Took a walk up with a friend for some early morning exercise. Found easy enough with a bit of looking around. Hung out here for a while ... enjoyed the sunshine and warming temperature ... it's going to be another beautiful day here.

As a previous finder I have popped a bison here and let the owner know to allow finders to log in the meantime. Due to council work clearing away the existing cache.

A girls’ day out today with SaintsMadHouse, KBreeAHH and Just A Trifle. The plan was to do maintenance on one of SaintsMadHouse ‘s caches in Rathdowney, and grab whatever else we needed en route.
With SaintsMadHouse as previous finder, she confirmed the cache was indeed missing after fresh garden works involving new bark through the garden and a new post.
A check of her supplied and we soon had the cache replaced nearby and message sent to owner.
Thanks for the cache GhostGums.

It looks like the local council has come through and done some landscaping. New woodchips and plants are on site. Owner should check to see if cache is still here. DNF
Trying out a new camping location not too far away decided to go for a bit of a drive. Made the ascent to the heights for a spectacular view. Someone has thoughtfully laminated and cable tied a panoramic pic the table with the peaks all named. TFTC
Beautiful and quiet surroundings, disturbed only by the birds as I made this find.
Today, the morning plan was hiking to Upper Portals, utilising the [Picnic at Upper Portals](https://coord.info/GCA4KJT) event as an opportunity to visit this popular destination. An enjoyable group in attendance to make the 4WD drive and walk down, and a fortunate weather window to have completed that too. I then took a drive home via Rathdowney and Beaudesert, although I questioned the sanity of geocaching as I was caught in very heavy rain storms, which made me keep driving and adjust plans in order to not get drenched. Highlights included visiting Kooralbyn and seeing the kangaroos and wallabies around the streets, and completing the [JUBILEE PARK WALKING TOUR](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/ead2c608-a9f7-40ee-803c-dd6392e5fa40) Adventure Lab in Beaudesert.
A really enjoyable visit to Kooralbyn in seeing this out-of-the-way town, and there were kangaroos/wallabies about as I drove around. A fantastic location that is worthy of a Favourite Point alone! Thankfully I did managed to score a view between rain showers, and then my attention turned to this cache where it was a quick find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks GhostGums for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Found it! Hint helped a tiny bit. Logbook wet and in pieces, added new sheet of paper. It would be better to swap the container with something more weather sealed, unfortunately I didn't have any... Tftc!
I’m camping in this area tonight with lots of spare time so I decided to drive up here to check out the lookout. A nice view of familiar peaks. Some I’ve been on and some are on my to-do list.. Mount Clunie, I’m looking at you.. yeh you heard what I said haha. The log has seen better days but can still sign. Thanks for the cache.
Cheers

Working up here in Kooralbyn, this is the third and final I will find here. Great spot and view for this late afternoon, almost couldn’t find the cache because it was getting so dark. Got it and this photo
Found after Mtn Bike riding for the weekend. Gorgeous views that photos just do not do any justice. Log has dried out enough to sign. TFTC, found with Billy.
Found regardless of muggles sitting at nearby bench. . . .lucky we had a big truck to hide us from view. Was a bit tricky but clue did help a LITTLE. Couldn't sign though as very wet
I decided last night to visit the lovely Scenic Rim chasing a couple of attributes for a challenge or two…
So with 14 targets, including a FTF, I set off at 7am this morning… at Browns Plains I realised I’d left my day pack at home… so back I went which meant I was about an hour behind… oh well…
I’ve never been to Kooralbyn before, so this lookout was a pleasant surprise… I had to wait out a resting council worker, but it wasn’t as long as you might expect…
It was a comment by Karicka that allowed me to unearth this container… tftc…

Unfortunately could not find, not sure if rain has contributed or blinded by the beautiful view - will try again next time
BM75 suggested that we make the side trip to Kooralbyn on our way home from Mt Barney
The cache was buried deep
Thank you for hiding this geocache GhostGums

Based at Rathdowney and this is one of the caches we targeted. Love the scenery and exploring. Thanks for hiding and enhancing our enjoyment of the area.

Thursday. Out in the area grabbing the last Kooralbyn cache and I was expecting to see some great views. I wasn’t disappointed! Some of those houses on the road up to the viewing spot have million dollar views! I saw Mt Barney with a cloud cap, then a quick search for the cache and it was found quickly.
This was the 3rd of 12 caches found on this outing.
Thanks ***GhostGums*** for showing us this place

This weekend I was working in Kooralbyn with my muggle partner on a new house with spectacular views. I was excited to see there were a few caches nearby, including an oldie, so I took off from work as soon as we finished to collect a few smilies. This one was just up the road from work, a quick find thanks to the hint. I admired to spectacular view here (even better than from work) before racing off to the next cache. Tftc GhostGums
GPS was directing us to private property. As we took another step and looked down there it was. TFTC
Visited the scenic viewpoint, but almost overseen that there is a cache too. Luckily checked the satnav before leaving the spot. Fast found. TFTC
In town today with some spare time on my hands so made my way to the lookout. What an amazing view from here. All the mountains line up so nicely, from the southern laminton out to Superbus - and everything in between. Has to be one of the best township lookout places ever. Just a shame it's so dry.
Cache was found quickly and formalities were performed before checking out the view for a bit longer, then making my way to Beaudesert.
Loved it, thanks GhostGums!

A detour on our way home after climbing Mount Maroon this morning. We drove into Koralbyn and came to enjoy the beautiful view from here. It is many years since we have visited this area.
Thanks for the diversion and cache.

Checked on this one today, will message the CO. all good to be found and logged
What a fantastic view, well what you can see between the trees .. lol .. but there was no sign of the cache
Could see a pile of rocks at end of fence where it probably once was but is now no more, unless I was looking in the wrong place .
If it is missing, maybe put a small one on back of No Camping sign .. [?]
Any, thanks for brining us up here, would never had known this place existed otherwise

I was here nearly 10 mths ago and reported this one was missing, now I can put a smile on my map. Thanks for replacing and maintaining to all involved
So from the lions road to here, always wondered what was in here as we drove past going to Beaudesert, now we know, one of the most interesting places we've seen and the views up here mean I have to give this a fav. point, absolutely brilliant across to mount barney, marroon, lindsey and more and down on to the valley below, what an awesome location.TFTC.
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers, Lisylou and Jemillalucy). Amazing views. TFTC!
Sorry guys couldnt figure out how to log the replacement. Cache was replaced by team skully- skully

Well the family and I came up here today to replace this one with permission from the CO and at first I thought we found the original but as it turns out someone replaced it yesterday, whats yhe chances?
Anyway we came, we saw and we signed. Some of those trees need a trim to open up the view again.

Like pajamateam, we couldn't find it either, even with extra support from Princess Sunrise, and are pretty sure it's now gone...CO may wish to check this one? Lovely spot though. +
We believe this cache has been either muggled or destroyed, and the "rocks" at GZ are no longer there?! Needs either reinstatement or archiving. Thank you.
Not sure why this cache needs to be archived....
I will be down that way in a couple of weeks and will replace then.

If there is suppose to be rocks in this area they have gone there has been slashing on the boundary fence so it might be gone
Stunning, stunning views from this place. I cannot understand why this place is not featured as a must visit spot in the Senic Rim. Location, Location, Location - pick of the weekend places for me. ( Shame it was a little cloudy but i will be back another day
A day trip to Kooralbyn to check out the homespun bazaar festival and the obligatory stop along the way to pick up a few caches.
After spending a few hours checking out the stalls and having lunch at the cafe we took a drive up to check out the view.
A muggle car was parked near by but they decided to leave when we arrived so I had no problems locating the cache.

Found a long time ago, been out if caching for some time, getting back into it and catching up on logs. Cheers
What an awesome look out! Had to take the family out to Kooralbyn whilst I did some work. Love this look out. Easy find and replaced!
Second find for the day. TFTC. TNLN. It was a little exposed, so found a better sized cover. Still in same spot.
Quick find by accident!

We saw the sign for a scenic lookout on our way to a cache and decided to pop up for a view and to hide a cache. Imagine my surprise when I saw there was already one here. Super happy to find it and leave a trackable here today. Simply stunning spot at 3:30pm
Found this one while out and about with GeoDaughter Kezz from SaintsMadHouse. The cache is in good condition, thanks for bringing me here!
Out caching for the day with Diamonjs and Aussie Liahona. I had never been to Kooralbyn before. What a great view today from this cache. TFTC Ghostgums.
