There was a big "No entry" sign at the gate. I am not sure if there was an event on, but we decided to leave this one for next time.
Some 4 legged Muggles kept an eye on the things, they weren't a theat though, they were more interested in filling their bellies then spoiling the next adventurers fun. Geo - Rabbit snifted out the correct tree, with CIH, signing duties sorted, it was back the cache mobile. Another cache done an dusted. TFTH TFTC Replaced in the same spot as found ready for the next Geo-adventurer.
It seems that i done this cache some time ago and going through my book there it was, sorry for not logging before this.
It was a quick find, and was in good condition at the time.
Recovered it, tagged it, re-established it, then on our way, now finally we logged it.
Thanks Guys for this cache. Lil Donna

Another quick easy find, cleaning up some caches in the area. Thanks for the find. Cache looks to be in good order!
A great cache!!! Thanks for bringing me out this way. I intended to find more in the area but ended up rescuing an injured cockatoo and rushing back to town to the 24 hour vet. If it wasn’t for this cache I don’t think he would have survived, but now he’s safe and on the mend!!!!
When I was up at Ungarie a few weeks ago and I started the WWW trail I hatched a plan. I knew the rest of my family was going away for the school holidays and so I decided that I would head to Wagga for an overnight trip and try and find 100 caches in a day for the first time. At that point I had collected 50 (and then last weekend I got 54) in a single day, but triple figures was really only possible with a powertrail - and the one The Drovers had set up was worth the effort. So I took a day off work and headed up to make the attempt before everyone gets back tomorrow. Thankfully the weather was not as hot as yesterday so it was a pleasant day driving the blue road grader on the trails north of Wagga.
Up at 5:30 with the first cache at 6AM and by 4PM I had the 100 caches - in the end I got 117 (1 multi, 2 virtuals, 3 earthcaches and the rest Trads - the one solved puzzle was too busy even at 6:30AM). I saw one big Brown Snake, added a couple of birds to my annual list (including Crimson Chats near Gumly Gumly), and saw lots of Caper Whites. Also got plenty of grazes, banged both shins on logs, got a splinter under one fingernail, and suspect I will lose another after dropping a rock on an unlogged Roostaman hide. Climbed a few trees, founds some clever caches and generally had a fantastic time.
Next one on the list - parked near the gate - assume this a public reserve but I know the scouts have a camp nearby. Cache was quickly found - disturbed a resting Christinus gecko when I picked up the camo. Quickly signed and replaced.

The fireies were in having a training day, but the only things that had eyes on me where the two beautiful Kites flying up ahead. Tftc thefarmers5
Wagga Wagga has so many caches on offer that we can only really scratch the surface while we are staying in the area for a few days. So a selection was made and we headed off to find these ones. Each cache found had its log signed and was then replaced as it had been found.
No difficulty oin finding this one as it has goods co-ords. Thanks to Team Roobok and The Farmers 5 for placing and maintaining this cache.

T4TC - Took me a bit as i was looking for a lone tree whos no longer lone... lol
Arrived into Wagga just for an overnight stay. Met up with some muggle relatives for drinks. It turned out that he worked with Baby & Mrs. Gopher & knew all about geocaching.
We only did a few of the caches close by to where we were camped.
Thanks for placing this cache Team RooBok

Found this whilst camping at the local Scout Camp. It was pouring with rain all weekend and finally a short time of no rain. Got this just in time for more rain. TFTC
I have another day off work. I guess I could go get some geocaches for the last souvenir of the month. It was a great day as the warm sun was shining and the birds were singing. All this and great locations made for a fun day. Thanks to all CO’s for the fun I had and the caches I found today.
I was told about this one from Swimmagurl and geo-mum. I made a quick find here while on my way home.

Suscoe was out and about this morning heading to the east of Wagga.
It was a clear morning with blue skies approaching and a delightful day emerging from the night.
The countryside changed from the city to the country and we enjoyed all the views as we headed around the roads.
Thanks to Team Roobok and The Farmers 5 for this hide, all good here today. Very, very quiet.

In Wagga Wagga for the Australia 3-day orienteering champs. Following the last event this morning at Charles Sturt University, I cached my way back to Canberra. Quickly found. TFTC.

Found with swimmagurl whilst on camp. Lots of long grass, thankfully no snakes today. TNLN TFTC
TFTC. In a way this is a homecoming. We were camped at Camp Kurrajong at Eadter 2013 for the first Stone the Crows Festival. The festival has since moved to the Clay Target Shooting range, but the camp is still available for camping at a reasonable cost.
This cache is close by and an easy retrieve.

A good find while driving back towards Wagga. We did a circle before deciding on the actual hiding place for This one.

Good to have farmer--brown back in town and out caching with me, our first find of the afternoon! May be a good idea to wear shoes somewhat more substantial than thongs...
Found with the geo-crew on the last day of our tour to Adelaide. A quiet spot off the road and all remained good at GZ. Many thanks Team RooBok
Found at 11pm with the Yanco Vennies after setting up camp at nearby Camp Kurrajong.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Found 01.02.2015 on my way back to Canberra after a day with my son geocaching in Wagga.

Found on a beautiful winters day after completing the RGGT series. TFTC Team RooBok
We found this cache during a scout camp at the nearby grounds that were the site of the Mega event. I will have to put more caches here to make future training events with scouts just that bit more interesting. Thanks for the cache.

[:(!] While in Wagga for the week I picked a few caches and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

Made this a drive by and was a little surprised to see a TB still here.

One I missed when at the Mega back in 2010....too much socialising and not enough looking at nearby caches I'd say.
Anyway, grabbed it today and all was good.
Thanks Team RooBok......

Lovely cool day, Wagga Wagga town for caches area, easy to quickly spot as well hide, also TB return to in, thanks
This one was a bit challenging in a funny way. The tree in question seemed to move, maybe I wasn't consulting the GPS with enough diligence: possibly because it was pouring with rain and we were getting soaked!!
After trekking through much very wet very long grass, we finally located the cache.
Thanks Team Roobok.

Another one that we hadn't planned on doing, but it was near where we camped on Saturday night, and on our route towards the RGGT powertrail, so we pulled over, had a quick walk across the wet grass & made an easy find.
Thanks

This cache hadn't been found for a while. I guess once all the local cachers find it most people passing by might not notice it. We had to drive through a gate and park the car before walking about a hundred metres through wet grass in the early morning to find it. It was a nice easy find before we headed back to the car to continue towards our main objective for the day, the Riverina power trail. Thanks
This one seemed a long way from the road but it all made sense as we pulled over. A quick find. TFTC.
Quick find on our vino and olive tour of the area. It's wasn't a micro and it wasn't an urban cache - so it was the best of both worlds for us. TFTC Team RooBok
While at the Stone the Crows festival wandered across the paddock to find this cache Thanks Team Roobok
while attending the "Stone the Crows Festival" with friends, Punka Fellas, found there was a cache close by

We had two thoughts about this one as it looked like its was on private property but thought about the rules and headed up the fence to the cache where we made a quick find. We signed the log and re hid. TFTC

First an appology for late logging this was due to the fact of increasing my waymarking activities as had a few to list and was spending the time learning how to list them.
#390 found on time wasting trip to grab four caches this was the second of the four. This was an interesting location that I didn't realise existed. It has been a long time since I was involved in the scouting movement and to see a facility of this calibre is extraordinary, In my time we only dreamed of places like this in the country they are usually for the city folks. This cache was an easy find and today was a lovely day for it. The place was quiet and except for a few RV at the scout camp nobody was in eye shot.
Thanks Team RooBok for a great location and keeping it in existance after the mega

One of 48 over two days on a stay over trip to Wagga Wagga to go to the Riverina Christmas Caching Event. Found with three of the kiddies, 7yo Jasmine and 5yo twins James and Jemma who enjoyed the two days immensely, as did I.
Once we found the way in and avoided the Scouts Camp, kids had a nice time uncovering the cache and poking a large striped huntsman spider with a stick. TFTC.

On our way to Junee, nice and warm day...easy find by Ms Bushies2. Thanks Team RooBok and baby&Mrs gopher.
Eighteenth and last cache for the day. A quick off road drive and parked less than 5m from cache, thanks for the quick and enjoyable cache!
Staying nearby at the scout camp, passing thru on way to motorhome rally at Denny ..heaps of caches to do in Wagga we will be back !! xx
#1115 @ 1.20pm. Out and about on an impromptu caching day in Wagga we found ourselves out this neck of the woods after having a spot of lunch. We are constantly amazed how quickly the caching day goes - how come a day at work doesn't go as quickly [?]. A nice reserve in what the golden orbs are thriving, Dad found the container without any drama. TNLNSL TFTC Team RooBok and the Farmers 5
Number eleven in a day out caching in Wagga. Nice little stroll to find this one. Walked into a spider web....man they are strong. Got the cache though so all is right with the world. TFTC. TNLPT.
A quick find just before heading to Lake Albert for lunch. Walked in from the main road and came up with the hide. A cautious walk in the long grass, but no wrigly sticks.
Many thanks fr showing us the area.
