Out on a run to pick up a few caches with Just a Cacher and Candy Cane 101. We searched and found the obvious hide and the remains(?) of the cache a pen and balloon. Shame.
I have never been a fan of caches on the side of these type of slopes....
No sign of the new placement.....

Okay you must have rehid this really well. I found some evidence of the old cache (Aussie pen, empty baggie, & other items) but no cache. After a long search we gave up on this one.

Hmm, glad I was not suffering cache blindness... The Voucher had suggested he DNF'd this one but I was up for a challenge. I only gave it 15 minutes though and decided to move on. Glad I did... The perils of running of a PQ... No update when you arrive at GZ...
No wonder I couldn't find it....Twasn't here....Loaded the coords into my gizmo prior to leaving the US....Only miss of the day on my 7+ mile hike around the area. Regards from San Carlos, California. tv
cache at home being fixed look at photo for more info

this one we found easy me and xilef777 we looking for it we fell down the clif part and by luck we found it it was fun!
wow that was a marvellous hiding place none of us suspected it until my friend found it by chance
A second visit to the area and this time using Sky Dogs co-ords it was a quick find. Always a good view from this hidden park.
JABs.

The second DNF for the day. I'm rarely successful with this type. We (the KateyBears and I) looked everywhere, found lots of garbage but not much else. Might have to ask for a hint at the next get-together.
650 - 3 for today. Found on 16/05/10 12:24 PM
Searched using Sky Dog's coords proved successful. Still took some looking, very well hidden. TNSLLN

Found the Geocaching Australia moveable cache Geo Gnome, but couldn't find the geotalk cache in the surrounding area. [B)]
The last 4 "finders" for geotalk cache have written in the log book for Geo Gnome http://geocaching.com.au/cache/ga0492 (as well as a couple of others. ?) so they can log a find for that if they want.
Paegle boy, if you placed the Gnome (back in August '09) right next to your cache than it would appear that your cache is missing.

Little bit not sure if this is the right cache did find non plastic type with log in base.???? The ocean views great..TFTC..
Lots of places to look. Eventually found it further south from where the co-ords took me.
Love the container. Thanks PB

This is the second time we've attempted this cache, and the second time we've DNF'd it. Perhaps that could be a hint Cheers Gav
Second time around. First time couldn't find the cache but blow me down, this time found 2 caches! Signed both - the official one, which as the description says is a 'sistema' container, and a second one that might be on holidays from a city in Alaska (Anchorage or perhaps Gnome). According to its log the second cache was placed by Team Cruzzinaround on or about 15/7/06 (FTF is President & 1st Lady). Last found by Bulba's (26/1/10). Now how do I get a credit for 2 finds?
Wow that's a lot of spiky stuff to go searching through... the search wasn't helped by The Snooty Fox's desire to go chasing the rabbits with a camera, and some muggles with a fetish for watching the waves go by. Nonetheless, we looked under a lot of bushes and didn't find anything. Now that we've read the other logs, though, we might take another shot at this in the future, it really is a beautiful spot.
Found at 7.45pm.
Would not of thought of this type of cache container, well done.
Lots of long grass to hide in - nearly gave up.
Thanks to Ironbark for extra co-ords.

Searched and searched. Maybe it is here, maybe not.
The owner should check, replace or disable.
Hence the Maint. Log.
Nice spot by the Way.

Well if the owner can't find, then perhaps it needs archiving or at very least dis-abling until he can or replaces it?
No joy. Didn't read Ironbark's log suggesting slightly different coords before beginning search. Will try again.
Frustrating failed to find, but did get some exciting grass rashes in the process ...
Well, I found a cache at this site, but I think this site has fallen vicitm to the "travelling gnome" syndrome!

Fell down the hill a couple of times and was just about to give up after searching every bit of bush when there it was.
Lots of prickles and sharp plants to keep you itching for a week.
These co-ords might help future hunters. S34 18.771 E150 55.840.

After having to come down for work with a nice early finish, why not find some caches before heading back north. So that's what I did.
Lovely spot here, first tried the wrong and more slippery track before I found my bearings and located the stash. Be a nice private spot to sit and watch the view. TNLNSL, then emerged from the bush to the surprise of a muggle father and son who had just pulled up. Thanks paegle boy.

17:00 (found with ywurry): Quite easy once found the way in/down to site. ywurry L a Spindoc's geotalk CDs found in an earlier cache, T nothing. There were some great photo opportunities in the setting sunlight. Sorry for the late log... didn't realise until today after cleaning up old paper work that this hadn't been logged.

Was making tracks down to the 'Gong and Kiama to find some particular geocaches. Decided to quickly stop in on the way to find 'my' geocache. Unfortunately I'm not used to geocaching in the area and so I was lost. Spent 15 minutes searching and then decided to head off.
5.00pm
Took advice from previous logs and parked at the top. Quite easy once found the way in/down - Anderka had her hands on it first. Being a geotalk cache, thought it apt to leave one of Spindoc's geotalk CDs (took nothing). Some more great photo opportunities in the setting sunlight

Found by Fred after PeeDee and Kiddo suggested looking in a certain spot. First find after lunch, a bit of a scramble up, however it would have been a lot easier if we had parked at the top. Yes GZ is out on the GPS as Hoojar has indicated – think like a Geocacher and it will be in your hand. Took man clip, left sheep (for the Kiwi's), signed log.
It took a couple of visits to locate this one. Armed with the knowledge that GZ was out we returned today and walked straight to the cache, too easy! Finally!
I had GZ 8-10m off!
Cheers

Lovely location, with a beautiful view enhanced by the fact that it was a warm saturday afternoon and there were more than a few bikini-clad bathers to cause a distraction from caching
Found the cache in the least likeliest spot, and of course, in the last place I looked. TFTC paegle boy.

After spending a while on the nearby beach on this hot day, by the time we went for this cache later on things were cooling down and the wind was REALLY giving it some!
Webby found the cache after a short hunt.

I read the previous logs before walking to this one. Did not even bother to look where GZ was, just started at 6mtrs out and had it easily.
Just as we were about to walk down, the southerly hit and wow, did visibility drop quickly.
Try the co-ords above if you can't find it at GZ, they may or may not help.

This one took 4 attempts to find !!! Like many others the cache was not easy to find. After a phone a friend clue I went back without the GPS. I was told to widen my search considerably. Finally found the cache about 6 metres south of what I had for GZ. Sorry I did not have my GPS with me as I would have taken a set of co ords according to my GPS. this may have been helpful for others.

Took a while as the GPS had me all over the place. Phoned a friend for a hint and came up with the goods. Good views from here. Thanks
Was about to give up searching when spotted the cache out of the corner of my eye. Found with KateyBears and Geodog Jack. T: TB & GC. L: Agent Red TB. TFTC.
Came with Dogboy, tried to climb up while writing a text message. Rather difficult I found.

Not hard to find, nice and easy climb and really nice view.
Took nothing, since we were not really clear on if the CD should be left behind or not.
Left Geocoin Gowenhouse fOtOmOm.

sorry, I had a reasonable look,
but no luck scrambled up and down the slope to no avail...
perhaps next time.

walked up from the beach, sans shoes, this was a mistake, as the area is steep, and has some spiky plants to put you off. No luck today.
Another nice vantage point!
Found the Goods then had a look around the area

A cache with a view, what a top spot to do a bit of bird watching. The people round here certainly are sitting on a gem of a spot.
Took coin. Thanks

Stoped in on my way back up the coast from the local tattoo shop at Thirroul, i spent alot of time searching for this one then just as i was leaving i had one last look and bingo there it was everywhere i had not looked. Great spot to sit and watch the surf on a day like today when it was big took the last TBug and left a coin thanks....
Nice hiding place PaegleBoy! There were heaps of travel bugs in the cache (we left one there).
Honoured to have a cache named after the podcast. I'm placing it on my watchlist and will have to make a journey down south soon.
I was at the cache spot for 20 mins making the co-ordinates and the best co-ords I could get was 1 metre away from the cache.
So here is a hint: look for a small trail off the big trail.
