Nice, fun little catch to find. Stumbled across it randomly a few months back, but the log was wet. Came back today out of curiosity, and I found the container was updated with a new logbook.
Container is all discombobulated and broken up. Log has fallen out. Rehid at assumed original spot. TFTC!
Day #1 of 2 (4/12)
I was in Murrumbateman for the weekend for a camp and so I decided that afterwards I would head into Canberra for the Sunday night. Yes, there is a geocaching event today but will I make it? (To find out please read the log I posted on GC8T9V9). I ended up doing some caching around Fyshwick and Queanbeyan. Which included a very interesting AL. A few giggles were had while doing it. However, for the bonus, I needed to return later because of the big group of muggles that wouldn’t leave. Soon it was time for dinner and I had Hungry Jack’s.
Day #2 of 2 (5/12)
After a great night sleep, it was time to leave the motel and find some caches. After some umming and arring, I finally decided on finding the caches around Majura Park. Most of which were wherigo’s. I then headed over to the Belconnen mall for some shopping and lunch. Once I was fed, I headed over to Kaleen to find the next AL stage of, ‘Oh When The Saints…’ plus a few nearby trads. Next I headed over to Hall so I could find my daily Multi-cache. From there it was time to fill up the car and head home. This was the end of my weekend away.
After leaving Belconnen mall, I headed off to the AL stage of, ‘Oh When The Saints…’ and saw this one on the map. I decided on stopping off for it. A quick find at GZ and then time to continue onto the AL stage just up the road.
TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found and for allowing them to bring me and the caching community enjoyment. TFTC’s

Quick find between a reconnaissance stop, an adventure lab stage nearby and the final of a solved puzzle. This is a new part of Lawson for us - good to venture out into the suburban wilderness once more.
There was a pretty sunset whilst at GZ and riding home afterwards. Some minor cracks on the container but the contents are fine and protected by the natural environment as well as the cache itself. TFTC

In the spirit of reconciliation we would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of country on which we geocache throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We (the pants people) pay our respects to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

We had a blast looking for it with my program for people with disabilities!
They were excited when they found it!
Thanks!

After visiting a nearby multi for the second time and still walking away empty handed it was time to open the map and look around.
Spotted this one which wasn't too far away so headed over for the hunt.
Once at the GZ found the container in its place but a bit exposed. Completed the log and returned a little more discretely. Thanks CrazyCatMan. A nice spot for a cache.

Nice quick find on a cool day for a change but at least the rain has stopped. All good with the cache and a nice spot to stop and look around. Tftc
The eldest GeoKid and I spent a very enjoyable afternoon finding traditional caches around Kaleen and Lyneham. As an ex-RAN officer I particularly like the naval history aspect of this location (although it's sad there's nothing there now except a bucketload of warning signs and video surveillance at the gate). The cache itself was a straightforward find at GZ - thank you CrazyCatMan!
After a pretty unsuccessful morning of caching I needed an easy one to boost my morale. Turns out this was a quick bike ride away and just what I needed! Tftc.
I attended Kaleen High in 1993-1994 and I remembered those towers being there. I am American who lived here thanks to the US Navy. We lived in McKellar, so I'm Cacheing Down Memory Lane this week.
I'm thinking, okay... That's weird. I remember ginormous towers right here? Literally, I come home to log my find, I look to see what caches are around the school, and...
You answered my question! I would tell you what I placed inside, but you wouldn't want my "two cents,"... or would you?

Our first geocache! Was well hidden and satisfying to find. We left a teeny rubber ducky for someone else to find
