I’m new in town and I thought what better way to get to know my new home than to go looking for caches!!! I always sign either Haykey or simply Key
This was a fast easy find! I would have never known this park was here if you didn’t take me to it! TFTC x

Grabbed this one for today, all good. then decided I have a climb on the rock wall. Made it to the top, yee haa.
The cache was good condition. We have found it, we signed it, we replaced it, and now we have logged it.

tURNED THAT RECENT dnf AROUND. tHERE WAS ONLY A DAD ND HIS THREE BOYS ON THE BASKETBALL court, so I had little issue this time. Nice and east. Sorry about the CAPS!!!
Found on a beaut day of caching with Joolay, AngelG27 and DarkSideDan. What a lovely town full of good caches. Many thanks to all and sorry for the mainly generic logs. TFTC !!

Back in Wagga for another weekend of caching - this time with Kittykatch, Joolay and DarkSideDan. A couple of the power trails in our sights, but a few others besides!

After two very long weeks at work and other commitments on the to-do-list, I decided to get away and do some caching. I decided to clean up as much as I could of north Wagga today on the long weekend. Thanks to all CO’s for the fun and for the caches I found today. Sorry to all cache owners if I put 2/9/17 instead of 2/10/17.
This one is more of a park then the last park cache I visited. I made a quick find here.

In town for a long days caching, finding as many as possible. Stopped to grab this on the way back into town after doing the RGGT. A quick find and some interesting history.
Thanks The Farmers 5 for placing the cache for us to find.

A bunch of kids in the park took no notice as I sat down nearby, signed the log and replaced the cache. Interesting history.
Didn't have a pen today, took a pic of the log to prove find. Nice quiet park. TFTC.
I always love The Farmers 5 caches, some of my favourite!
The title of this cache made me question why, so I read the description and I have to say it was the most interesting thing I have read all day! What a well written story, so surreal that they had a bell competition ontop of the tallest mountain in Australia.
Thanks for this cache, nice and simple one you spot it

The GPSr was wandering a bit so we resorted to the clue. Not being botanists or horticulturists it took a little further to sort out GZ.
Then I guess we were lucky to spot the little micro quickly. Having signed the log we returned to the car and then travelled round to a different access point so we could stop and have some lunch.

10635. Found during a caching run down to the Wagga region this ANZAC Day long weekend.
Day 3 of my trip was nearly over, so I started heading home and this was the next cache on my list. Parked nearby and walked in to GZ. I recognise the area and if I remember correctly there were people playing basketball nearby so I couldnt make the find. Today however it was nice and quiet and a quick find was made. Log was signed, cache returned and I headed off to the next one.
Thanks again The Farmers 5 !

Found whilst traveling through the area
Thanks for sharing your beautiful area with us out of towners from WA.

The caxhe has definitely shrunk to a micro, which is much less likely to be muggled as its predecessor was. Last visit all I found was the lid on the ground so this time pleased to add my mark in the log and finally claim the smiley TFTC The Farmers 5
Quick find but signing the log was trickier. It obviously got wet at some stage and deteriorated. So although now dry it's falling apart. just did the deed when the ever present dog walkers rounded the corner ....feeling stalked
Decided to head out today, to pick up a few caches on the outskirts of town.
Enjoyed the walked into the park, and were happy to find it muggle free.
We soon had the cache in hand, signed and replaced.
Many thanks for placing this cache, the farmers 5, for us and others to find.

I read the story of these wonderful bells by Menneke and was looking forward to finding the cache. Alas, all I found was a green lid partially covered in brown paint lying on the ground. No sign of the container or its contents. Thanks for the history the farmers 5
Was just signing log and a random voice came from behind "have you found it ?". Hahah hilarious conversation from neighboring house occupant that i never even got to see the face of. Thanks for the offer to help stranger Tftc
Found this one while kidlets enjoyed the playground. great hide. TFTC From the Green Family
Cleverly concealed behind the swing set. We got to this one realising our 100 in a day goal was close and the sun started to go down. Quick to move on
[:(!] While in Wagga for the week I picked a few caches and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

A plan was struck with Boot65 to head down the highway from Canberra to collect the RGGT Trail as well as some extra's if we had the time. We had an extra seat in the car, so Rapidlywild joined in the trek. As we had finished the trail it was time to collect a few more around before heading to get some lunch. Boot65 & Rapidlywild took the stroll while the FFLL team drove the car to anothe suitable pick up point. Log signed as RFB TFTC
2800. Found with FurfacesLL and Rapidlywild.
A nice quick find and off to the next. TFTC and the very interesting history lesson.

Well it was time to invade Wagga Wagga again. Boot65 and FurfacesLL had planned a day trip over to attack the powertrail then move over and knock off some other unfinished caches. So there was a seat left and I requested to fill it.
We began the morning nice and early (although Boot65 forgot to wake in time it seems [:p]) and headed into Wagga Wagga arriving just after 0930. On the way in, we collected a few caches that FurfacesLL hadn't picked up yet and a newish one outside of Yass to get ourselves warmed up for the day.
The target of the morning was the powertrail, so after having breakfast, arriving in Wagga Wagga, we bee-lined to the start of the trail. With everyone on board, a custom stamp made for the trip, the powertrail was knocked off in just over 2 and a half hours. Nice work guys
This left plenty of time to knock over some more Wagga Wagga ones we had unfound. So we worked our way around Wagga picking up caches as we went along. Some I already had, others I didn't. In total, I made about 29 odd finds today and the rest of the crew cleared 100 easily.
The weather was nice, the company was great, the snake that gave one of the FF ladies a heart attack was not so great however was funny. There was plenty of laughter throughout the day and many logs signed. Thanks for another eventful day Wagga Wagga.
Thanks for bringing me along FurfacesLL and Boot65, we are slowly cleaning Wagga out lol.

After a short drive around the UNI we stopped to find this claytons bell.
Interesting history.

It took a bit to find the right tree, but easily spotted. Lucky no muggles around, probably all watching the AFL Grand Final.
Visiting friends in Estella and so we decided to grab at least one cache today. Despite a rather pleasant day, there was nobody around and after a quick search the cache was soon in hand. TFTH!
The park was thankfully empty today, despite being beautifully sunny. Found the nice new container too.
Thanks the farmers 5.
Thanks the farmers 5.
New cache replaced with new log sheet in a zip lock bag.
Please use stealth at GZ. Good luck.

Unfortunately we only found the top of the container today. We buried under some grass at the bottom of the tree we assume it came out of
A new replacement cache has been put in place with a new log book and pencil within a zip lock bag.
A brief description has been changed and a new hint added.
Good luck and enjoy the park and history.

DNF at 12:44:32 PM. Searched for some time and then a neighbour peered over the fence and wanted to know if we had found it. We told him that we were having trouble and then he told us that he could no longer find it either.
We subsequently were told by the CO that it was probably missing.
Wonder if any of the neighbours know the story of Menneke - great story about hearing the bell from a distance of 10 miles!

Day Three of our forced internment in Wagga:
Surely we can't have been the first to search for this one since June?
