Do to my iminent departure from Aust for 6 months I thouht it only fair to disabel this cache.
I will not be around to reset it or do any maintenence. It also is becoming quite a play area for muggles.

Well apologies for the last 3 DNF's but yes it has been muggled . A lot of beer bottles nearby and in the pond [:(!][:(!], so I will clean the area up
and reset the cache over the next few weeks. Happy New Year to all.

The mission today was to collect a moveable cache that had been down south too long. This gave us the excuse to pick up some others along the way.
We had a good look around and used the hint but no success today.

Well after dinner and a bit of dithering I went out in search of an FTF this evening and thanks to the wonders of mobile email I got the note from my watchlist saying that it had been found. Thanks goodness for that! I consoled myself on the way home with a couple of urban micros, this being one. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything remotely sticky under either pine and in fading light I gave the game up.

i found this cache two months ago and havent logged it yet. so... TFTC it was a great hide.
Found in the company of Winglen (who made the find while I was still picking prickly things out of my fingers) and McPhan who had done this before, so left us to search for the cunning hide ourselves. Thanks Wombats Inc.
Having toiled in the heat cleaning up the various caches in the hills above here, we returned to pick up a few easier ones below. Though for a while this one was not proving to be easy. Lots of needles from the native pines and the excellent cammo had us searching for a few minutes, then there it was. Phew!
Thanks Wombats Inc.

This one had me going for a while, I was actually looking for a different type of container!
Nice little hide. Thanks for the cache!

Easy enough find on an early morning visit, the find wasn't immediately apparent but I decided to stick with it until it appeared.
Went past a family of ducks and Roo with joey on the way back to the beast, must be the morning for animal sightings.

This one was fairly straightforward, but I was worried about the flora of the area. We managed not to trample anything, I think.
This was a good one - took a while to find although I had twigged what to look for. Two muggles walked past whilst I was well under cover and I'm not sure if they spotted me or not, if so they must have thought it weird. Anyway, I found a cache so I'm not too worried about them....very nicely hidden and quite dry where it was. TFTC

Incredible Cache!!! That was some amazing and creative cache packaging. very impressive highly recomend the cache
Tricky! Seemed like an unusual place for a micro, normally they are in urban settings, but there you go! Fluked this one I think, could've taken ages...
There were so many ducks around today, was a nice place just to sit and watch them! Great little cache. TFTC!
Had fun finding this one, I think the frogs were either laughing at us or telling us that we were getting warmer. I should of actually read the info before going out to find this one. Eventually located the cache, realised we didn't have a pen, so had to take a detour to the nearest petrol station and go back again. Awesome hide TFTC.
were ll strit to gz thought this would be a doozy. it eluded me for a while until I tried a wider search. and there it was
Second one of the day and after finding the first we knew the theme. Geokiddy thought it had been muggled when she found the empty hole in the end. While passing it to me she discovered the trick.

Found on the weekend...of course made a bit of a walk out of it then realised that all the pens in my caching bag had miraculously migrated elsewhere...so extended the walk to the local shops and return again with a pen (in fact 5) in hand this time. Geo-hound certainly didn't mind the extra wander. TFTC.
2100. [font=Comic Sans Ms][green]Hey, whadayaknow? A milestone. Not THE milestone and the elusive 200th DNF still eludes me. It almost didn't as the Oregon was pointing somewhere else to begin with. After it had a brief rest it bucked up and managed to wearily point it's arrow, Dali like, a bit closer. Then the find was made in this very pleasant area.

Caching in wet weather leaves me cold in more ways than one - whereas wind is easily removed completely.
So today was a perfect blue sky day for collecting the cache and enjoying the experience of sitting near the pond and listening to the frogs croaking away merrily. A pleasant spot for a moment to pause. Nice camo too. Thanks Wombats Inc.

TNLN, thanks.
Sixth of 10 cache finds in my "clean up Canberra's urban caches" run. A fun day out but marred slightly by the constant rain. Very nice camo.

Really enjoyed the old multi around this area. This one took us a while as the GPS bounced around a bit but then it was spotted and retrieved - nice little hide - thanks !

Yihaaaa!!!!!!!! 500th find!!!!!!!!!!
My day had not gone according to plan - a few frustrating and tiring DNF's and lots of climbing - but I was determined to hit my 500 today. Thank goodness it was a nice easy find on a flat easy section!
Nice little hide here - well done!
Oh and it looks like Sol De Lune and I just missed crossing paths by minutes. It was after work hours that I found this too!
Anyway, thanks for the cache and really great to hit 500!!!!!!

[Great little cache, very cleverly hidden. I must have walked past 20 times muttering "it has got to be here somewhere........." I am glad it wasnt camoflagued as a beer bottle or MacDonalds cup, so many to choose from. TFTC.]

Decided to go for a quick night ride on my cache finding equipment, aka, MTB. Rolled into general area, parked MTB, turned on GPS (yep you got it!!!!!) Shifted bike, clever little cache, TFTC. (Sounds great at night time, lots of frogs and ducks, and oh, of course, Cooeeee, a 1.5km ride.)
