Looked for a little while then we decided to give up on it for we were short on time. Can you please check that it is still there. And why is it a micro for it could be a large cache.
Couldn't be bothered to hunt this one because when we arrived, the track to GZ is overgrown with weedy plants and after reading the recent DNF and the recent flood, it wasn't worth an effort to walk and seek this cache. Thanks.
We had a good look around the spot that the hint mentioned without luck. There looks like there may have been a bit of water through here recently.
Thanks anyway Team Beaufort.
Thanks anyway Team Beaufort.
I left me wobbly boots back in the geomobile and wandered along the track to find the log.
Something didn't smell very nice as I approached [xx(]
No dead pigs today.
Today it was a dead moggy !!
Rather a large striped moggy at that, so it may have been a feral !!
Holding me nose I soon found the cache
A quick signing of the logbook while holding me breath and I bolted back to the boat ramp.
A very nice spot down by the river when you can't smell the corpses and there is no one else around
TFTC.

Foudn it without too much hassle. Not too sure why you'd camp here, it's probably more suited to hiding dead bodies . TFTC.
Found at 1255Hrs. The cache was out in the open when I arrived and looks like it has come adrift from its original hiding spot. It was much better hidden after I signed the log.
Thanks Team Beaufort
Thanks Team Beaufort
didn't see any dead pigs but we could smell them and getting a scare from someting thrashing around in the long grass which ended up being a wallaby, we finally found the cache.....interesting picnic spot not a place i will hurry back to for a picnic..left some stickers.......TFTC
Found at 11.30
Would be a great camping spot but look really suspect.
Lots of rubbish around.
Easy find.

Hmm, didn't see any dead pigs here - but there was plenty of empty bottles at the picnic area Still, even though our lunch plans were derailed - we found the cache (all the rubbish - not the lack of pigs heads .

Oh yes a pig as well. Parked car almost over it so kids did not see. And took a walk to find the cache. Up one side down the other then back up the first side and guess what a cache was found.
JABs.

Finally home from Oz Mega and time to log. Found the cache OK along with the previously mentioned dead pigs. Creepy! TFTC
Is there some kind of satanic cult in this town that nobody knows about? Now, in addition to the beheaded pig with its attendant strips of skin by the cache, there is another on the way in, teeth a-glistening, and the stench permeates the area. So glad it was a quick find for us, maybe the lack of air lent us wings? Not usually that lucky with finds! Oh, and we missed the famous pub cos we were too freaked out by the pig massacre and drove out of there as fast as we could! TFTC ='.'=
Drove past the wobbly boot and along a dirt track to the picnic area. Unfortunately GZ was not there and we found ourselves walking past the hide and head of a dead pig to an overgrown area where the cache was easily located. Surely the picnic area would have been a better spot the for cache?
Stinky dead pigs head and skin about 10 meters from GZ. Area getting very over grown.

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 2:15pm on our way home from Wagga for the OZ Mega Event. (Fantastic!!) Looked for this cache in 2008 but couldn't find it then but got it this time. There was a stinking dead pig head and skin on the track to GZ. I don't think I have held my breath for so long for years. It was awful. TFTC
Found this cache at 11:30am before heading into Goondawindi for a Morris National Vintage car Rally over Easter. The undergrowth in the area is so thick, ventured on , found the log. Looking---- Looking-----looking AHHHHHHH here it is . Great hide.
Thanks Team Beaufort for the hide.

Good quick easy find a 1145. I am used to the type of hiding method of this owner after finding many of their's. TFTC. All is in good order. The log is still useable but a little tatty.
Found it on Day 1 of our trip to OzMega in Wagga....
Very ingenious hide this one...

Found on the 10th after picnicking and swimming the geo-hounds on a hot hot day
Great spot, shame about the amount of rubbish here.
Cache is in good condition, but the log book could do with some TLC

Great hide! Whilst not overly keen on long grass, the cache made it well worth it. This looks like a nice spot for a picnic or paddle on the river. Thank you.
Found and logged at 9:10, On my way to Toowoomba on holidays
Great hide

Got to within 60m of the cache but there was a couple of roo shooters utes at GZ. Probably looking for pigs so we moved on.
Found with matt_stomper. A nice little pozzie by the river. Saw some of the wildlife in the trees. Lovely! Pitty about all the rubbish though. TFTC
This one took a little bit to find but the area is awesome. Shame about the rubbish but the river is so full of life. Thanks for taking us to the area. Found with Shell_seeker.
Found while passing through the area on a work trip

On our way back from 2 wonderful weeks on Frazer Island. Partner xambo4u has finally worked out how he can get me to travel without going to sleep. Did not get a good feeling here, glad to move on.
Nice easy find

I parked at the cattle grid, and Jenna the Geodog and I went for an early morning stroll. We enjoyed the walk, thank you, and the cache wasn't too hard to find, either. Thank you for the cache and the walk.
A nice quiet little place, ideal for a spot of fishing, shame we didnt have more time to stop, have to keep running as lots more caches to find today.
Our 2nd cache for our long trip.

11am . Mrs K found this one , I had my paper work and gps resting on top of it, as the gps said 2.5 meters that way and I was on my knees looking 2.5 meters away. Ah well you get that, looks a good fishing area Thanks for bringing us here - Team Beaufort..
Would love to come here when there is a lot more water in the river.
Thanks Team Beaufort

Found this one in the morning before it got hot, doesn't look like this spot gets used much except by cows. Good hide. TFTC
A nice hide, not too surer about the local pub, looks a bit run down. Great song from JW.

Very nicely done, and perfectly dry after all the rain. Now, time to find the other Wobbly Boot for a bit...TFTH
Stopped off at Goondiwindi for a couple of days. Found out the show was on and stayed for a couple more. While waiting for the show thought we would take a drive down and find the cache. Easy find if you call fighting through the dead animals. Mind you most of the smell had gone. Nice area and pity there was not more water in the river. TNLN SL TFTC
The park at the boat ramp is a great spot by the river but the track to the cache is not so pleasant - overgrown, lots of rubbish dumped plus a dead sheep wafting the area with it's attractive aroma. A very ingenious method of hiding the cache. I would have given up looking in the long grass - very snakey looking country - but super sleuth (hubby) never screws up a hide!
Central Australia Trip. 3. After a false start on the wrong log and a age pulling little stick like seeds from my clothes, I found the right place and found it in a place that would require no battle with seeds. Thanks.

After parking over at the picnic area I headed off in the direction of the cache. The first thing I found was the smelliest dead sheep carcass anyone could find. I successfully navigated that, got around the cobblers pegs and found the cache after a little searching. Nice hide. TNLNSL TFTC.
Cache #400, if you include my GCA caches.

Somebody had done us a real favour here. All the grass and cobblers pegs around GZ had been flattened, even around a nearby tree. Don't know if it was a desperate search by a cacher or not.Anyway it made for a quick find for us near the end of a western trip with Qldwarrior. Thanks Team Beaufort.
Found with Temingi. My first cache on NSW soil. Thanks for another great hide Team Beaufort.
Had to sort of bush bash to this one. Rode in to within 10 metres of GZ, but the grass and weeds were so tall we had a bit of a tough time accessing the log. As I went back to grab some more info, Mrs Bundy came up with the goods. Found at 0600 hrs, 2nd for the day, and 8th for the trip.
Cheers

I Thought This was going to be my first Queensland cache but it's on the wrong side of the river, even though it's listed as a Queensland cache.
A very nice spot on the river's edge.
There were many Ibises nesting in the trees across the river.
Please practice "cache in trash out" here, as there's quite a bit of litter around the BBQs.
I should have worn my own wobbly boots, as I managed to find quite a few goat heads wearing my thongs!

First to find this cache in the New Year. Gee this area has copped a beating from the recent hail storm. There are trees down everywhere. We managed to get into the area okay as the council were out moving away some of the debris and large snapped off trees and branches. It was a great hide - very neat indeed. There are lots of nasty prickly and itchy bushes around GZ though! TFTC... eatmorchickin and stigglepot from Brisbane on our way home from a trip to Northern NSW.
58 - Our first interstate cache found Mon 29/12/08 at 10:48am. The river is nice at this locaton. Good idea with the hide. TFTC Team B. It is a shame to hear that the area copped the storm so bad just a few hours after our visit. From our location just a bit south of here, we can certainly say that the storm looked nasty.
Great river! g grew up beside this river way upstream and then worked for a couple of years on a property near here many moons ago. Feels like another lifetime! Thanks for the cache Team Beaufort. Our 9th and last find on our Adelaide to Brisbane in a day trip. Dropped some coins through for a look.
Sadly couldnt find it in the dark but I did find a plastic screw top lid next to the clue....
Well I really don't know why this is rated as such a difficult cache. I would give it a 1.5 x 1 as it would be wheelchair accessible. Ha, ha, ha! Well yeah it was easy enough for me to recover the log, sign and return whilst gerrynewgirl took the 'scenic' route. TFTC
Yeah well, weroamin found the cache whilst I was still looking around , and around all over the place. Loved the hide. TFTC.
Nice tricky hide. Well done! Very scenic part of the river too. Thanks for the cache Team Beaufort.
Another FTF in a lovely location. We looked all around until reading the hints and description. It is not easy to see but a terrific cache. I did not have anything to drink otherwise maybe would have found it earlier. Good idea.
Thanks for a good hide
