Last 5 of us haven't found it, maybe owner should check it's still there as we searched extensively
Hmmm not sure if this cache is still there. Coordinates were right on, tree roots were there n we searched all over but turned up empty handed. Be keen to c if anyone logs afta us that they found n wea
Found on a Sunday morning caching expedition with Geco72. A little damp inside. Claimed a TB. TFTC.
Quick find on a loop around the park back to the car pciking up some caches with Davycrockpot on a Sunny Sunday morning. tftc
Mum knew there was a play ground near this cache, so used this as motivation for the younger members of the team. While most of the team were playing on the swings (or pushing in Mum's case), Dad was making the find.
WooHoo - 6 caches before lunch! We are HOT today.... unfortunately weather wasn't so hot; so the team headed home for lunch (and a snooze for 1YO) - perhaps the afternoon would allow the team to get over 100???

My brother and I were exhusted by the time we got to this cache - we went to the play ground first while Dad made the find.
It was really easy for us!!!

Good little hide. Inside of container all wet, including log. Dried it best i could ready for the next person
Last cache of the day for myself and Master Seth Raven today . . . . loved the playground nearby and a short walk along the beach . . . . . haven't been here in years, thank you geocaching for taking me to revisit places and to places and parks I never knew were even there . . . . .
Had once done a 10km walking race along this beach/road. Fastest time ever but the most boring walk race i'd ever done, you turned at each end and could see the other but it just didn't seem to be getting any closer, it was so disheartening everytime you turned around to head back the other way - vowed i'd never come back here. Worth breaking that vow for a cache though. Nice hide and surprisingly out of sight from muggle spies.
Picked a different area to explore today. Never been out this way before. 7/12 found. Nice spot, bet this one is hard to nab in summer. Quick find. SL. TFTC.
A nice quick find after doing lots in the nearby park. Perfect winters day for a spot of geocaching TFTC
Had to do a bit of muggle dodging on this one. The sun finally poked through and the park was full of mini-muggles. I love this bit of coastline. TFTC.
Fairly quick find with not too many muggles around. I bet this needs lots of stealth skills in summer!
Been thinking about doing this one for a while. Went down to the beach this morning and no one was about so dived in and grabbed it quickly! TFTC
out for some Leap Year caches today. Log was saturated and could not write on it. I have put a new waterproof log in the cache so alls well now.Old log still in there as well. TFTC
Took the kids to the playground for a run around. Just as we were about to leave and grab the cache, a bunch of people turned up, waiting for the bus. Back to the playground while we waited for the bus to arrive and people to leave. Quick find once we had the spot to ourselves. TCTC.
Good to come to this one on a quiet monday - I guess it would be pretty busy on a weekend. TFTC.
Left a tiki in there and covered it over a little better, had become quite exposed.
Mrs B on a solo trip to Auckland and had time to find a couple of caches with her sister and nephew this morning. Wearing a bright red shirt might not have been the best plan on this nice sunny morning with lots of people about, but thankfully her nephew was dressed more appropriately so he was left to make the find which he did in double quick time! TFTC
#2874. Found pretty quickly, which was good as there were a few muggles braving the blustery conditions. TFTC.
Just about got blown away looking for this cache as there was no shelter from the strong winds.
Log book rather damp and hard to sign.

Couldn't find it on my first go, came back today and found it. Left gold star. TNSL.
Think the old lady in the bus stop wondered what we were doing but great area for a cache. Recommend nearby cafe too TFTC
Quick find while sheltered by a couple of busses with kids at the nearby park for lunch, TFTC, Thanks Eric
Very windy on this side of the point this afternoon which thankfully kept most of the muggles on the Tamaki River side. Quick find, sign and replace althought this didn't stop the feeling of being a little bit exposed while perched at the intersection. TFTC.
Had to wait for a while for the kids at the nearby Christian Camp to file past the GZ on their way back to the Camp.
Out: Geocoin.
Cheers for the cache.

I just did a 4 day sailing camp , on hostles access rd no.1. Then i get home and i look to see if there were any geocashes there and there was![v]
Anyway the beach is really nice! but if you go out at low tide, you have to walk like... 50-60mtrs because thats what we had to do to get out. Then in the afternoon we would have to pull our boats on our trollies up the beach sooooo hard[:p]. Our optis , for the sailing camp took up the whole road then the road became a 1way rd. Near the end of the road there are huge stairs, that we had to run up so many times in the morning for our fittness programe and all along the beach! [:o] We also saw a shark!!
Its a really nice place!

ohoh...maybe an easy find....or maybe it is not as easy.
My hubby made some lovely salad and we our intention was to have a lovely picknick close to the beach/cache. Unfortunatly it was getting stormy and stormier...
So we eated our evening picknick in the car watching out over the location where the cache should be. (oh yes parking space was no problem with this weather hahaha)
Shal we or shal we not...Wait till we have a better moment....oh picknick is over and still stormy.... Oh what....I just go for it....Lucky find

Like the previous finder I also found this cache at night, which made things a little tricky. Though the real distraction was my bare feet from walking in the water earlier. Soon spotted the cache. It was a little exposed, so added a little natural camo on return. Cheers for the cache!
Popular spot with many muggles, very hard to be inconspicuous... a few weird looks... TFTC! No substantial difficulty. ^____^
Being holiday season, lots of muggles around. Were seen but hopefully they didn't find it; we hid it better than the people before us! Smart hiding location. TFTC Out: Geocoin! My first geocoin!
Very exposed area but no-one seemed to take any notice of us. However couldn't find it.
On a caching spree with Kevs_Team - I asked one team member You looked here? Yes!!!!!
Obveously not I made this find !!!!

As the sun had come out so had the muggles in their droves. Managed to stealthily retrieve and replace in between passing hooners!! Lovely spot, well done Eric.TFTC
Lots of muggles around being school holidays even thou it was dark, but got it in the end. TFTC
Excellent spot. Make time for a drink or meal at the esplanade cafe right next door highly recommend
Went out for a maintenance visit but couldn't find my own cache .
Had a replacement with me anyway. All good to go now.

The cache contents were a little exposed as it's camo has worn off and the contents were visible from the 'top'. Have covered it up with leaves but it may need a little maintenance. Stopped for an ice cream afterwards which kept the Junior Cachers happy TFTC
out and about today with the bear, my gps is all over the place in howick even with a clear sky it wont settle but we found it thanks guys
5 year old son very excited to find this cache. Great spot and even had time for a play. Took bubbles, left dinosaur. TFTC
Lovely beach - we didn't know it was here - & really busy but no problems. NINO TFTC
Thought it would be a no-go with all the people, but no-one was interested in the slightest. Found after short search. SL TFTC
Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 941. Thanks.
Used to come to swim and sail my sailing dinghy and
