31-Dec-18
No response from the owner within the last 28 Days and as per my original note this cache has been archived. If you wish to replace it please submit a new cache via [this link](https://www.geocaching.com/play/hide).

28-Dec-18
Two months later and still no response.

Looks like I won’t get to clear my DNF!?!

23-Oct-18
No response to two requests for a check.

20 months unfound is not a good sign for the owner.

It should be an easy find after a short walk and quick to check on.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###

----------

I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.

The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance)

It does not appear from logs that the CO has visited this cache recently, so it is being Disabled to remove it from search lists.

**There needs to be a response to this situation (or intentions indicated) within 14 days, so others know exactly what is happening with this cache.**

You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:

- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.

- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.

- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.

You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.

Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

We couldn’t find it either, even asking some locals for help who had last found it three years ago.

23-Sep-18
No luck here despite two phone-a-friends.

We shall return after the owner checks it or it’s found.

23-Sep-18
After multiple DNFs and eighteen months unfound, this could do with an owner check.

05-Jun-18
Can this get a check based on the DNFs?

23-Feb-18
Had a pretty decent look around and no luck with this one. TFTC

30-Aug-17
Searched until it got too dark. I know I was close but couldn't close the deal. I will return!!
P.S. cache owner was correct. The winter sunset was worth the DNF.

#3420 (1 of 5 today)

Decided that after the roll yesterday I'd grab another slew of caches today.
The target - Engadine.
Went for six and found five. One short for the second day running.
A nice selection of short walks and park and grabs.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Started here and expected an easier terrain than I got.
This is around a 2½-3T in my estimation - I've done T3s and even T4s similar to this.

Luckily, despite having an iPhone pointing a good 15 metres away, it only took about 10 minutes of checking nooks and crannies before I spotted something suss that needed further investigation. But how to get there. Enter the T3...

Thankfully, I had spotted well and had CIH.
Completed signing duties and replaced. Then waved to the security people undoubtedly watching at the Nuclear facility... Razz

Then back to *The Hademobile* along the track.

It was hard but very fun

13-Aug-16
A great sunny winters day saw us down this way for a spot of caching. Parked at the end of Kanandah St and made our way the short distance to the cache location. Didn't take long to find the cache - like these sort of bombroof containers. Not much can go awry with them. Very nice spot too - near the escarpment edge looking over the Woronora river valley. Good cache - well worth a visit.

13-Aug-16
Easy and short stroll from car but locating actual hide was a lot more difficult than a one star rating, even with a previous log noting their co-ords were out about 8m. Mine eventually were about 5m which is acceptable but the amount of rock scrambling and balancing to remove the camo was exhausting on both slippery sandstone and being the end of a very long day with several bush hides visited. Even had a passing muggle with her dog asked if I was lost and needed directions back to the nearest street after she noticed my drunken bee search and the frustrated look on my face.

14-Apr-16
Found in an obvious spot, once we'd checked all of the other obvious spots! Great location, great view and great geocache! Thanks!

11-Apr-16
Whilst walking into tackle the newly published and nearby Winnell's Wander with A44, I decided to try my luck again after a DNF back in January. A44 said it's under here - but it wasn't there! So after 10 minutes of exploring I uncovered the well-covered hide, about 8 metres away from where the coords were pointing, which is exactly the spot A44 had originally said! Something strange is going on here - maybe the nuclear reactor has caused a mutant cache that moves around?
A good size container, that should be easily spotted! Lots of goodies inside, but the TB is missing as others have reported. I hope the attached screen shot will assist future finders locate it quicker than I managed.

A short walk from where I am staying with my cousin, while on a visit from UK. They had never heard of Geocaching and came with me and maybe they will join in the fun of caching. There was definitely no trackable but I have left two.

The area underwent a hazard reduction burn on the 24/8/13, this makes finding the cache very easy. Took some lovely late afternoon photos of this strangely beautiful landscape.

What a beautiful day for a walk into some bushland. Awesome views out yonder to the reactor. Cache was nicely hidden. Great log book.

25-May-13
Nice little walk here, although a stumble would be alarming! Quite a view over the valley. Quick find which somewhat soothed the sting of the DNFd puzzle cache earlier. TFTC!

04-May-13
A nice easy one for me. In the first spot I looked.
I think the site says a trackable should be in there. I can say there is none, but there is a card from someone who says they are taking a trackable on an adventure, so its possible they haven't logged it out.

nice enough view and close to home which is good for exercise

29-Apr-13
My GPS was being a bit "random" so I widened my search, remembering the comment that is was an easy find. Located it after around 10 minutes.

Quick find for the afternoon and as a result didn't get to see the "green sunset" Smile)

Nice sealed cache with a few "goodies" there. Didn't take anything but left a small chicken, alphabet blocks and some miniature clothes pegs. Nice view and peaceful setting.

05-Mar-13
Even though the GPS jumped around a bit... This one was as obvious as stated. Not according to my Muggle brother! "I'd just leave it out in the open if I wanted it to be obvious" he says. The ants nest nearly had this one. I managed to pry it without causing too much damage. Not many swaps inside so I left a wooden bracelet without taking anything. SL, TFTC.

30-Dec-12
Found on a Sunday Shire raid with adl06 and jjay10.

No TBs present.

Walked in from one end and found the swings at the other and walked back via the road.

20-Aug-11
Having a need to make a find today to keep filling in the gaps in the found-days calendar, I arose early and ducked out from the nearby Heathcote Scout Training Camp to get this one before breakfast.
It was the right time for a bit of a sunrise "reflection" by due to the amount of cloud, none to be seen. The cockatoos were making a heck of a racket down in the valley below.
Thanks, a nice quick find then back to grab coffee and breakie.
I found and grabbed the TB SwissAusie2 in the cache, so have noted it as having visited too.
