Yep definitely be careful entering this lookout, didnt read the description before we drove up here from the south and were very lucky no cars coming towards us. Maybe council needs to put no entry signs at the southern end, it can catch you out. Anyway, we are safe and managed to find the well hidden cache. TFTC

31-Mar-22
Just had to stop here & take photo of The Manor which my cousin sold recently. Managed to find the cache unscathed (me that is). Tftc

TFTC. Another quick grab on our way back from KI holiday. Left baby lid

21-Dec-21
Today, I and J plus the little one visited Carrickalinga Beach and Second Valley. We tried four caches on the way, but only found two.
This was the second find, also the last find, for today.
I tried this cache on our way back to Adelaide.
Quick stop near GZ, and walked for the last 20m.
After a short search, cache has been found.
Took a TB. Signed the log book, and put the cache back.
Thanks for the cache, NormyCrew.

7 years of travelling Australia and yet we have never visited Normanville so we are here now to rectify that. With clouds overhead, and some heavy rain overnight we decided to cache mostly inland today. Some great scenery even though the sun was hiding. Amazed that we were above 400m Elevation in quite a few spots.

Pulled in and made the quick bush bash into this one, after a short search the cache was found all in good order,

Today I decided to head south towards the fleurieu peninsula collecting caches along the way, I just just popped from cache to cache and the aim was to clean up around yankalila but some how I found myself at Victor Harbour, still a great day out and a total of 49 finds.

Thanks for the cache

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.

We have been on Kangaroo Island for the past two months, but recent fire events have chased us back to the mainland. Camped at Rapid Bay for a week, and a quick drive into Norman/Yanka, we had some time to kill before a doctors appointment. What do you do while waiting -go caching.

After the fires on KI, there is still a smokey haze on the mainland, but we managed to find the cache in the smoke haze. Thanks NormyCrew.

Found by The Marathon Man and pnutbeagle on our 3-month Australia holiday after travelling from snowy and cold Northern Ontario Canada.

Finally found some time to get caught up in my logs - we are back in Canada now so time is available to log.

Please see The Marathon Man's Log for our experience finding the cache

Sorry for the late log - trying to get caught up on our cache logs

Found by The Marathon Man and pnutbeagle on our 3-month Australia holiday after travelling from snowy and cold Northern Ontario Canada. Now trying to log a week worth of geocaching finds

The cache was found as we from Normanville, SA to Adelaide, AS via Victor Harbour This was one of 2 DNF's and 8 finds today - Most of the finds were quickly found.

Retrieved the trackable in the cache to take back to Canada in a couple of weeks

Found out with Beary Organised on lovely cool Autumn afternoon. TFTC TNLNSL Not at ground level.

21-Mar-19
Beautiful views but bit grotty where Cache was hiding. Trampled down the prickly bush to make it easier for the next cacher. Would have pruned it to ground level if we had our snips. Scissors just weren’t strong enough. Dropped TB.

13-Feb-19
Quick find on our way down south! Shame the container and contents were strewn around, collected and put back together. Lovely views of the area

13-Feb-19
Jesswrigley and I were taking a few stops on the way from Adelaide to Cape Jervis today. This was a random stop just before a bakery lunch stop ahead of us. We managed to find all the cache’s contents all lying in the ground and upset? Wonder if the container had fallen and just spilled out, or otherwise some nosy animals or muggles? Managed to gather all the insides as best as possible, and stamped the logbook. As I was about to leave, I also saw a TB snagged around some branches, so will move on (even though it hasn’t been logged in this cache?). Cheers.

27-Nov-18
Heading across country this morning we just picked out a few of the many caches available to do. Each find had our visit recorded and all were replaced as found before we moved along. As it was raining some of the time, some caches had to be found more quickly that others where it could be a more leisurely find. Great views from this place as well. Many thanks to NormyCrew for this cache placement.
