice little park. Cache OK and dry. TFTC.
After previous long search and DNF previously, today walked straight up and found it!! Go figure.
Thanks lost bunch for interresting spot and the cache. Log dry.

Found OK in this green oasis in a waterily desert. Good to see plenty of greenery in these new estates. Howszat! Left Hong Kong $2 coin. TFTC
Found it this time, whilst being serenaded by the friendly butcher bird who must love cachers for all the insects they stir up as they scratch around in the mulch. TFTC The Lost Bunch.
I knew it was there as someone I know boasted they found it after a few DNF's. So in I went, trusted the GPS and bang zero, there it was. Sometimes it would be good if they were all like that.
We were nervous about this one when we pulled up. previous logs have indicated it was a tricky find. Our fears quickly disappeared when the GeoKid screamed "Got It" before we had reached GZ!
"That wasn't so hard"
Looks like it would be pretty easy to hit a 6 on that cricket ground!
No swaps - thanks for the cache!

Found by Sunshine Toledo, Her Majesty, Jinga and Eff at 12:35pm. That is the smallest cricket field I have seen. We were here about 1 year ago looking for this cache but too many muggles round that time: not too difficult today. TFTC
NO NEED - WE FOUND IT
Love that Lilliputian cricket field. With Australia Day tomorrow, I bet there’s a game or two scheduled for the afternoon. It started raining as we arrived, so with umbrellas and not a lot of confidence (see previous string of DNFs), Mrs Lat&Long and I started our search. Zeroed in on GZ after a bit of a walk and while I was still getting organised with umbrella, GPSr, PDA, glove, stick etc., Geowife says, “here it isâ€. Much smiling and gloating followed as we signed the log. TN/LN and carefully put it back with suitable covering to await the next DNF … oops, sorry, I mean finder [:X].

FOUND IT, FOUND IT, FOUND IT, FOUND IT
This would have to be the best find of the weekend. After feeling very discouraged reading the previous DNF’s, the heavens opening with quite a down pour and feeling the need for breakfast, it was maaaaaaarvellous to bowl this not quite maiden cache over and to do it SOOOOO quickly.

Given the other logs this might have been a long search. The cricket ground was in full use with some potential members of the australian 1 day team in full flight.
After a short search, 1 depression was found that looked remarkably like a sistema container - just no container.
Gave it away till another day. Thanks for bringing us here.

round and round we went, gpsr dodgy here, had to give up in the end, too many hiding spots I think?
What a wonderful spot [^]
I could almost imagine the hilarity of an England, Australia test being played here
The fast bowlers might have to shorten their runup a bit
Somewhere beyond the boundary rope lay a cache to be found though. Previous teams scores and the view beyond the fence didn't exactly inspire confidence that I would get the winning runs on the board [:o]
But just like in a test match there was no need to rush. If it took me 5 days, I was going to get a win here
Well it took me only an hour as it turned out
Hardly enough time to call for a drinks break !!
The cache is in a 'logical' spot and the coords are right on the money, but I had to do a lap of the area, outside of the tree cover to finally narrow down where the ball landed
TFTC and fun. I took the Groundspeak Lackey geocoin.

4 very keen sets of eyes had no luck in finding the cache
However - Great little cricket field - no time for a game
Fantastic shady little park, tops for a hot day - Kids loved it.
Thanks

We couldn't find this one. There were too many possibilities and too many leaves. After recent rains all the leaves were well packed down and nothing seemed like an obvious hiding spot. Maybe another time. TFTH.
I reckon even I could hit a six here. Small ground! We stopped for lunch here and thankfully the weather had cleared up nicely by now.
Thanks indeed

Thirteenth for the day and cache two hundred and forty-two on day nine of our Brisvegas trip, the cache was found at 1220 in the company of chewinprickles. That has to be the smallest cricket ground i have seen, we stopped and had lunch at this park. Thanks the Lost Bunch for the cache.
Found this morning after a small hint from The Lost Bunch. Thanks for the hint and the hunt. Took Super Ball Left Tape measure.
Will have to be a DNF on this one. Even after reading the hint, which didn't help as it desribed the hole 20 square metre area of GZ. Maybe some one could check to see if the cache is still in place and we will have another go sometime. Thanks for the hunt anyway
No trouble finding it, nobody around either on a Sunday as the earlier weather was appauling.
