Have tried for this a couple of times - going back to WP1 to re-check coords. What confuses me is that there is a traditional cache very close (10m) from the final coords for this one - mind you, I am easily confused. I am checking with CO
Trying to complete 4 x 4 challenge. I have found 3 multis today. This was supposed to be my fourth. Gtrrrr
It has taken me a long time to journey from Cashmere to Kashmir. I went to Cashmere on a balmy mid-summer evening and planned for the next journey. Life got in the way and it was a cold wet winter's day before I began the trek towards the summits in Kasmir. On arrival a local was hauling up some of the local wildlife. The older animal was tethered to it's owner but the younger shaggy brown animal came bounding over - soaking wet to greet me. Thankfully this chocolate lab pup obeyed not to jump up and was happy with a pat. They continued towards the summit and I skirted across the mountain face and into the forest. Soon came up with the cache - even if I think it was stretching it to call it a regular. TFTC and the adventure across the world.
Found it! Came back after the storm (THAT was unexpected) and found it easily. Was going to leave another cacher's pen here to be collected but the the cache was too small (or the pen too big). TFTC
Awesome work on the history. A little bit of a hill to bike up, good for the lungs! Lovely spot.
Back when I studied evolutionary botany, the pathways made by dinosaurs through the bush was called dinoturbation. They would break down the old forest and new fast growing species (particularly flowering plants (angiosperms)) could quickly inhabit the trampled zone. I found this cache through what I like to call Cacherturbation. A path into the scrub that abruptly ends- Cacherturbation for sure!
TFTC and the history of a place I grew up in but didn't know anything about! Awesome work!

Found on my way home. WP1 I've walked/ran through here many a time, its so peaceful. The final I didn't even know existed and I only live about 500 metres away!!! Thanks for showing me this cute little walkway.
Quick easy find in a lovely walkway that I wasn't aware of then on to the final. thanks for the hide.
A cache that I had solved and found a while ago and hadn't logged in. Great spot for placing the cache in a spot that I hadn't been to before.
A bit of a roundabout trip but we found it in the end. TFTC. Dropped GeoCoin off. Merry Christmas.
Finally found the final after finding the waypoint months ago. Nice wee spot. Dropped off jeep travel bug. TFTC

Despite having lived in Christchurch for over 21 years I was never aware of the existence of the place by WP1. TFTC
There were a few dog walkers taking a rest nearby the waypoint, but soon had the final co-ords in hand. Headed off there and it wasn't long before I had the container in hand.
I was going to leave one of the GC I have here, but as the coin that was supposed to be here has gone AWOL since May, decided not to.
Sir John Cracroft Wilson built a home between 1854 and 1856. In 1958 this home along with some land was gifted to Girl Guiding New Zealand by his great-grandson. The house was used by many groups over the years until 4 Sept 2010, when the last group to use it - a Brownie Camp - was cut short.
The furture of the house was uncertain for a while, but following February's quake the engineering report indicated that it was beyond economic repair.
Sadly the house was demolished in August 2012.

Easy find but glad we had transport from WP1 to the final. Been to both spots while checking sites for a Jan orienteering event so knew our way. The sticker for our event is still on the seat near GZ! Lol. TFTC.
Got unstuck at WP1. Maybe next time.

Found on way to a meeting. Interesting to see buildings in daylight at wp1. Looked really good lit up.

Note - didn't see any trackables in cache

202 - The last cache for the day. A friend was with me at WP1 and gave me the history on the land which I found really interesting. Then it was off to WP2, with a stop for a cuppa inbetween. Very interesting play on words. TFTM
Last successful multi for the day and it was really nice. A great tour of hidden spots in Cashmere. WPT1 took me to a lovely day spa with beautiful gardens and WPT2 has a stunning view. The finding was reasonably straight forward and to cap it off there was such a cute logbook for me to sign. These are my kind of multis.

This one has been on my "close to home" list for a while. Thanks for updating. SL, TFTC. No TB.
have taken out the second waypoint and replaced the cache which had been muggled
A bit confused re logs suggesting wrong phone number. Displayed number puts me in only logical place, any other number goes into private property or roads
Searched area twice, most likely spot above ground level was barren. Either way off course or possibly muggled?
Great view of city tho.

Worked out the location awhile ago, but tonight was the night. Had a few spare minutes on the way to the movies so used them productively. Thanks for the trek!
We missed the Nutfield house, but got what we needed anyhow in order to put it together for a quick grab.
#633: Almost Went to Kashmir!
Out for a rare night-caching binge! I came to this one following the good-bye event for MoneyDork. After checking out the nearby book storage place, I saw this one was not too far away, so I thought I'd give it a quick try. Little did I know it would take me so far away!! All good fun though. As others have noted, the requirement for "D" at WP2 is no longer correct, but can be puzzled together using common sense. The first set of coords had me looking UP at an unlikely place for a T2. Checking the logs, I quickly surmised what I had to do. Anyway, that was the place I guessed would be GZ when I drove up!
I had a lot of fun with this one, and it is a good one to do at night. The view of the city was amazing! Took two balls, and left two more.

Finally got around to finishing this off today, it's been a journey over a year or so as I lost details and had to go and find them again. However, managed to keep them all in one place this time and signed the log. No problems with the co-ords, just be careful with D. TNLN Thanks
Finally finished on second try with assistance. ? Final coord's somewhat out?

Found WP1 ages ago then got what I thought was the wrong numbers at WP2, so finally got around to double checking them today to find I was right the first time. Cache was easily found this time - almost too easy - the container dangerously exposed. SL and coverer it up nicely. TFTC (343)
Found WP1 ages ago.....finally decided that we should finaish it off! WP2 info gathered quickly & we headed up the hill. Co-ordinates had me staring at a private garden so quickly checked the digits. Changed the only number that could be wrong (D) to another likely number. GZ now in a better spot. Cache quickly in hand. Thanks for the effort in placin gthe multi - most informative and fun.
HAd the co-ords for a while but eneded an early evening outing to clear the head.

Finally found this cache after working out the final co-ordinates months ago, but seemed to point into the middle of a property, so abandoned the hunt. Gave it another go today and found it! TFTC
Nice cache. The location for the final was surprisingly busy on such a cold day. TFTC.
Had a fantastic time looking for this cache. We went in the car and found all of the clues! We had an interesting time finding the cache and it took us one hour. Best to do this cache in The South Library's opening hours to get all of the co-ordinates off the net. Great cache thoroughly enjoyed it. TFTC [(:]
no luck with the second waypoint....then upon looking at the online info about the cache we realised we needed to look for information....!! will get this don sometime this week...I'll be back!!
A nice little multi on the way between where I'm working and where I'm staying. TFTC
TFTC. An interesting multi on my home turf. GZ a lovely spot for some fine Indian curry picnic.
Had some of the standard issues in finding the co-ordinates. Not too bad with a bit of thinking.
My first multi! Awesome fun but the final co-ords lead me to the middle of a house. But a bit of thinking and the cache was soon in hand. TFTC.
Like others we had some difficulty with anbiguous options at WP2. We actually found this using just one set of coords. Walked the line as it were. Lovely multi and an especially nice hide at WP1. Thank you.
We got one number wrong at WP2 Grrr. But rememering the one we had trouble with,we changed it over and found its hidey place resonably quickly.A nice little multi.TFTC.
Was a bit out on WP3 to start with but then spotted the road names and corrected myself! TFTC!
We finally got there after a bit of a run around due to basic errors in reading and calculating final WP. Cache was in a nice little spot. TFTC
Finally getting this one after finding the first way point a while ago. I didnt have the cache description with me the first time and had not realized that the second way point was virtual. A nice little workout on the cycle to get this one, but a nice hide. Cheers for the cache.
Found easily (only after a couple of wrong turns!) WP1 was very busy due to the good weather. TFTC
Finally got around to finishing this one after starting about a year ago.... all done now. Thanks.
Finally found the cache today, after finding the waypoints over several trips to Christchurch this year. TFTC
I did the home work on this one a couple of months ago so I thought I better finish it off today, a great wee cache , and a nice easy find at the final, many thanks for the work put into this cache. Cheers Bo
Found with ExpatTarheel. Nice easy find. The WP1 was a bit sketchy, but eventually in hand, the cache itself was a lovely hide.
Swapped a hackey sack for a magnetic bunny.
Swapped a hackey sack for a magnetic bunny.
Did this after work and in the dark tonight. Fairly easy although I did get one of the numbers wrong. Luckily I remembered the other, and it was a simple correction to get to GZ from not that far away. Bit of a hunt in the dark, but managed to find it all the same. Cheers Gav [3850]
Seeing that cycling was recommended for this cache, how could I resist? Had to traverse the muddy path near WPT1 a number of times to get enough time clear of mugglesto perform the retrieval. No such problems at WPT2. Then it was off to sign the cache. A nasty shock was to be had - Alp d'Kashmir! Tour de France's Alp d'Huez has nothing on this shocker. It is a granny gear climb that I made without walking. Whew! A well deserved rest was had on a very convenient seat as the cache log was signed. + Colorado State Geocoin. Thanks for the cache.
Had poor GPS at WP1, but found with help from the clue. Reccomend carefully checking the new coords on a map to save un-nessecary biking up and down steep hills ;0)
Nice wee spot, not far from home TFTC

We were following Guzzi Riders around this afternoon - this was the third cache in a row where their name was last on the log.
Enjoyable multi and easy find at final. Nicely hiden too.
Thanks for the wee tour.

#698 (4/4 on a trip to South Chch). Nice easy multi to finish an afternoons caching. TFTC.
Had fun with this one. Mrs Guzzi as usual had trouble following instructions. Chilly day but we rugged up well.
We had a strong hunch we would end up here. Grabbed that lovely rose oil and deposited Mara. TFTC.
Lovely little spot. Enjoyed getting lost trying to find location without road map. TNLN. TFTC.

We couldnt approach Wpt 1, there was a constant stream of muggles walking their dogs. I think it must have beed the AGM of the local dog walkers society. I have never seen the place so busy.
We went off to do somthing else, and quite a while later we just passed what I realised was the wpt 2 object
Funnily enough, there was also another couple across the road doing sums on a piece of paper.
We both came to the same conclusion as to direction and distance, the difference was we had bikes, they were pushing a pram, so I guess they will log a bit later.
The final location offers great views. The last time I was up there it looked totaly different, no houses no road.
Cheers and thanks,
S.t.

Nice spot for cache, but took us a while to get it right as we initially had cache in the centre of a house. With a little thought we figured out the anomaly mentioned in an earlier log and bingo, there it was.

Easy enough on a sunny morning - despite the anomaly at WP2. Nice location for the final. Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(1511)
Third time lucky! Very glad to find that I was still FTF after a couple of false starts. Spectucular views at the final (both during the day and at night). Good spots chosen - I saw a HUGE monarch butterfly at WP1 yesterday!!
A good final hiding niche too, although its cover was falling off a little. TFTC
Dropped off a pirate booty travel coin

Found WPs one and two easily. Worked out the co-ords for the final but they seemed to be pointing to private land. Weird.
