found cache in less then a minute i cant believe i never looked there before tftc
Really should have paid more attention to GZ rather than getting fancy. Once I paid more attention to the basics easy find. TFTC
Left the exploration of the obvious place to Custo - he missed it the first time. We then spent 20 minutes hacking and slashing the local weed population. Then I had a look at the bits of the obvious place that I didn't look at before. Found it straight away. It was getting despairing to see all the 'easy find' logs and we thought we might be going mental! A very satisfying find in the end.
In the area visiting my sister. We spent a really nice cold wet day walking some caches and now on my way home. We tried this one some time ago with no luck. Today just walked up to it and retrieved it straight away. Some days are just better than others. Its a good hide and in excellent condition, there would be no problems with muggles around here. Now back up over the hill, I am so wet I skeltch.
I enjoyed the cache and glad I can tick this one off

It has been a long time since I came up here to get Maccamob's cache so it was good to return to an old stamping ground and then continue my journey down the other side.
I ate my lunch as I walked, passing just one other couple on the way to your cache.
Returned another way as the paths here allow you to do that.

Found 11.30am
The walk to GZ was just what we needed, a great bit of geofitness. With that difficulty rating we were expecting to have a bit of a search but we spotted it in the second place we lookd.

Made my way precariously from Hobson's choice to this cache by pushbike.
It wasn't until I was 100M from GZ did I see the well made road, dohh.
Anyway, my thanks to R1703 for placing this cache, and the opportunity for some exercise.

Find # 3222 and 7th of the day @ 4:32 pm Having the afternoon of from my caring duties and a beautiful sunny day, decided to go out caching. A pleasant walk to GZ, easy find, TNLN, left my mark in the log, thanx R1703....

A big walk for the first cache of the day. I remember coming here for the cache at the top of the hill in May 2004, our 10th cache at the time. My goodness how time flies, I still remember exactly where it is.
It was nice to walk to the top, over and the down hill towards the cache location. With the ever decreasing counter, I was soon at GZ and the cache in short order.
Then it was the pleasant stroll back up the hill, across and down to the car.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks R1703 for this cache experience today. Always nice to get a view like this on the way to a cache.

Ok then, I will have to check it out shortly and if somebody has moved it then I will fix up the hint.
Easy walk to this one, different type of container that i've never seen before.

We were puzzled by the container, what is that normally used for?

Found whilst out for a day's caching with Bushfire, Packetstorm 4 and RHPS. Didn't see any rabbits, but I'm sure they are there!
While a lot of cachers are in Wagga Wagga for the mega event this weekend RHPS/ PacketStorm4/ Speedy stamps and Bushfire decided to clean up some caches in Werribee, Altona and Williamstown today.
Found this guy at 12:45 after walking past Hobsons Choice which I had found on a previous visit.
A pleasant walk to GZ but I think the cache has been relocated a little to a more environmentally friendly location and the hint should have the first three words deleted.
Log was sighed by all and bach to the car park and off to the next. Thanks R1703 for the cache.
Found 17:15, in the company of Muzza. A nice walk and then a quick and easy find.
TNLN, CSI=3, thanks R1703.

Enjoyed the walk out to GZ. No signs of any bunnies today. Found the cache nice and quickly. Thanks for introducing me to another area I haven't visited before, and for the cache.
Found by Mary & David at 1115. No rabbits to be seen today, but easy to see where they've been. The area immediately around GZ has had the bushes pulled up and scattered around, some still green. Eventually found the container in this open area but mostly covered with leaf litter. We replaced the container in what should be an obvious spot, but it's not under any bushes, so don't look there. Our thanks to R1703.
found today took a while to find main reason we missed the clue once solve quick find
As I was nearby Cloudspotting from the '100 Steps Lookout', the GPSr indicated a cache nearby in the Trugannina Coastal Parklands. Of course, the 'urge' to visit this cache of 'R1703' was quite tempting and off I plodded down hill, across lowland and waterways - well it wasn't really that far but I got to the clue point soon enough without getting bogged or lost or clobbered by a rogue Motorbike. It looked like a minor Tornando had 'disturbed' the area around GZ, presumably 'somebody' searching for the cache with 'earnest intent'. A great matter of the shrubby undergrowth had come off 'second best' but fortunately this did not immediately reveal the cache's location. Following the clue religiously, and completely ignoring the GPSr which must have been searching for its 'friend' True North, I found the cache more or less soaking up the late afternoon's Sun. The place is quite a miasma, evidence of neglect can still, noting the History as stated by 'R1703' in the Notes, be seen but importantly many signs of slow recovery too. If you want to get away from the 'maddening crowd' for a time, you could do worse than come to this Coastal Parkland and take some 'slow' time to look at the myriad of Life (fauna and flora) that exists here. Thanks to 'R1703' for quite a plod and for the not your 'typical' cache. TQP
This was cache # 24 of 36 for the day, in the company of Alansee. We enjoyed the walk to GZ where the cache was soon in hand, it looked as if someone had just thrown the cache in the air and where it landed would do, I think this has to be one of the most exposed caches I have ever found.
we only saw one rabbit in the area. My thanks to R1703 for the cache.

Found while out on a day caching with Acts2YouthGroup. We actually only saw one Rabbit on our walk here but there are obviously lots more. The hide was pretty exposed but then not many people get out here! Thanks R1703.
We'll blame the dark for our failure here. A cross country stroll from "Hobson's Choice" in the post-sunset gloom was not necessarily the wisest idea (although it's possible provided you keep your eye out for the holes that give this cache its name), and by the time we got to GZ it was quite dark, and although we know we were in the right spot we could not come up with the goods. At least we found the easy way back. Of course, in the cold hard light of morning I have just had an idea ... but it's too late now. Hope to get back sometime.
Last cache for the morning ..

@ 6pm.
Can see how why there were some many problems with this one.
Certainly is Rabbit country out here.
It is another find though.

I think the cache on top of the hill was one of the first I did, so it had been a while since I have been here. I walked up to the top to see if I had to walk around any ponds on the way to the cache, but it looked OK. I went the direct path to the cache, but took the paths back.
It was an easy find (with the new information), but I imagine a bit of a bugger if the co-ords were a bit out.
Thanks for the walk, Robmc.

Tristan the Travel Turtle Tag (TTQWTC) has come for a flying visit back in time.
mmm maybe i need to return here no luck for me I had the other co-ord's. Congrats PrincessDiala!!!
It looks like this cache wasn't there when others went to find it! I feel sorry for those missing out on the FTF, perhaps a joint FTF is in order?

That is a much better hint!
Cachers should be able to find it no trouble now, providing it doesn't move...

We looked long and hard for this one but to no avail. Were hoping this would be our very first FTF. We arrived home to find the last log posted with coords changed. we looked in 1.4 metre radius anyway but still didn't find it. Will be intersted to see what happens with this one and wish the next cacher good luck!
Many plants in, which one? Maybe need a better hint before all the cachers wreck up all the plants as some of the branches are quite brittle.
I gave the area a good 30 min search around 9:30am-ish this morning.

Returned to visit this area after I logged my previous DNF as I noted a change in the coordinates.
Approaching the location I saw that the scenery had changed.
I took it as a sign that the cache was there.
... and you know what? It sure was! FTF! YEA-HA!
Didn't take FTF gift as I don't bowl, left it for someone else who does.
The original coordinates were fine, I was checking that area in the first place, but I didn't see anything that resembled a cache.
This time I did.
Thanks in'n'out for rechecking the coordinates.
I *think* I saw Team Rubik drive in as I was driving out - I did wave but I don't think you saw.
