Logs
DNF for this one, trying to do some caches on short trip to Gold Coast We looked at all the likely spots you would/could hide a cache around near GZ, also looked at previous logs for any hints. found where it used to be . Aussie Liahona. Attempted to find this at 3:13PM on this Friday the 15th of November in the year 2024
Thanks Aussie Liahona for placing this cache and for the ongoing maintenance. Find #9997 on 5/9/2024 at 2:55PMFound today. Closer to the water than I was before. Thanks AL
Out and about for a bit of late afternoon caching. Took a bit of finding but a neat cache when seen before. Avoided the muggles, retrieved cache, signed and returned to its hiding place. Tftc
Not the type of container we were expecting and not hidden where we thought it would be, but we found it. And now we have another Australian smile. Thanks for the hide. Visiting from Richmond Virginia USA
My GPS was bouncing around and quite a bit off where I started looking. Lovely view, lots of foot traffic! Tftc!
Today I was down the south coast for an appointment that was not much fun. Feeling a little deflated from it all I decided to take my time and do a couple of caches to ease the pain. This was a good chance for me to get in and do a couple of multis that I seem to miss each time I am down here and with no time restrictions I was happy to plod along.Working my way home and feeling a little better I stopped off to grab a couple more before taking the rush hour traffic home. There were a few in this little area and even an earth cache wow. So I used my time wisely here and got all in the area.I signed the piece of paper and replaced as best it could be, thanks.
Great hide. We had the right idea, but we were one up from where we needed to be.
The geocache has been replaced and is ready to be found. Please be aware of muggles around and use stealth.
Cache missing. Weve found this one in the past several times so sad to see it missing completely.
Found the cache cover lying on the ground with log missing. Replaced with a temporary log paper and reattached cover back in place. Tftc
Just taking a wander through the gardens after a wander through the gallery here and decided to find the only cache here I haven't found yet. Log book was looking a little sad and I only had a HOTA map on me paper-wise, so I added a piece. Nice cache hide. Thanks.
Exploring this part of the world this morning while staying on the Gold Coast for a break. Should have been a straightforward find here, but unfortunately, the cache was left lying in the garden by the last finder or a muggle, and the log was soaking wet. Managed to still add my moniker thanks to my power tank pen but really needs a new log sheet. Thanks for bringing me to this lovely parkland area so close to Surfers Central.
On a caching holiday from Mackay. In the search of old caches and ones to fill DT grid spaces. Found TFTC SL Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
Nice and quick find here today, grabbing a couple while we gather the earth cache nearby. Found with alphag_25 on holidays from Mackay
Found today but the log was too wet to sign. Photo sent to CO. We got quite wet walking around here today but it was muggle free at least! TFTC!
We found the one across the bridge a couple of days ago. Now this side of the bridge so found this one. A quick find here on a super warm afternoon.Thank you Aussie Liahona for placing this cache.Log signed as B&PFind number 5084
Great once you know what to look for. No log so dropped the only piece of paper I had on me because I wasn't planning on caching today
Over playing some bridge at the convention center but have plenty of time in the mornings to pick up some of the nearby caches. Thanks Aussie Liahona for placing a cache and bringing me to this lovely island
I've always enjoyed hides like these, makes the world of geocaching feel like anything could be anything
Easy cache, first place i checked, went to write name but the paper was a bit wet TFTC
Quick find although the first time i touched it, it didn't move and so I thought it was part of the pole. Then I noticed a photo and realized I had found it Tftc
Quick park and grab for me. Previous logs helped me narrow down my search area. TFTC
We visited the Gold Cost on a beautiful day.We looked for a few caches on our tour. Thanks for the caches saysTeam sissifalke
Out with Dty73. Found this one on the other post which seems a better spot so we left it there even though it is 9 meters away from GZ by my GPS. Nice walk over the bridge to get it. Kutgw
Found with Youban and my Muggle sister-in-law while on a walk before breakfast. We knew what we were looking for as we found the other one over the other side. After investigating GZ which had spot on coords, we could see that it had definitely been here before. But it seems the cache has moved a little to a new spot now, which wasnt hard to check. Signed and replaced in the spot we found it rather than move it back to the coords. CO welcome to check and move if required. Pic of the log sheet attached. Tftc!!!
