When can we expect this cache to be back up? A group of friends and myself are excited to do the series it relates to as soon as it is back up.
Went back today to grab the clue for the Eclipsed series because when we first found this one we didn't know it had a clue on it. The cache is no longer there. We looked around the whole area and it seems to have gone missing. Owner may want to check. I know can't complete the series without the clue.

Over the years, the landscape has changed a bit, making it difficult even for tall people.
So I have taken the container down for some TLC, and will position it back about 20m away, so that everybody can reach this guy.

I drive past this cache on almost weekly bases and think if only I wasn't so old/vertical challenged etc etc, today I had the lovely kestal with me and we made it, yayyyyy no longer will I look at that lonely green square and instead will see a lovely smilie. TFTC
This was definitely a team effort with diamonjs, both of us were far to vertically challenged to do it on our own. But we got it! Very happy to have a smiley here. TFTC GraKez
I stopped by to grab this one on my way home from doing a few series of caches in the nearby Brisbane Koala Bush Lands. A quick find but a stretch to grab it! The cache lid is broken and the log is not in great shape... it is still able to be signed, but it is likely to get water damage if it rains. TFTC
Now I must say that the only I have not gone for this cache before is that I just have not had the need to go this way. I have seen it more then once on the map and I have wanted to pick it up, but the only time I was going to go for it, there were road works blocking the road.
Anyway today I went just a little out of the way to pick this one up. The parking was a little challenging just have to approach from the right direction to find a good spot. It was a little bit of a reach for me, but that was ok jumping helped out here. Got the log signed and back in place.

The Geo Mum & Girls were having a jewellery party which held no interest for me so I planned a run and headed north.
The weather was perfect compared to my last day out with Blacklegend when it rained all day.
This was my first and as I approached GZ I knew exactly where the cache would be.
I parked the car safely up the hill and walked down to GZ.
I had a bit of a look around and then spotted the prize, that was the easy part.
I am over 6 feet tall and I had a job reaching up high enough, the vertically challenged among us would have to bring some sort of elevation device.
Luckily I remembered to grab the clue for the series, I had forgotten on a previous one.
Thanks GraKez TFTC SL The lid is missing and the log was damp.

Today was the day to go out a-hunting for old caches that are still in play for a Challenge Cache I am working on. They are all on the southside of Brisbane and I headed over through peak hour traffic this morning After grabbing two of them I realised this one was nearby and was my last unfound for the series. Well, I'd better call by and find it then!
I parked a little way up then wandered down to GZ, to realise I could see the cache, but it was going to be very hard to get A read of the Description set me searching for the "portable step nearby (disguised as a log)" but it was nowhere to be seen Oh dear... Okay, thinking, mmmm, what have I got in the car I could make use of??? Ohh, yep... three items came quickly to mind, so I made my way back, grabbed them all, and heavily laden trudged my way back to GZ. Some acrobatics, some stretching, poking and jiggling and finally I had the cache in hand [^] Very pleased to get this one done! I made a note of the clue, and will now be able to have a go at solving Total Eclipse TFTC, GraKez.

Grabbed this on the way home from a caching bush walk. Took a team effort with Buzzgirls to make the grab. Tftc
A nice easy run today of about 20 finds. The run was mainly a clean up run, going from location to location, picking up a few that I had not done in certain areas. Some great hides included in the mix. Appologies for the late logs, I have not been well of late, and am catching up.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parking was a bit hairy, but a quick find ensued. TFTC.

Found it, bit the container lay on the ground, completely exposed. The magnet is not the best anymore.
I'm not 100% sure where it used to be, but I think I put it in the right spot.
Only one to go^^ TFTC, Mark

The disguised step has disappeared so I had to stand on Lisylou! Clue noted and on we go.
Heading home after hunting rabbits in the area, made a quick stop to grab this one. Noting the most likely spot we headed down. Yep there it is. Love team work, I was the step. No step nearby. Tftc.

A quick pit stop on the way to find me some rabbits today. Parked down from it and wandered back. Lid is missing from container and the question sheet was missing. Signed my name and replaced. As I walked away I spotted the little laminated sheet lying in the grass just down from GZ. Took note of it then replaced it back in the cache.
Thanks for the cache GraKez

Cache number 200. Very straightforward find and a nice way to finish my 14 for the day. TFTC and the series.
Quick and easy find o my way to some nearby cache hunting grounds. Noted that the lid of the tin is gone. Happily the contents are OK but CO might like to replace this tin if in the area. TFTC
Down visiting Brisbane and took the opportunity to visit some of the caches in the local area with Skibeagle163. This was the first cache of many for the day. A nice, quick find. Many thanks.
Out caching with Wazza&Kara today taking advantage of this perfect caching weather

After parking Spangle in a safe spot I headed for GZ. I could see that my platforms may have come in handy today but after a bit of a ballerina move I had the cache in hand.

A easy find to start the day. The only trouble is collecting and restoring the cache, but did it eventually with an umbrella. TFTC GraKez
GZ copped a bit of a battering in the recent storms, cache was found dry and in good condition nearby and restored to rightful place. TFTC
After hunting rabbits on a hot day with Mark2134 we stopped off here on our way home. An easy park and grab but way too high for Mrs Rabbit. She could get it down but impossible to put back. Nonetheless, TFTC.
As we parked here I had a pretty good idea of where this one would be. Sure enough there it was. Luckily I could just reach it. TFTC.
Parked opposite and scuttled across the road without being squished. Right on a crest here.
No sign of the (helpful) log for stepping on and no way i was going to reach that! Here we go again ... A cache placed by another of my tall male compadres
Peered around and came up with a decent stick which I used to knock the cache off its perch!
Signed the log and as the tin has no lid, was able to use the stick to try out a circus trick and replace the tin
TFTC S.T.R.E.T.C.H GraKez!!!

Parked the geomobile very surreptitiously (not) in someone's driveway a few meters down from the GZ and stomped back up. We were pretty sure we knew where to find it and we weren't wrong. Didn't see the aforementioned log step nearby, might have missed it though. Took a photo of the question so we didn't get the wording wrong for the final in the series. TFTC GraKez, can't wait to find the rest!
A relaxing find by the novice and me while the driver and previous finder waited in the geomobile.
A quick and easy find on the way home from work.
The lid comes off of the container but with careful placement will get by. The log is dry.

Slowly slowly I am getting through the series. This was certainly worth the terrain stars - almost too difficult for Loki [:o]. Shh don't tell anyone I said that. Spotted a dead kangaroo just a short way down the road which was a bit sad considering the effort that has been put in here . I wonder how the trial went. Thanks GraKez
To all don't assume this is a drive by... Ok maybe it is close to it, but a great start to a location for wildlife, it was hard not to attract attention on this one, I even had one lady stop and ask me if I needed some help.
Politely informed her I was just taking photo's of the near by sign for and Idea I had in my area. She seemed happy enough with that. I found the Cache no problem and was surprised to see that the log book was so dry.
This was to be a great start to my Rabbit Trap adventure for the day, which included a border crossing. I just need to find a Koala to finish off my day!

Out and about on the mountain bikes today with Teamdfl.
This one we parked next to while I grabbed it.
Thanks for cache.

This one gave me a nice excuse to jog as I live reasonably nearby. A nice morning for some hunting! TFTC!
Up in Brisbane caching with Bristracker today this cache was on our to do list. We pulled up a little further up the hill where there was an appropriate pull over spot. Having noted that a vertically challenged person might have trouble with this cache I was the one elected to go get it. Even I had difficulty and was assisted in the challenge by my trusty pen. Used it to sign the log for us both too. Thanks for the cache GraKez.
Mrs Aussie was going to send me for this one until we saw it as we drove past. Just as well she elected to go for it because I'd have torn a shoulder muscle if I'd tried! Can't believe I'm still finding these Eclipsed caches nearly 3 years after starting caching. They are a good bet if you come across one.
Found this quick drive by. Luckily I had just enough height to get it. TFTC GraKev
Another in the Eclipse series way over here? I must be getting closer to end ny now. Took a photo of the clue to add to my ever-expanding collection. No traffic at all... until I got back in and tried to do a U-turn, whereupon 2 cars appeared and boxed me in beautifully.
Is that a mansion or some kind of facility next door - it's massive!
TFTC once more, GraKez.

Having an eclipse day. Had to use my reaching tool (go-go- gadget arm) as I am vertically challenged. Noted the question. TNLN TFTC Thanks GraKez
Picked this one up on the way home from work. Spotted it from the car. Must have looked funny jumping over the channel in my work garb. Took down the clue for future reference. TFTC!

Nice quick find although the step is missing
The answer to the question is interesting as well - found something new out.

NICE... Watch out for wildlife... And short people will need a step ladder... TFTC
Found with goldielover. We are attempting the whole series to day. Gathering the relevant clues. We wondered how the animals know to cross here. The answer to this one is giving us some problems. Think we have it though.

Found this one with Stairman1. Unlikely some cachers who are tall we had to work out how to reach this one. With not too much trouble we retrieved the container, grabbed the clue and hoisted it back to its spot. I didn't know animals could read TFTC
I assume the yellow lines painted periodically across the road near here have something to do with this sign. Who'd know. Parked without troubles and spotted the cache upon arrival at GZ. No issues getting it down either. Really only just above head height isnt' it? TFTC.
It took me a minute or two to work out were to park, but found a reasonable spot. There is a house that oversee GZ but they would have to be really looking to see ya.
Anyhow I ain't vertically challenged, so this was an esy fiond and extraction.

Seems to be in full view of a nearby house. Just doesn't feel right attempting this one.
We've never felt vertically challenged before but sure did here! A nearby stick came in very handy. Luckily it was a quiet sunday and no cars came past.

Tenth Find- into the double figures!
Found quickly after two annoying muggles who were riding up and down the street looking at us strangely left us to search. Had to lift J so he could reach it and get it down!
Wrote down the question and are on our start to the ECLIPSED series!

A nice peaceful spot and an easy find with Learn4life. Luchkily there was no one about to see our gymnastics as we climbed to the cache. TFTC
An easy find and a difficult retrieval. If I was alone I would have had to leave it but a knee from Rifferous may never be the same after I used it as a step stool. Thanks GraKez
I am glad I am taller than average...... but still got my exercise for the morning retrieving and returning the cache.
Nice one GraKez. Thanks for the cache.
The bag was a bit torn so I have replaced it with another similar sized ziplock.

On a morning cache tour while up here for work this was my first find. Not sure where you are meant to park here - stopped in the long driveway off to the side. Tradesmen were working away at the mansion above. Got to GZ and found the 'step' was missing so had to jump. Got on the second jump. Then signed the log and jumped to replace it. Getting my exercise for the day!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Found it this afternoon but didn't get the question ,, will need to go back .. height is a definite advantage (which i am sadly lacking)
Darn It!! I think we drove right past this one and didn't know it was there until now looking at the map. Oh well. Next time!
641 - Made a little detour on the way home from the 10th Anniversary Event to pick up our 3rd last one in the series today at 4:43pm. The question in this cache had me researching the answer, finding out a fact or two I wasn't aware of. Thanks for the cache and series GraKez. The cache is still in good condition.
number eight one to go. Oh boy, really need hubby to get this one, not at all sure what I would have done without him. SL TFTC
My first trouble for this one was parking. I had a foot injury from an earlier cache - but I could not see anywhere safe to park. Parked up the road a bit and hobbled on down. Thankfully I found the cache after a small hunt. TFTC GraKez
You wouldn't want to be vertically challenged to reach this one. Just made it. TFTC
Nice little park and grab am thinking between eclipse tins, systema containers and ammo tins 90% of cache have a home happy hunting all
Got it!
Fortunately I was not on my own, otherwise I would not be able to log it as a found.

A nice quick find in the rain which was appreciated... [^] I stayed put for business as I would have got wetter moving backward and forward to the Gunniemobile... Very little traffic on the road made it an easy extraction and replacement too... All very handy...
Cheers GraKez.
