MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?
[navy]This cache would appear to be in need of owner intervention, therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.

Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility. Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, see here http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance
The guidelines advise; "if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can." and here's how; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235

Please respond to this situation within 28 days to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to date, or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

And don't forget, once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404 and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 to get your cache up and running again.[/navy]

Our last stop of the day was a disappointing one. We wandered around and around gz but came up with nothing. TFTC Nav Nuts.

24-Nov-15
Searched for this one with kyabbott yesterday and had a pretty good idea what we were looking for but had zero luck turning up the goods despite trying every likely suspect in the area. Hopefully better luck next time.

08-Nov-15
Have an idea need to go back when less muggles

03-Oct-15
Looked around this lovely park
Couldn't find it

22-Sep-15
Looked every were.

25-Jul-15
Thank goodness for the hint, otherwise I don't think we'd have had a hope!

14-Jun-15
Hint invaluable. Thanks to bringing us to this park. If not for the cache we would kept driving past without ever visiting it. Thanks. Silkyie

01-Apr-15
Found it, our first multi cache, great cache and location, thank you Smile

08-Feb-15
Ah haaa... finally I have earnt a smiley on this cache!! I have been here twice with no luck... and now that ive found it... Well, it should never have been that hard!!

I have had the co-ords in my app for quite some time, today I sent hubby in and he came back to the car with the log.. Onya hubby!!

Thanks NavNuts for placing this cache!!!

31-Jan-15
Tricky! Eventually found it.

Why do the clues always make sense after the find! First muti for my geobuddy and not a simesta.

26-Jan-15
Very tricky find tftc

23-Jan-15
Arrived at the given co-ords, found the plaque and did the calculations.
Walked to GZ, and after a short search, the cache was located.
The log was too wet to write on, so returned to the geo-cruiser to get a replacement.
Put the new log in a small plastic bag, and replaced the cache as found.
A nice simple multi and a very clever hide, worth a favourite point from us.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Nav Nuts, for us and others to find.

08-Jan-15
Awesome find. Very satisfying getting this one! Smile TFTC!

08-Jan-15
Log was trashed. Very wet. Needs better seal. Fanatic hide though.

21-Aug-14
Our second cache for the night.. Found the plaque.. Arrived at waypoint.. Searched without luck Sad
I'll reattempt this in the day with Geo-hubby.. He is good at spotting the ones I miss Smile

10-Aug-14
I was hoping to lose my multi virginity on this one. I believe I calculated the final coordinates correctly but had no luck in finding the cache. Suspect I will be back to give this one another crack as I gain more experience.

01-Jun-14
After a couple of very long days at work in Leongatha I'm tavelling home to Melbourne for a day off and grabbing a couple of caches on the way.
A nice short multi almost in the middle of town in a park which I would guess is not visited much. Thanks for bringing me here.
Thanks for the cache Nav Nuts
Log is verry verry wet and needs maintenance.

19-Apr-14
Found 1225 19 April log very wet needs maintenance
Tftc

19-Apr-14
Found with 4MAAL after collecting the info and searching for a while at GZ. While collecting the info I dropped the iPadmini onto bluestone and did some damage to the screen - but fortunately not in the viewing area so it might be ok. Nice hide, but the log book is very wet and hard to write on. Time for some TLC and a replacement log.
TNLN
thanks Nav Nuts

27-Jan-14
Geodad and geohubby found this one. Was already getting too hot for mum,me and geopoodle.
TFTC

27-Jan-14
A very quick multi, found GZ after a brief search.
Also found the cache and log to be dry and in good condition, but ants are moving in.
TFTC

04-Jan-14
A nice cache but the lack of CO maintenance ruins the 'effect'. Time for some TLC to bring it back to its former glory.

02-Jan-14
With the others lunching nearby, I decided to mosie on over for a look for this one. I soon had a GZ calculated and, with the help of the hint Red Face, had the cleverly disguised stash in hand at 14:15. As others have mentioned though, the logsheet is absolutely saturated so I signed a nearby leaf and placed that into the container but this cache really does need some TLC.

Alas, no fave point because of that I'm afraid!

TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Nav Nuts.

31-Dec-13
I may have concentrated on the LOG hint too much

17-Dec-13
Finally stopped on our way thru to explore this peaceful and disguised park and collect the clues to solve the cache. Unfortunately the log was too wet to sign, and was infested with ants. We took a photo of log as proof if required and will endeavour to return with a new log and plastic bag next time we drive past. A pity we didn't have spares with us. Enjoyed our walk and the history lesson. Thanks Nav Nuts for the cache

09-Oct-13
Quick find whilst car being serviced. Without hint it would have taken all day. Log saturated...unable to sign (see photo). I love multis. TFTC

09-Oct-13
Log disintergrating due to water

26-Sep-13
The wind was blowing a gale today, but decided to run the risk of having a tree fall on me anyway. What nutters we are!!! There was a big tree that had split in two near GZ, but already down so not falling any further.
Quickly worked out the numbers, but wasn't sure if it should be in DMS as indicated in the description, or in decimal minutes which my GPS uses. Punched the numbers into the gps anyway, and started walking. Coords were pretty good, considering the tree cover we had. Very nice hide, too!
TFTC Nav Nuts.

26-Sep-13
Found this one with crigithis on a very, very windy and chilly day. TFTC Nav Nuts great camo!!!! Wink

10-Sep-13
Either we are missing the co-ordinates or we are doing it horribly wrong but from the information at the first point, we could not locate the secondary site. I am mystified over the expression (F/2) does this mean half of F, 2 times of F or F plus 2. To us as beginners it is very confusing.

28-Aug-13
Wanting to grab a cache for 31 day challenge walked to WP1 and worked out the co ords for GZ. A short walk had me looking around GZ and noticed something amiss. sure enough there was the cache. Great reading about the area as I work in the agricultural industry.

Thanks for the cache Nav Nuts

08-Jun-13
Well hidden and great to finally find!

09-May-13
Great hide. Gets a Fav point from us. TFTC

04-Apr-13
Surprised myself with this one, not good with multis. A nice park and a great cache. TFTC.

23-Feb-13
At last I found it. I look for this onE every time I come here once or twice a year and finally I got it. Clever hide. Log was very wet and I could not write on it infact you would be hard pressed to open it and read anything. Thanks for a hard find always satisfying when found frustrating otherwise

17-Feb-13
This was one of very few DNF's out of many cache finds for the day.

Worked out the numbers and calculated the coordinates while in the nice park - under the gaze of some local teens and then walked the short distance to GZ. First I thought the cache would be on one side of the building but (if my calculations were correct) turns out it was on the other much more exposed side. Was a little difficult to search without being conspicuous, especially when muggles parked across the road and in the car park.

After staying for what I felt was 'too long' I visited a couple of other caches and then came back later, I presumed there was only one type of hide given the location calculated, but I didn't find anything cache like after several decent searches, so it was time to give up on this one.

07-Feb-13
Found with Izzy Seb and geo daughter. Found plaque, figured co-ords, then looked and looked. I finally came up with the goods.
Thanks Nav Nuts

06-Feb-13
found with geo friends

24-Jan-13
Clever hide, took a bit of looking. TFTC

20-Dec-12
Dropped passed to confirm cache is ok, still here ready to be found ; )

16-Dec-12
We were in Leongatha today {10.3.13} & discovered that we had done this one on 16.12.12 & had forgotten to log it.

11-Dec-12
Third and final DNF for me. I must now admit that I will never find this one. I keep going back to the same spots but its not there.

16-Nov-12
During my evening caching round I also came here. The questions were easy but on the final I have searched a while.

Thanks for the cache and greetings from Germany.

10-Sep-12
I stayed in Leongatha for 2 nights.
Enjoyed caching around this beautiful town and also I used to teach Auslan at the Community centre here a decade ago. Good to come back and show my muggle friend who lives here what is geocaching is about.
She loves it and want to become geocacher. Big Grin
Thanks for bring me here and cache

05-Aug-12
Just about to give up on this one when we found it

06-Jan-12
Collected the coordinates as required and then had no idea whether we (Irontoad and I) were in the right spot to find the hide. Also was getting late so gave up. Nice park to have a cache.

06-Jan-12
All was quiet today as I walked to wp1 and gathered the info. A short enough walk to GZ where my heart sank. A micro? Here? and no hint? I gave it a go but I hope that others don't have the same experience, but many undoubtedly will. Sad

# 2586 @ 12:55

Not where I initially thought it would be but it didn't take long before I spotted it. The log is slightly damp but still usable.

Thanks Nav Nuts

30-Sep-11
Headed out tonight with C@H for a night caching run across to Leongatha.
Arrived at the park with some light drizzle about. Gathered the required numbers and was soon heading of to GZ. A really nice park.
Cache was found and the log signed.
Thanks for the hide.

I'm pretty sure I got the calculations right, but I really didn't know where to narrow my search down to, so had to leave empty-handed.

11-Jun-11
This was my absolute first find. I was so excited I screamed only to be shushed by everyone in our group. Nobody had told me to be discrete.

11-Jun-11
Great find with a group of friends. difficult with the SES serving coffees but a free morning tea was appreciated on a busy day of caching. My job was to distract the guys and girls in orange while the others searched. This was little use when we distracted by the squeals of delight by one member of the group who got her first find. TFTC . TNL small penguin.

11-Jun-11
This was fun. The SES had set up their Driver Reviver stop next to the cache site. The find was announced loudly by our novice finding her first cache. Lots of excitment!! We had forgot to mention to her things like stealth, discretion and hiding from Muggles. Lots of laughter all round, and the SES guys thought it a great joke.

Checked in to make sure all is well given the recent DNF. The cache is in fact still there awaiting its next find! Thanks, NAV NUTS.

29-Apr-11
2nd attempt and 2nd DNF for me on this one. Not sure if I'm not looking in the right place or it's too well hidden. I'm pretty familiar with the usual ways of camoflaging a cache but this one has me completely stumped.

12-Apr-11
Nup. We were jinxed. This may have well been a crappy mint tin on a playground, we weren't going to find it because we were jinxed.

22-Mar-11
this one was a very sneaky hide i loved it. sl tftc

28-Feb-11
Forgot to log this miss at the time. Looking at the other logs maybe it was missing, BUT this was my 3rd attempt. Every time I pass through town (which isn't often) I have another go. Looks like I've got something to do again next time I visit!!!

13-Feb-11
We think we found GZ but could not put our hands on it. Thanks anyway Annedo

Found by Mary & David at 1115. A pretty little oasis of green in the middle of traffic chaos. Wonder what is the story of the four palms across the road. Gathered the answers and soon found the very well disguised container. A year to the day since this cache was hidden. Our thanks to Nav Nuts.

Decided to tackle this cache on the way home from the New Year's party event at Cape Paterson. We were in the company of Tank47, stopped nearby for something to eat and then decided to try for the cache. A clever hide, it initially had us beaten however persistence paid off and we had the goodies in hand at 2020hrs. Took nothing and left nothing. Thanks Nav Nuts.

03-Jan-11
Found by Peter & Marian at 1430hrs, after a lovely lunch at the "Cape Paterson New Year's party" organised by pprass. Traveling in convoy with KI Bug we stopped had a quick bite to eat and had a second go at this one, first was Anzac day 2010. I had the coordinants in my GPSr so I led the way still no luck, we discussed many theories but no luck. KI bug asked for the coordinants and after entering them in his GPSr he said I was right on the spot. I had another look and bingo cache was in hand, what a clever hide.
Thanks for the cache Nav Nuts.

14-Nov-10
had my co-ords abit off. not sure if it was transcription error or maths but after a fairly extensive search and extending GZ we had it in hand

14-Nov-10
A nice little multi but the cache took us a few minutes to find, but it gave the geo kids time in the toilet. TFTH.....SL......TNLN

14-Nov-10
Found on an adventure trip with Rogwat and the Walenaters. We gathered the required information pretty quickly and went to find a presumed easy cache but it was not to be. A lot of searching followed up and down, under and in.Finally trying a different search area I found this well constructed and concealed cache. Well done Nav Nuts I have found a few like this and this is one of the better ones. God one. Thanks for the interesting and relatively quick multi

01-Oct-10
Smile Finally found with Hearse068 at 9.30am. How tricky this one is. It only took 5 visits to work out where Nav Nuts hide this one.

01-Oct-10
Smile Finally found with Gonefishen07 at 9.30 am after 5th attempt, took a bit of time to start thinking like a geocacher instead of a muggle. Great hide Thanks Nav Nuts

15-Sep-10
Found the coordinates, didn't find the cache - although looking back at the logs makes me wonder if something I did find wasn't actually the cache but I didn't recognise it through the camoflague!.....

14-Aug-10
Found today at 1320. A nice little park at a fairly busy intersection. We obtained the coords and had a seat whilst working out gz. A quick walk and Miss E, still with arm in plaster, had the cache within seconds-must be young eyes! TFTH

14-Aug-10
Passing through today so had to stop and get this one off my back as I had a dnf here a while back. 11 am found. Great little hide. Love ones like this. Thanks Nav Nuts for the hunt.

Back in town on business again today, and I managed to work this one through, as I didn't find it on my 1st attempt.
This is as sneaky as and got me scratching around this morning after accessing the help line.
Thank you for making me think a little harder and having a lot of fun looking for it. Cool

Fantastically Ingenious Hide!!!

had a good time looking for this one, but did find it pretty quickly!! I do recommend others to bring implements to get to the cache!!! I don't want to give too much away!!! All I do know is that it was hard to get into the cache itself!!!!

Nice and quiet with it being a Sunday and rainy!!

24-May-10
No good today. As per others, calculations easy, cache find not. Looked in all the likely spots, thought laterally but came up with nothing and had to leave for my presentation so didn't want to get too dirty!

25-Apr-10
On a visit to Leongatha to look at a block of land our nephew is negotiating to purchase. Got all the data required from the plaque did the calculations, went to GZ according to my GPSr and looked and looked and even went and had a coffee, came back and looked some more. Even with 4 sets of eyes we did not find it. It will have to be put on the revisit list.

28-Mar-10
Found on second visit very novel hide made us search hard. Thanksn for cache Nav Nuts

13-Mar-10
Called into town to gas up the bike and grab this cache. Got the info and found GZ. I couldn't spot anything unusual and muggle firemen were close by for a meeting so my search was brief. Another time for me. Thanks Nav Nuts for the cache.

01-Mar-10
I'm afraid this one was hidden too cleverly for me. I spent far too much time here and then ended up in the dark at my later caches. I shall return.

06-Feb-10
was about to give up searching for this when we went back over all the info. Great hide. TFTC

06-Feb-10
