Adelaide to Melbourne Road Trip
Day One: Gumeracha to Naracoorte.
Weather: perfect.
It’s now quite dark and I feel a bit guilty skulking around a cemetery, but there were no witnesses.
Thanks Redrover09.

We took a somewhat circuitous route from Millicent to Kingston SE this afternoon and visited a number of cache locations. This was one of them.
The trees that marked the entrance to this cemetery are so majestic - so tall and commanding. Accurate coordinates and an obvious hide location led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Redrover 09 for the cache.

A little more of the south east with Purrfect Di and Jack along too after a long week at work.
Caching is a great way to wind down and mostly stay away from people and bugs [:o)]
Peaceful indeed. A nice place to end up.
Thanks heaps to Redrover 09 for hiding and looking after this cache on our SA geo game map

Touring around each and every day finding and signing using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*
---
Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for bogs, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now everything's opening more - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Much appreciation of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
Thank you for reading all this addition to the log word count!
Now well into the second month of Twenty Twenty Too Enjoy!!!

On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird. I’ll leave the more interesting detailed log to Mrs Geo (aka: SeasonedBird, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird or Angry Bird) because she writes so much more eloquently than I and usually has much more time to do so while I’m driving. It’s a great day for caching. TFTC Redrover 09

Was here anyway to pay my respects to my dads cousin who died last month and found a change at the same time
Our time in the South East is drawing to a close so we decided to head North to Lucindale via Furner grabbing any caches we hadn’t already found.
Perfect caching weather as we grabbed a few drive bys and then after enjoying morning tea at the Lucindale cafe we walked a 6km circuit around town and out to the cemetery to try for the ones thereabouts.
No ghosts to be seen here today except in the log book
Many thanks for the hide Redrover 09

Found during a camping trip to the Coorong and the Southeast areas with brisal5 and I in one vehicle, and e.gregory and friend in the other. We travelled around the Narrung Peninsula and down the Coorong where we spent the first night camped out at Tea Tree Crossing. Enjoyed some challenging driving and eventful cache finds, wandering bush tracks and strenuous sand dune climbs in very scenic areas. The second night saw us camp out in Little Dip before meandering the country roads in search of an assortment of Traditional, Earth, Multi and Puzzle caches further down the coast before heading back home via Lucindale, Padthaway and Keith. Thanks for the cache Redrover 09!
Checked our cache today - all seems in good order Thank you to the many cachers that have logged and kept this cache in good condition
Out and about in the countryside.
Spending a week in Robe so touring the area.

Mr Tardis was heading down to Millicent for the weekend. I came down via Lucindale, and stopped here to find this one. I found the cache in the first place I looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Redrover 09.

Quick visit to the family ones resting we take respect as cousins are here resting on my hubby’s side the family. Brings a tear to your eyes knowing how young cousins were when they left us. But life goes on. And caching. TFTC

Things were very peaceful here today, it's a bigger place than we expected too. Aagh the cache is near those darn trees, we always have a problem with co ordinates around these but we were lucky today.
Thanks Redrover for the cache.

Stopped here for a while to fix the rubiks cube only to be missing a piece at the end! What a strange activity to be doing in a cemetery
On my way to Adelaide and making it an adventure.... a quick stop and find. Cache is in good condition.
Thanks
Thanks
What a great entrance with the giant pines over the road and those old headstones on the side of the hill, which would have explored if had more time. Thanks for the cache.
Out & about with scramping and my 2yo grand daughter doing some out of our way caches...
It really is a lovely peaceful spot...
The cache was quickly located...
Left a TB...

Road trip.
As usual getting there is always part of the fun.
Having done most of the caches along the highway from home to the South East I found myself going out of the way to see some new parts of the country. Of course I took the opportunity to grab a few caches as well.
What a shame I was on my own when I visited. I usually take the time to bore whoever is with me with some old cemetery jokes. Just had to have a inwards chuckle instead and find the cache.
Thanks Redrover09. Luv a cemetery cache.
