Quick look at the obvious GZ. Cache not seen or felt, so it may well have gone. Hopefully it gets replaced.
Wanted to make it 4th for the morning but unfortunately came back with a DNF. Please have a check as it wasn't anywhere to be found
Cute little place to hide, was a little bit hard to locate with gps yummy sandwichs though
After a hard weekend, we decided to have a little relaxation and go find some caches. This was no too hard.
On a lunch break.
Found a cache.
Had a pie.
Don't tell the kids.
I also replaced the pencil.

First time to this park, that we've driven past many times. Very healthy pigeons here.
It was such a nice day that I left the car and walked about 1km over to get this one. XNSL. TFTC.
After a movie and a restaurant, picked it up on the way to the motorway. Nice and easy at 10 pm. Tftc
After spending the weekend at a conference, today was a free day until 6pm when another meeting was scheduled. So what do you do with a free day.? Go Geocaching naturally.
Our time was running out and we had been on the hunt for some petrol but none of the stations we remembered where were they used to be, or maybe we have just forgotten. Saw this just along the road from where we filled up and decided we had to have a go. Mr S's Geocaching instincts took him straight to it. We took the cute little lamb that was in the cache. Will make him a TB.
Thanks Zork V for another smilie in Auckland.

Was just looking at the geocaching map trying to work out if I can get any finds in tomorrow and discovered I have forgotten to log this one, better late than never! Found on this day while driving past (and couldn't resist) but logging a week later. Muggle sitting at table and facing me but pretty sure he wasn't watching. TFTC. SLTNLN. Signed as krmNZ (changed name this week).
A beautiful Winter's day & a few minutes to spare before an orthodontic appointment meant we were off for a cache. Son found this one before the GPS did. Nice dry cache. Took soft bird (son an Angry Bird fan) left soft bear to mind the cache. White Bear took a medal with him to keep him company
Second attempt and found it!
It turns out I was looking at the wrong rocks because I didn't zoom into my map close enough!
But anyway, I didn't have a pen with me, so didn't sign the logbook.

Quick find without attracting any attention at all from the muggle collecting acorns around the arch, she can come to our place and take away the hundreds we have! Kids fascinated by the poppy tributes left at the arch still in place from ANZAC day. Took a fish and a bird, left a frog and a pig. Log signed. Thanks for the cache Zork V
The clue was a but vague, but that's probably just me...
I was constantly walking up and down the footpath, but nothing. A taxi pulled up, and I didn't even notice! Eventually he asked me what I was looking for! I was "waiting for a friend". I really do hope that worked... In hindsight, I could've introduced him to geocaching!

Nice quick easy grab. Thanks to a good clear hint there was no need to use the GPS. (Thank goodness - I'm out of data for the month so every use costs me dearly!) TFTC
I arrived in Auckland around midnight after a 27 hour trip from Denmark. I expected that the day would be more or less ruined by jet lag (given the 12 hour time difference between Denmark and New Zealand), but for some reason I felt surprisingly awake, and I enjoyed having all day for geocaching (and for enjoying the nice summer weather, which is much more pleasant than the weather home in Denmark!)
The main goal of the day was a visit in the One Tree Hill area, which is the title of one of my favorite songs by U2. When planning my trip to New Zealand I noticed this name and thus got an explanation for the song title. I also learned, that the tree is no longer there, but nevertheless the area is worth visiting!
On my walk towards One Tree Hill I also passed through other nice areas of Auckland, including Auckland Domain and Cornwall Park.
This cache was found at 13:03. Thanks for the hide and greetings from Denmark!

Quickly found. Log book full really needs replacing hardly any space left at all.
Found on a Friday lunchtime. Had an hour to kill between donating blood and starting work, so what better opportunity could there be for finding a couple of quick caches. TFTC.
We were looking in the wrong places for this but eventually found it! It was a spontaneous geocaching trip so we didn't have anything to contribute but we found a cool shell necklace to put in
Another one of those parks I've lived near for 15 years and never really visited. The log book needs replacing, it's completely full. TFTC
I found this cache sometime in the last year or two...
Definitely logged my visit in the cache but my phone must not have uploaded the find when I tried to log it. - Thanks for the cache was a good little find and was difficult to make it look normal with heavy traffic going past!

Found originally as part of rebel98 team, now created own account, re-logging as rustynz
Visiting from the West, decided to see what caches where nearby. Clever hide, thanks again for the cache.

My pen will not write of your paper. So I made a picture. Thanks for this Cache!
Was a bit hard to find at first. But realised we were looking in the wrong place at first. Great find
Quick find, on what started off as a miserable day and then turned into an absolute scorcher.
My phone died just as I got the gz so had to sit and wait for a bitt for enough charge to turn back on and read clue and correct position then soon had cache in hand tftc
Unfortunately I have to work some hours today so I grabbed this quick smileys on my way... TFTC
Pretty quick find at GZ. Nice memorial garden and i love the stone gateway. Found on our gradual southern-aiming trip home from the NZ Mega.

Day 5 of my trip to Auckland for the Mega event. I was chasing a few more caches today before heading home. So it was off to the city area first. Time was ticking by so I began to head towards the airport but was going to pick up some caches along the way.
I got a park nearby, had a good look at the arch and then realised that the cache wasn't there. I then enjoyed the short walk to GZ for a quick find

I liked this one. Simple yet enjoyable. Although a little upkeep would be nice, make sure u take out the trash and add some new things.
#4744. Had DNF'ed this cache twice before. Today was a reasonably quick find. Sure had searched that spot previously. Glad to have found this after these years. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Found this one today. I had looked for this one last year but couldn't find it then. I had previously lived near this cache and walked past it on a regular basis but didn't know that the stone memorial arches were here! Today it was a very easy find and I walked up to the cache.
Thanks for the cache Zork V.

On our way from the airport to our accommodation
for our attendance at the NZ Mega popped in and grabbed this one.
Certainly a solid archway, well constructed. Nice easy find. First cache for the trip.

Got off the plane from Australia and heading to our accommodation for the NZ Mega, we needed a break so of course the best way to do that is to get a cache. This one happened to be in an ideal position so we stretched our legs to sign the cache. It was an easy find, thanks you, our first in the North Island!
