Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Working 80Hour weeks has left me little time to get to the repair of this cache. I took a run to it the other day but without my GPS i couldn't tell which 'location' was the right one. Will get to this in a week or two.
Thanks Ministro
Thanks Ministro
I haven't found this cache. I haven't even looked for it. I am logging it as a find, so that I can remove it from the map feature and know exactly how many caches I have left that haven't been disabled. I will remove this log if/when the cache is enabled.
The grass has grown so much that even I couldn't find the hide without the GPS with me. Will get back in a day ot two and make sure all is good.
What a great view! Lid was loose and paper was wet. Emptied water but may need to be dried properly, sorry, didnt have the time to hang around.
Thanks for the hide though, great spot.

Found this one on my way home from work, took the country roads. Great views but I was just a bit early for the sunset.

Great view. Yorki found this one without assistance from the hound who was bird watching. TNLN.TFTC.
After a couple of DNF's I did a quick check, the cache is there and in good condition so "WHERE THE BLODDY HELL ARE YOU"
We searched and searched but to no avail! The area is very over-grown with the recent rains. We'll have to go back for another go. Fantastic views soothed the frustrated soul!
Found at 1105Hrs. Gee - what a great spot with great views. There is lots of long grass around here now after the recent rains. There are also lots of large loose rocks around GZ. So with that combination, be careful that you dont end up ar.. well... base over apex like I did. No damage done though. TNLN.
Thanks Roaring Ford.
Thanks Roaring Ford.
As we drove up the road, a local resident was slithering from one side of the road to the other.
Well that made us a little cautious at GZ, but there wasn't much to worry about.
There was some great views to be had here. Thanks for bringing us here. Great little spot.

Nice location. Cache fairly easy to find. The view makes it worth the drive. NTNLSL
Found with "Lat&Long Junkie" and "lochb". A fantastic spot, another one to keep in the memory banks. Would love to make a return run on sunset one day. TFTC.
It was a bit early for sunset, but the view was fantastic nevertheless. Found in the company of L&LJ and Bedmaker. TFTC
Reading the cache notes we had visions of a rough bush track but once we had wound our way in from below the road seemed to be in reasonable condition.
This was for me the best cache location for the day and a good hide which took a little to seek out from the surrounding cover.

A delightful drive up the hill to take in the views
The cache put up a fight though and refused to reveal itself for a goodly 15 minutes or so.
It was only after looking in the same spot for the third time that the cache revealled itself
TFTC and off the beaten track views [^]

'Bedmaker' and I chased 'lochb' to this one. When she tore up the track, we thought, "definately a bit of rally driver mixed in with the Schumacher". Arrived at GZ and as the dust settled, we spied our pilot searching nearby. Almost before we could join in, the cache was revealed. TN/LN/SL and before we could admire the dry, hazy view, the downhill sector was under way. Woo hoo, rock and roll ... there she goes. Just follow the dust [:X].
What a great view!!! Enjoyed the drive out here, its a nice excuse to et out of town. No swaps, TFTC
Quick find once I got here, Tom Tom took me around the block the long way before heading up the hill. Made it with no trouble right to GZ in a Falcon wagon. Great views TFTC
I didn't quite make it for sunrise but it was still nice when I found the cache at 0645hrs. I drove further along the road and enjoyed the views.

Good to finally get out to the Meringandan district to knock over some of these new caches today. Headed up here for what I was hoping would be a quick find because we had some other commitments in Highfields in only a few minutes. Stood at GZ, scratched my head, read the clue, scratched my head some more, took some photos, scratched my head, decided it was time to give up, but decided to have one last look before I left - WOOHOO, the right spot. TNLNSL. What a fantastic location - such a shame I couldn't be here at sunset. I'll have to head out here again during spring when there's been a storm go through across the downs.
Found at 1130. Nice drive along a typical country dirt road. If you drive to the conditions there are no problems driving along this dirt road in the dry. Saw the hint and found GZ quickly.TNLNSL TFTC
Wow. This took some searching. Probably more than I needed to. I was on my hands and knees throwing rocks around all the while thinking there's a big Joe Blake under one just waiting to give me a kiss... Fantastic views from this spot. Although it was late afternoon, we had to leave the sunset for another day.
Took slinky, left Gorilla.
Thanks Roaring Ford for the cache!

Well well well... I might be playing second fiddle to the mighty Qld Flash on the FTF with this one. Can you believe he beat me to this cache by a mere 25 minutes...Im off getting Apollo 11 launch, and at the same time the Bride of Caching is scoring his 15millionth FTF on this fantastic location. Thems the Breaks....Congrats QldFlsh...you are a champion. Roaring Ford...Im loving these new local caches. Thanks for bringing me to this fabulous view...Man we live in a wonderful part of the world.
Took TB. Logged at 1325...We used the tiny but capable Hyundai Excel with no dramas on the loose gravel.

YaaHooooo another FTF .
I was out at Oakey loading a few programs on a computer for some friends and this one popped up. I did not have any GPSr on board (caught out again ) so it was finish the Job and tear off home to collect the co-ords (and not the clues), GPSr and my faithful sidekick (Geodaughter [:o)]).
After loading the GZ I thought that it would be a nice easy drive in the countryside around Gowrie. Turnd on to one little corrugated gravel road and then another SIGNPOSTED goat track that was a bit smoother than the gravel road.
After reaching the GZ parking spot (not the fitness freak one) away from all the traffic (vtic) I walked down without my sidekick and had an easy find [^].
The cache container was stuffed with goodies [^] but still had enough room for a magnetic keyholder TB.
By the ay this road is also suitable for Toyota Camry’s to climb .
