Love these bush hiding places. This has got to be one of the biggest caches I have ever seen. I expected to find a cake inside! Instead I found a cache with a very damp log. Didn't have time to fully dry it out so replaced as is. If the next person decides to make this area their picnic spot, it could be dried then.

as per found log the container needs to be replaced.

#741 found during day 231 of the continuous caching odyssey. This was an in and out almost drive by style cache thanks to the map on the gps showing the trails of this wonderful place however there is need for some maintenance as the container has suffered the test of time and the lid has become brittle so will need to be replaced in the future also the contents of the cache are very wet I dried it out as best I could however that will not improve it and I do not have any containers of the size at GZ

Thanks The Dade County 4 for bring me this wonderful treasure.

266. A nice drive and short walk for this one. Found with Relish64 and the extended geofamily. Another one of these ones that make me think, why this particularly spot here and not that one or that one or that one.................................. The lid of the container is starting to show the signs of camping in the bush for an extended time and is no longer sealed from the elements. May need some TLC. TFTC.

The Nodalot team went for a bit of a walk today in the beautiful sunshine and saw some Blue Tits and Cold Duck and even some of the feathered variety. Unlike baby&MrsGopher, what we saw in the woods, stays in the woods. Apart from the Hare we saw that was bigger than our dogs. Found ground zero and the cache. SL. TNLN TFTC.

A quick find today while doing a bit of a caching run between wagga and narrandera. What a great way to spend Australia day, caching with family, beautiful weather, perfect scenery. We have never been down this back road before. Thanks for bringing us down this way.

Found in the company of McPhan and Winglan while heading westward on a caching mission.

This was our second foray into the scrub and flat land in this forest area - enjoyed the experience. Thanks The dade County 4.

2285. Another chance for seeds to harass socks at this cache. Also it appeared that Winglen was assaulting RexTrex with a giant pink flower. Covered the cache a little better than it was and then retreated to the car to scrape seeds.

TFTC and the off road bits.

A short drive across from Black Forest Central. Tracks were nice and dry today. Cache very full and we were concerned by the lloks of the lid things might be damp inside, but all OK. Thanks the Dade.

I had to go back out west for some work today and decided to return via this way for a change of scenery.
Another nice place to drive around, pity I didn't have the 4x4 today. Nice and easy find & no swaps due to the rush.

Well that was a surprise... I didnt get a chance all week to get to this one and I sat down this arvo to realise it had still not been snapped up by any of the Wagga-ites. I had a few other older caches out this way that I hadnt got around to detouring to, so a Sunday afternoon drive it was!

A straight forward find, as the GPS pointed right at it, and I was most surprised by the blank logbook. It was also very refreshing to see a well stocked, good sized cache. I signed the log and did my level best to try and hide it as well as I found it.

Thanks for a new cache in this neck of the woods,
TNLN, Cheers,
Murf.
