Seems this one is dead, and the CO is not replying to email, nor has logged on here for a few months now... Cache is most certainly gone. Seems judging by some of the other caches this CO has that have also been neglected or been muggled that this CO is no longer active in Geocaching. This one should be archived along with the others that they used to own that have already been archived. surprisingly they still have two caches getting logged. But i wonder how long these will last.
Just popped the CO an email asking about the current state of this cache. Not sure if they will reply or not, but it would be great to see some action on this cache. Hopefully they will fix it up.
Had a good look with the girls. No luck. Can owner please check whether it's still in place given the number of DNFs over recent times.
Got the same as others today with this one, coordinates showing it is in the lake, so unless the recent rains have this one sunk, I would say it is not there. Had a good search around for 15 mins but found nothing. Needs thekingclan to check and see if it's still there.
Need to check the coordinates on this one and see if it still exists, or if it's been muggled or washed away.
Went to for a look but noticed it had not been found since Sept 2011. Can CO check on this
The gps was leading us into the water. Searched along the side of the bank, we couldn't see it anywhere.
Couldn't find it. Compass was telling us it was in the water, so not sure if it had been washed away or what not. Team "for science"
Went by this morning but had no luck. Evidence of flooding from the recent rain so not sure if its been washed away. I will go back later and have another thorough search.
Found with some of my geoscouts, who planted their first travel bug (Lightning Runners) which they made.
Our first find in Australia. This is a spot that we've often walked past as we have family living in the area. Nice easy find today. Unfortunately we had to remove some rather crude messages and drawings from the log. It's clear that some local kids have been into the cache since the last find, although it is still intact. TNLN, TFTC.
1st find from 3 attempts, live.geocaching.com on my phone is the devil! Keeps bringing up caches that were archived long ago.
Nice spot, must come back down here and do some more exploring.
Cheers!

I love finding a cache that has been in a place that I walk past all the time and never knew it was there. Kids loved getting out and doing some caching again, our family are VERY casual cachers.
The container has a cracked lid now and not a lot of items, would have stocked it up a bit but we didnt have much with us.
Initially thought the cache might have been underwater given the recent rain but it was fine.

Great spot, enjoyed learning the history of the area. Kids had great fun, loved the ducks and cows!! Thanks heaps.
I had walked past these cows before and thought it would be a nice spot for a cache. Sure enough, there is! Cache requires a look, though: no pen, big crack, and was out in the open a little... I covered it up substantially better. Great spot, cheers.
the team all acounted for, hollywood's fourth find for the night was on a roll.
picked up gz tag from ghost cache near camden.
the lid of the cache is badly damanged it has been cracked.

A nice quick find after a nearby job. The cows were interesting!
This whole area was still partly flooded from the heavy rains, but the cache itself might have been high enough to not get flooded. Unfortunately it's got a huge crack in the lid and was half full of water. Drained it out as best I could, luckily the logbook is still almost dry in it's bag. Retrieved a geocoin and tried to replace on an angle where hopefully the rain won't get in, but it needs a maintenance visit. Thanks thekingclan.

Easy find, in fact very easy, could see it from the cows! Have replaced with the obvious camo and dropped in a coin.
Beautiful location. The cows did not move while we were searching all around them! TFTC
Interesting park with lots of bridges to hide something to!
Loved the cows and the new build area.

What a wonderful estate. I came chasing gnomes but also picked up a few regular caches along the way. Love the lake and after reading the cache page I now understand why there are cows at GZ. Thanks for the history lesson.
This is a cute little area.
I thought it was funny when the geomutt got her heckles up and barked at the super sized cows.
She didnt like them very much.
cache was fairly exposed so i recovered and hid it a little better.

Loved this area of HP. Had no idea this was even here!
Lots of muggles about when we first arrived, but after a short wait they were gone.
Quickly got the cache. TFTC, SL. TNLN - quickly out of there as could see more muggles heading our way in the distance.

Really nice park, after logging the cache was crossing the nearby bridge and stopped to admire a black swam pruning its new nest.

What a great place to visit with a great kids area near by some exercise gear for the adults, ducks, cows and even a cache. Now I know how and why Cowpastures got its name. Thanks for the history lesson.

This looks like a nice place to live, with a lovely park and lake. Also liked the cows. A little bit of country art. Thanks.
A nice area with some interesting little sculptures based on the local history. Thanks for the information. Probably my pick of the areas we went to out of 18 caches today. TFTC
A nice easy one found by geo-grandpa. TNLNSL. TFTC

young Corey and I searched for a couple of minutes and it was my turn to find this one and I gave him a history lesson on the cow pastures. TFTC SL
Great cache!
Everything the Nilbogs love in a cache. Cool location (loved the cows). Hidden well enough to be safe from muggles but easy for cachers. Nice view and area to boot!
Thank you very much for the cache.
Took coin.

That was a tricky one! Left a little torch! Took a marbel ball this is the second find for today!
I remember when there were real cows here, and not a house in sight. I do remember when the first bulldozer went in too. Nothing like burying our best and most productive farmland under houses - a very Australian thing to do. Those first escapee cows weren't stupid after all. At least it is a very nice estate. A nice little stroll by torchlight. Thanks for the cache thekingclan

this was one of the last for the day for me this place reminded me of when i went to canberra in 2001 for a school camp and the steel cows were in front of the front gate of one of the embassies and this took me back those few years and then found the cache in the 10 mins of arrival
Quick easy find. had to wait a few minutes for the gentleman cleaning the "cowpastures" signage. Nice little pocket of suburbia. TFTC, left behind a googly eyed dragonfly sticky
A nice easy find on an afternoon stroll whilst visiting for my mother's bday. TFTC!
With the cows looking on, this was a nice easy cache in a very good looking area.

Had never been down this way before and glad to have come - a really nice place down here. Patted the cows, read some history and then on to the next one.
After waiting for the cows to come home we had to do the farming thing and chase the cows and found the cache
droped of shark boy bug

soft rain kept the muggles away, so this was an easy find with the kiddies. took thong magnet and left a disposable camera and small puzzle. TFTC frankie, josh, hannah, erin, claire, molly
Parked in a carpark near the playground nearby an walked over. Nice lake. Easy find, thanks.
A quick find as Chip and I headed home to Wollongong after a brief morning of caching.

not where we expected to find some interesting cows. plenty of muggles around though had to wait for a couple of teenage muggles to move along so we could place it back. i can remember this area all being paddocks as with my grandmother living near maccas we used to travel from home at rossmore past here often did not take long to build up though. thanks for the cache
Leaving Sydney just before lunch and going down the Great Northern and getting a few smiley faces along the way this was the second for the day. After walking across the bridge and along the path I then saw why the cache was called what it is. Great spot for a cache and thanks thekingclan for placing a cache here. NI-NO.
