Staying for one night in this beautiful area. This was a quick find. Thank you.
Making our way towards home over the next few weeks travelling with 2 dogs and a cat we have found caching a great way to give the fur babies a break. Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining.
No camping for me today but did enjoy a stroll on the beach and grabbing this cache. TFTC
Pretty little area. TFTC. Hope Mr Snowman doesnt mind the heat. Picked up trackable.
What a stunning place to camp! If we thought we could have got in and out we'd have been there too. It would have been a major leap of faith in a motorhome so we had to be content with looking. TFTC The Barramundi's, left Snowman Tag-MAd 2.0 TB.
Caching from WA west coast to SA for the leap year mega. TFTC. A great spot to camp. Nice.
Found a trackable in this cache, which I grabbed. This cache doesn't record a trackable. The tracking number is OZP8DX.
Ocw the Bebes. Staying in Streaky Bay so ventured out for a few caches in the area. Had to come and see the famous Perlubie Beach. Tftc
OCW PelDroedGwin and geodog Peppa Came today to check out the instafamous Perlubie Beach camping..beautiful, even on a grey day. Took a bit of circling to get CIH.Tftc
Hi my name isChristopher andIm 11 this was my first geocache fine so thank you for that
The beetles are still guarding it! Thanks for the cache, have placed a tracker inside.
After spending a few days in Gawler it was time for to drive my mums (well my car now) from Gawler back to Perth. This was day two travelling from Streaky Bay to Border Village on a 5 day 3,100km adventure. It was very bleak and cold morning 13c bult felt like 5 in Ceduna and the temp did get somewhat better later in the day. Did not have a jumper as i left Perth in a heatwave and arrived to one in SA. .Ended up buying a jumper at Ceduna. Now for a contrast the day before ranged between 36 and 45!!!And there are hundreds of signs saying do not drive tired so geocaching helped with that.Found lots of caches on the trip. It was blowing a gale and very cold. Thanks for the cache and making me get out and stretch TheBarramundis.
Camping on the beach for 4 nights and thought I would grab this one. Forgot a pen so have a photo should verification be required. TFTH
What a fantastic place on our way from Perth to Adelaide! Unfortunately , no 4WD campervan. Therefore, the cache made the day;-) Thank you for placing an maintaining this cache.
#5354 Staying in Streaky Bay for a few days before heading for home after an awesome few weeks doing a lap of E.P. Today we explore the last bit of coastline up to Ceduna. This beach was a surprise beauty and certinly on our list for a return visit. At gz bumped into dghoffy and had a good chat before focussing on making the find. TFTC.
Great overnight stay at the beach and then a cache in the morning, It doesn't get much better than this. Met up with fellow geocaches while on the search. Tftc
Found today while on a West Coast fishing trip with a mate. Today we were heading to Smokey Bay for a few nights and hoping to get on to a few Squid.
Loved the shade huts on the beach.

Making my way back to Streaky and with time on my hands, ventured down this road to see what gem lays here. Great view and another spot worth spending more time at if the weather was better. Thanks Barramundi's for highlighting this spot.
This was a nice quick find after staying overnight in the area. Found with rumpuslabs, tftc
My 7th day of my trip heading to and around the Eyre Peninsular. After a night near Streaky Bay I headed up to Ceduna then finally made my way to Wave Rock for the night. This cache would be find number 2 of 26 for the day and find Number 136 in total for this trip away.
Had the area to my self today so made the way to the cache signed it and moved on to the next one.

So what are we doing this week...
(Go west) Life is peaceful there.
(Go west) Lots of open air.
(Go west) To find caches new.
(Go west) This is what we'll do.
(Go west) Sun in winter time.
(Go west) We will do just fine.
(Go west) Where the skies are blue.
(Go west) This and more we'll do.
(Go west) Life is peaceful there.
(Go west) Lots of open air.
(Go west) To find caches too.
(Go west) This is what we'll do.
(Go west) together together we'll cache on our way
(Go west) together together you map me the way
(Go west) you cache places new
(Go west) this is what we'll do
(Go west) life is smiley there
(with thanks and apologies to the Village People and Pet Shop Boys - who must have been cat lovers!)
And ending up soon at Kyancutta

Country, Coffee, Cats, Champagne, Chocolate, and Caching...
Careful caching as always with Jack helping, wherever we go.
It's a dangerous world filled with rusty old mint tins and objects falling from trees
...... but a cache a day still keeps the boredom away
--------
Most of our caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids, occasionally AI too! (And a little rubber stamp )
----------
Make sure that Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - clean and cache the countryside
It's awesome of all those placing quality caches out and about around our country areas,
in sensible safe places and containers especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Of course we do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!!
[:o)]
The end. For now...
... until next time!

GCA1DNA - Great Leap Forward ... be there or be backward!
29.2.24 It's gone MEGA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grabbed some lunch at SB and drove up here to eat it. Nice views, the huts were awesome, but A LOt of seaweed! Short walk and we had the cache. It’s in need of some TLC. New LGA for my challenge too! TFTC
Nice and close to the carpark. Lovely vista too, especially from the cache location. Cache was full of water - lid not on properly - and the bag wasn’t sealed. Emptied out the water but that won’t dry anything out, unfortunately. The logbook is soaked but the red pen writes ok. TFTC. TNLN.

Passing through on the way to Smoky Bay. Loved the tractor pulling the boat onto the beach haha thanks for the cache!
Love it! Stunning beach, incredible views and amazingly quiet today. Bag had a bit of water in so could do with a dry out if someone is staying there. Two TBs, so logged one and the other is continuing the journey with us for a bit. TFTC.
Thanks The Barramundis for the cache in this beautiful location. I tipped the water out of the cache, and the log is mostly dry. Well placed cache. Thanks for bringing me here.
Container had water in it but log dry - TFTC
Late update: I dropped my glasses at the GZ but returned the next day and they were still there

Popular spot today with all camping places taken. Quick walk up the hill to record our visit. Beautiful spot. Thanks The Barramundi’s
This place was muggle central today and we were disappointed that the place has become a victim of its own success .
TNLNSL.
With the place packed out, we were happy to move on , eventually camping at Crawford Landing .
Thanks to The Barramundi's.

Thanks to Ms Maddy for doing our maintenance. We do the same, so nice to see others doing the same. Cheers from the Barramundi's.
Maintenance done as at the beach today. How about the cachers who complain make a bit of effort and DIY ?????This is a remote location.
TFTC. Log is wet+++++ pretty much in usable but we scribed in it. Needs replacing. Sorry didn’t have anything with us. Great beach for camping.
Just this cache at Perlubie so scooted up here after a morning at Streaky Bay
Some of the listing info is old, as is the cache, and campers ($10 night) have to remove their own rubbish. There’s a toilet but no fresh water. An IBC under one of the rustic shelters was set up by the locals to collect refundable cans and bottles for a local NFP group. Razorfish are out at the blueline so it’s safe and sheltered for soaking in the sea. Going to pop down with my metal detector tomoz Plz leave room on the beach between caravans/campers and cars for the locals’ tractors
Cache container is in good nick but wet inside and log needs to be replaced. I can do that tomoz and dry out inside. Carrying a few trackables but reluctant to leave in a non Premium cache as it gets lots of visitors from newbies. Sadly they go missing or are incorrectly logged
TFTC The Barramundis Amused to see the tractors hammering into Perlubie every afternoon with a boat in tow

Great spot. Camped here for 6 days awaiting a border pass to WA. Love this camp.
Found this with my wonderful long suffering muggle husband while spending a week in Streaky Bay. Beautiful weather and magnificent beach. Cache all good. SL Left some things for the kids. Placed Log in plastic bag. TFTC
Found on our trip out west. So many beautiful camping spots, but this one also had a cache!!!!!
