As I was driving past I noticed there are road works happening at GZ and the sign is gone.
Maybe the CO should check up on this one soon.

TFTC I've driven past this spot hundreds of times and never would have known it was there

As this is one of the closest caches to work, I thought I had better get it. A nice big parking spot almost on top of the cache
Cache found safe and sound.

Over the years, geocaching has taken me on many adventures, including interesting destinations all over my home continent of Australia and many overseas as well. It has also introduced me to a diverse group of like-minded caching tragics, many of whom I now call close friends.
Today, I was lucky enough to be out and about searching for caches, something I do on almost a daily basis. This was one cache that was targeted and found.
Sorry for the late and generic log, something I am notorious for. Thank you Speedmistressfor adding to the adventure that is geocaching.

We are nomads. Having left Perth WA in February 2014 we now live in our caravan and go wherever the will or caches take us.
Currently staying at Laidley, today we decided to head out for a drive in the surrounding area.

This cache was another important stop on our drive to Toowoomba because potentially my daughter is toying with the idea of coming to study here on her path to become a veterinarian when she finishes school. After my wife and I rubbed in all the jokes about sticking arms up the dates of cows and horses, we kicked her out of the car and told her to have a look at the campus and then find the cache. It was too hot for us all to melt.
I then had a bit of time to study the sign from the car air-con. I'm not sure how much information you could possibly take in from the fine print if you were traveling past at 100km/h. My daughter jumped back in the car huffing and puffing and I told her to hurry up otherwise all the hot air would get in.
On our return trip we did indeed go for a drive through the campus to have a look. My wife and I spent the entire time listing out the other animals whose bum she might have to potentially become familiar with. I'm not sure she is as keen on enrolling as she was before we arrived. tftc

While planning the route for my 3 day trip from Ballarat to Childers i just had to stop by here to find this cache as it was the first time in 30 years i had been back to Qld Uni since i graduated from here when it was the Qld Agricultural College back in 1987. Some great memories were made here! Quick find on a very busy road. Tftc
I had to make the drive to Brisbane today to get a new bed, and what better way to break up the trip home than to find a few caches! Quick easy find. Tftc
We cached our way from Toowoomba to Byron Bay today. This was a quick park and grab, thankfully, because the traffic wasn't so great. TFTC
I was leaving Gatton to head to Esk and decided to loop via the Uni to grab this one. A direct route to the container was prevented by some of the largest spiders I have ever seen! Walking around, I soon had the cache in hand. TFTC!
Heading up the range to the Toowoomba catchup event, and naturally a few stops were made along the way. I missed the stop for this one last time I came thru, but nailed it today.
This cache is in good condition, and makes smilie #3296. Thanks **Speedmistress** for bringing us here. Feel free to discover our trackable TGQNRV .

On an afternoon drive today with the geohubby and caching. I have always wanted to get this one, but always a truck in the way. Today however, nothing there so we pulled up nice and close and made the find. TFTC Speedmistress
While on our way to Toowoomba to see a man about a boat, we decided to grab a few caches along the way.
Was able to park nearby and make a quick grab. Took back to the car to sign logbook and then returned to replace the cache. All good with this cache.

Yay found it on our way to Toowoomba flower festival. Fun easy find on the highway. TFTC!
On our way to Toowoomba for the weekend. Always drive past here. Decided to stop. Quick find TYFTC.
Found at last! I've lost count of the number of times I've come past this spot, and had to keep going because I remembered too late, or there was a truck right here, etc, etc.
Today the coast was completely clear so I pulled up close and made a fast find. Nice to sign and go with a smile: TFTC where all is fine.

Mrs SlowPuncture and I were headed to Toowoomba to do a bit of caching. We decided to look for this cache on the way. As we approached, we could see a truck parked near GZ, but there was no one in sight. The driver must have been having a nap. This meant that we could search in peace. The cache was quickly located and our names added to the log. We returned the cache to its hiding spot before continuing on our way. TFTC

Wednesday. Mrs Slow Puncture was up Toowoomba way today with Selva Girls, in search of some of Queenland's Oldest & Finest, and also to finally log the Animal Alphabet Challenge.
After pulling up to this cache, a truck sitting near GZ had us worried that we would be spotted whilst looking for this cache. Having looked into the cab as we walked past confirmed the driver must have been having a kip in the back, so a quick find was had. Log book signed and cache container returned to it’s hidey spot. Log book was dry and in good order.
This was the 1st of 6 caches found on this trip.
Thanks [Blue]Speedmistress[/Blue], for showing us this place.

Good spot to stop for a quick stretch. Be careful when you get the log book out. Someone has shoved a domino in it.
Cache in good condition but the pencil is missing. I would have replaced it but I forgot my caching bag. Sorry
I feel like we've been eyeing this one off for a million years. We regularly drive to Oakey and haven't bothered to stop until now. Glad we did though. Nice break to the driving. TFTC
Heading west and made sure to stop for all the caches that I have missed on previous occasions. I pulled up here and was happy to find the tail end of a semi blocking the view of passing muggles. A quick feel for the cache and it was in hand. I left my autograph and replaced as found.
Thanks for the leg stretch and cache Speedmistress
