Sorry but have to archive to make way for new road through dead mans past area, other cache owners notified also.
Loved this cache! This cache gets a fave point for several reasons. Took a smiley badge and a few cockroaches for my Oscar and left some trinkets. Took in the views and appreciated my new smoke free lungs. Thanks to the CO, never been a "Dead Head", more of an acca dacca fan but you rock!!
Cool hide. Dropped off a travel bug.
Thank you **JEM** for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Found with group of students from Gawler and District College during activities week. Tftc
We dismissed the actual location a few times but came back to it over and over again. Cache container may freak out young geokids.
Z and H really loved the container. Tftc.

Wow. The best traditional cache I have ever found. Beautiful views from GZ as well. TFTC **JEM**
Fairly easy to see where this was going to be.
So we exhumed the poor bloke and just like the Mummy, roaches crawled out a crack in his skull. Stormdancer and I laughed hard at that.
Left a pressie for the owner.

Spent the day caching with earthlight and decided to head out towards Gawler and find a few of the unfounds out there and grabbing others along the way, Loved this one, and no there isnt any pokemon found on the walk back lol. TFTC
After leaving Mick from 3LG at previous cache ,Linda and I drove the car over this direction.
Mick said he needed the walk!!!
Thought we would arrive before him.
We arrived and admired the great cache.
I took the log book out and noticed Mick had arrived just before me.
So made added my name and looked around for him.
No Mick in sight so tried ringing him without success .
Linda and I decided to head back to car .
Eventually he rang to say he walked back to first cache as couldn't see us so we drove around to get him .
Think he was Pokemon playing and didn't look for us reallly!!!!
A fav point today and TFTC

Out for a day of caching in the Gawler area with Mattycat, a quick stroll as it was getting late in the afternoon and after a short climb we found another fantastic cache and another favourite point TFTC **JEM**
Found after a tasty dinner at the Golden Fleece. Took a trek up the hill in the dark, and eventually found it with our phone torches. Soon found an easier way back down.

A nice walk in the park on a warm first taste of spring day. A most excellent cache. TFTC.
Now this was a bit tricky and I know we entered from the wrong point but none the less we found this clever find. Now head back to Elizabeth for some purchases before heading home. Might even have a beer.

Found during an impromptu visit to the Gawler area. Thanks for the cache **JEM**!
Thought I would check out what you have done, pretty cool I must say but I wouldn't want to be there during the night and come across what I found it gives me chills just typing this. Coordinates were a little off but hint helped.
Big thank you to Black_Swans for allowing me to adopt this cache, didn't want to see a great caches in a beautiful area be archived so hope to replace cache shortly so the fun and adventures can continue on. Many thanks again Black_Swans.
Working on transferring cache ownership to **JEM** so this one can be given the attention it deserves...stay tuned.
Have been waiting for co to do maintenance so I could sign log, would love to help you get this one up and running again, if you like just email me if your interested happy to help. Did you get my email?
Temporarily disabling listing until we can get out and do the required cache maintenance. Thanks for the heads-up on problems, geocachers!
Nice walk and a great spot for a cache with lots of swaps. Saddly box is broken although in a plastic bag, and kids were dissappoined not to find any treasures to swap as box is empty!
Out Gawler way again to get the traditionals I didn't have time for last time.
Container way past it, big hole in lid, Added paper now too wet to use as log.
Thanks for the cache Black_Swans

A hot trek to this one to find the cache minus a log book, put a price of paper in as that was all I had with me, tftc
Wow our first night cache. Took the crew the wrong way. Through the privet property. Couldnt find our way back to the car. Big giggles tftc
Geo-son felt like stretching his legs and since we were up this way we popped in with a trackable for a visit. Lid has large hole (new container needed) and no log book at all to sign.
Somebody has trashed the box is wet inside may have a hole and may need a new one I added a gift in a plastic bag the log book is also missing I wish I had the things to fix it . I will carry back up from now on
Container has cracked lid and no log inside, items that were in there felt damp. BUT we found it
Dropped off snap seal bag and pencil. Needs new container. Took medal and plan to clean it up and put it in another cache in the Gawler Area. TFTC
Dead head AKA dead legs, heart, lungs and nearly bodies, what a trek from above gz. Might leave an o2 ottle if need visiting again SL TFTC
A good walk on a cool evening seeing part of the park I haven't explored before. Cache could use a new zip lock and pencil or even a new container but it is in pretty decent condition for its vintage.
A big walk, slightly angled up all the way. People on bikes and jogging with dogs, but got my legs by the time we got there and back. Easy find once there. TFTC

As part of our Gawler scouts group we decided to meet up at the Scout hall and hike all around Gawler to find some caches. Our group consisted of Heinzey57, The Lost Musicians, Geocachebt and the two Gawler Scouts teams. It was a really good day getting out and about. Thanks Black Swans for bringing us to such a nice place in Gawler. We come here lots with our family walking or bike riding around the area, it is a really lovely place to come.

TFTC! Came down this was a couple of months ago but didn't have time to do this one, so with the car booked in to get some tyres I decided to get this one. Not sure about the 2 star difficulty but it was a little hike to get up the hill. Thanks!
