A lovely walk around Bellbird Grove this morning with Kolour. After completing the AL, we headed to the final for Trojan Rabbit, which I had in my solved puzzle pile for a little while.
We found a roasted rabbit which was still quite usable, Kolour replaced the bag foe the log as it had melted.
Thanks wingaap for the cool puzzle and well crafted cache, and 1MinnieMoo for ongoing maintenance.

After doing the nearby Golden Boulder AL, Willis007 and I headed to this one where we found a roasted but still intact rabbit. Logbook was fine, but did replace the melted plastic bag. Great to find another Wingaap cache. Re the puzzle, I’m glad I looked at the picture before going down too many rabbit holes. Tftc

On my way out from Bellbird Grove.
A wet day but just a drizzle now.
The rabbit had been roasted, log is still ok but the zippy bag had turned into shrink-wrap.
Thank you for this one

With five less than 2 week old puppies at home my opportunities to go caching are limited… Silver lining is that I’ve got a lot of time to work on puzzles…

With a target cache at Bellbird Grove I looked for suitable parking on the way in, and the best choice was on the way out…

An easy stroll to GZ… and a quick find once there… another piece of wingaap art… tftc… with no shortage of fave points this is an easy cache to drop another…

06-Aug-21
This evening during COVID-19 lockdown, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to take a short drive to Bellbird Grove for a walk after working from home. We first took a walk around the Turbal Circuit, walking along the creek, and with still energy left, we took a walk around the Golden Boulder track. We both had memories of having visited this area several years ago, in particular seeing some of the old gold mine cutouts.

Parking nearby, we took a short walk down the slope, where we found this cache reasonably quickly. A nicely created and well-themed geocache! The cache container and logbook were in good shape, although the inner container lid has come off the container. Thanks wingaap for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. If help is required to maintain, then I'm happy to help in the future, or adopt if need be!
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

This particular cache was one of the reasons we had decided to head this way.
We had attempted to find it at the end of last year, but arriving at the road, had discovered that it was closed to traffic for some maintenance within the picnic grounds.
The puzzle itself had taken some time to solve. When we arrived in Brisbane in 2017, we had looked at it and put it on the back burner as there seem to be so many red herrings. Eventually with a closer look we found a way in.
Today we had the opportunity to discover that our coordinates and search were correct.
The Trojan Rabbit put a smile on our faces, and equally as importantly, a log book that we were able to sign.
This little rabbit is a beautiful creation and looks like what I remembered reading about in the history books when I was a child.
Thanks wingaap!

On an EPIC ride adventure completing the multi cache “X” today. Along our journey we passed by a few other caches that some of us didn’t have, this was one of them for me.

A short walk to find another wingaap prize cache, there is always something exciting about these caches, thank you for the smiles at every cache of yours. The rabbit has seen better days and has managed to survive what looks like several bush fires. Bushed him off and set him to see some sunlight. With log signed and cache returned it was back on the trail to the next cache.

Thanks for placing this one here, all is good with this cache, cheers

17-May-20
I love the anticipation and the hunt for this CO's caches. You never know what you might find.
This one didn't disappoint. Smile

Managed to pick up this one whilst out hunting down "X" with a great mob of Cachers.

Thanks to Chamad, OBC, Georode, Ruzzelz, Orange crew and PPrime.

Cheers for the placement and upkeep of this cache.

Sixth cache of the day, found with a great mob while doing "X". The weather was stunning, and I think we all enjoyed the ride (though there was far more walking than riding!). Arriving near GZ, it was only a short walk, and a classic wingaap cache was soon uncovered. Very clever, very creative, as usual! I adore wingaap caches, and have all of them on a PQ with plans to complete them this year. #geocachinggoals

Thanks for the company TeamTyrrell, Chamad, GeoRode, OrangeCrew, P’ and Ruzzelz.

Onwards and upwards (more upwards than onwards, it feels!) to the next cache.

TFTC and TB visits.

4/3/20 Find #3514
NyssaFlutterby and I were coming to the end of our Wacky Wednesday jaunt out and around Samford and Mt Nebo. Heading back this way, Nyssa asked if I had done Trojan Rabbit yet. Well no I haven’t, but I have solved it! I had solved it ages ago to much glee, and left it sitting waiting.
Turns out Nyssa hadn’t collected it yet either, and she had noticed it had a nice year of unloved now.
Looks like we’ve decided what our last cache of the day will be.
And of course then the notifications started coming in of newly published caches.
Hmmmm FTF or this cache from wingaap???
No brainer. We were going for this one for sure! So we continued our long and winding journey around until we arrived here. Exiting the car, we wandered over and Nyssa hesitated. She had her best caching shoes on after all (*read “pluggers”), and thought it best I brave the frontline instead.
Well there was no need for concern, we didn’t see anything scaly at all as we approached GZ - probably a good thing as we were hunting wabbits.
It didn’t take long to find the very cute critter, true to wingaap form.
Thanks for the cache wingaap, as always much enjoyment in finding - and solving - this one. A favourite point from me.

04-Mar-20
It was time to start heading for home but not before “just one more” Razz I noticed this puzzle, that we would be travelling past, had just gone over a year unloved. I mentioned it to 1MinnieMoo and she was keen.

We made our way to GZ and it didn’t take long for the funky container to be in hand. It’s always a pleasure to find one of this COs cool creations. We left some scribble on the log and returned the beasty to his hidey hole.

Thanks for the cache wingaap Big Grin

Friday. Mr OC and myself were in the area today collecting some of the sound caches. This one was solved by Mr OC, but not yet found. We couldn’t let this cache go by without putting our names into the log book. Cache was a nice enjoyable short walk and cache quickly located. Love the theme of the container with the cache name.

This was the 20th of 20 caches found on today's trip.

Thanks ***wingaap***, for showing us this place. Smile

Out for the day with Slow Puncture, and this solved puzzle was on our list. A short wander down the hill and we soon had it located. Nice ornament, very cool. Looks like it's been a while between visitors here, so I'm glad we visited.

Bristracker and I were out caching today to try and and get caches which helped us toward challenges as well as get some caches for Bristracker to get some hidden creatures souvenirs. Bristracker was in need of caches with lots of favourite points, so we tackled this part of Brisbane. I solved this a while ago and it has been sitting in my solved puzzles pile. It was a very fun solve, so cool. Today we went past the cache location on the road, but Bristracker decided it was better to walk there via the path from the previous cache. I said it might be easier to just go down the hill, but she didn't want to do that. So we walked the long way, and scrambled up the hill, and then Bristracker realised just how close to the road we were Big Grin. We ascended that way and took the road way to the car. TFTC

I had looked at this puzzle many times before I solved it. Then it sat in my solved puzzle file for a LOOOOOONG time as I had not been in the area to find the final cache. Today, after work, I decided that I could use a short walk in the bush. Finding a few caches would be fun too. I added this one to the short list and left work on time, for a change. I managed to park the geomobile not too far from GZ and took a short stroll along a very overgrown track. At GZ, I searched a couple of spots before coming up with the right one. I added my name to the log, rehid the cache, then continued on my way. TFTC

Puzzles like this used to take me forever, but I must be getting better at spotting this sort clue. Parked nearby and wandered down to the cache. Great container. TFTC!

The puzzle had us puzzled at first. Although a set of not completely unlikely coords was found quickly, there was a feeling that something was not quite right. A second attempt revealed a better set and there was the cache. Once there, we discovered that access could have been a lot easier. Thanks for the puzzle and the awesome cache.

29/1/17, 9:42 am Find #1718

I came to Bellbird Grove to find Melvin's Rush for my Jasmer.

Then I decided to stay here and get as many caches as I could on a 4hr walk.

I was heading back to the car and decided that I didn't want to leave this lone cache in the area so I sat down on a gate and worked it out.

I still made it back to the car by 10am.

After several attempts to solve this elusive rabbit and an unsuccessful hunt last weekend, a hint provided enough for TeamARF to solve the puzzle despite all my previous efforts . As a team we headed off and found the chap in good order!! Another awesome Wingaap cache and one we can both add to our unsolved challenges !

15-Jan-17
Found Trojan Rabbit quite deceptive. The story begins in early November 2016 when I sat down and came up with a set of coordinates that looked realistic. Went out that weekend and couldn't get a car park close by so ended up further down the road leaving this one for another day.

Well the new year came by and this puzzle made it to the 'unloved' category so went out with Gcoven last weekend early and searched an area without success. Contacted to CO who kindly redirected my attention to another area. Well what do you know, another set of coordinates that looked even better than the first. So another early start saw Gcoven and I looking another spot. Had some trouble with the GPS drifting and managed to find on the second circumnavigation of the area. This then became the first find of the morning!!

Appreciate the CO's guidance in solving another interesting puzzle. The container just by itself is worth a FP. Thanks for cache wingaap.

Cache #2 of 10 for Kim and Barb's Excellent Adventure Take 2.

Well Mr Wingaap you have brought us up the mountain again today and we can't wait to see what you have in store for us. Now I feel a bit of a fraud logging this one, because the lovely bb is the one to have solved this puzzle and I'm getting to sign it too as her driver, LOL! I have tried to solve this one on a few occasions but my mind is just not making the links (kind of like my own relationship with Monty Python). Barbb has said she will help me work it out. We found a great parking spot, then headed down the hill. Barbb had the GPS, so I just starting looking around for anything out of the ordinary as we neared GZ. "Oh look Barb, it's so cute!". Another awesome Wingy container. I definitely need to solve the puzzle now, so that I am worthy of this great cache. TFTC Wingy - loved it! Sorry I can't give you a fave ATM, I haven't got any points left Sad

I admit I didn't spend much time on this before throwing it in Mr Esky's direction. He was excited and began chuckling and quoting lines...yawn...Can you guess I never got into this! Like me he temporarily got distracted by the extraneous info and then soon cottoned on to what was what. Cute little fella.

04-Aug-15
The Rabbit's mother would have been a sight! - I'm glad one of her offspring survived to be seen. He is very cute!

I wasn't sure of the best approach for this one, but as i was having a lazy day i hoped approaching from the road would work out.

Found a good parking spot and before long the little guy was spied. \o/

His inside's lid is no longer attached, but it doesn't seem to be affecting anything yet.

I was slightly worried there may be cows being catapulted from close by, but all was safe. I was able to sign the log before running away back to the car to continue my journey.

Thanks again for another awesome cache! Smile

Find #1621 at 15:58 with MissGeosie and BopsyGirl.

Ssssshhh!! We're hunting Wabbits!

Another one on the "I can't remember how long ago I solved this" stack ticked off.

After a trek down a ... where's the path... oh there it is.... it was BopsyGirl who spied the cache and pulled it carefully from its hide. [^]

Very nicely done, Mr Wingaap, not that we expected anything less [^]

Unfortunately the inner container is quite rusted and the lid is loose. It hasn't caused any major problems yet, however.

I wandered back up to the car and emptied the spare container container, the caching bag, the other caching bag, and the work backpack -- all of which would normally contain a couple of these things -- and amazingly found I was completely out of them. [v] Most surprising, and disappointing. [v]

I did have a larger container which I took back down to GZ, but it wouldn't fit, so I left the rusty one in place.

We then headed back up to the car and off home once again.

Thanks for another creative cache, wingaap. Big Grin

What a perfect weekend! Two days out in the bush together with my girlfriend, our mountainbikes, our tent and some really nice Steaks. Besides camping in the bush we found in total 34 caches Cool Thank you very much wingaap for showing us this area. Just because of you and your famous caches we visited this area, so thanks a lot.

This cache took me a while. I must be blind! Actually, the key for the puzzle was in my mind right at the beginning, but I thought: Ah, I looks way too unsorted... But well, after some help from the master him self, I managed to unravel the coordinates.

16-Oct-14
Out and about today because a fishing trip was cancelled. What better thing to do than go and pick up some of those solved puzzles, multis, Jasmer challenge and Hidden Date challenge caches that seem to keep growing in my lists.
Just over a week or so ago I was fortunate enough to be given a ticket to see Spamalot at QPAC. As an avid Monty Python fan I laughed myself silly! It di remind me however that I had not found two nicely themed caches that I had solved some time ago. As I was in the area, I decided to rectify that error!
An excellent puzzle follows dup by a very well crafted cache container indeed.
Thanks wingaap

Still on the guided tour from wingaap and he asked us if we wanted to jetski to this one. Hellyeah was my response. Of course. After we parked our vehicles at the closest spot, we got the description verbally. This day I only visited 3 of wingaap caches but thoroughly enjoyed the verbal descriptions as we were visiting. I can't believe we were the first visitors in almost a year!

Downloading the movie so I enjoy the story again. Thanks wingaap.

Part VIII

For the previous cache HHOA I wrote already "a must for Monthy Phyton fans", this one is in the same category. For those that know the movie "Holy Grail" will recognize that some rabbits are not the gently petty animals. Here we didn't have to deal with the Iron Lady, but with the Iron Rabbit. Be warned!!

After completion of this cache we drove to the pick nick place in the forest, had some coffee!! Thanks and a Subway sandwich, thanks again. Wingaap, it has been a pleasure meeting you. After we split, I have done a few more that you can read in the following logs.

Found this cache whilst out for a quick few hours very early in the morning, with the wonderful Mr Prime before I had to head to work. I had this one on my solved list for quite a while, I just never got up here until today. We parked the car and headed down towards GZ. After spending a while looking in the completely wrong spot Prime spotted something and headed down. Could this be the cache??? Big Grin Our names were signed and the cache was replaced, then we were back to the car and out of the heat so we could head to the next one. Thanks for the cache Wingaap!

I think the only solved puzzle in the area I had on my various GPSrs, solved a while back and stored cleverly until I unexpectedly had to face the Inquisition under pressure of skimming along Wingaap Way. Having picked up a few to whet the appetite already this morning we were in the groove for this, but even so I was still suprised by the quality of the engineering for this container. Everything about it was perfect.
Thanks for placing this cache, wingaap. Found in good condition.

5th cache on a 16 cache geo-hike around Bellbrid Grove and surrounds this morning. The puzzle was solved many months ago quite quickly. However, the highlighht of any Wingaap cache is the anticipation as you close on GZ, never quite sure what you will find......

Another great container, well matched with the puzzle and worthy of a favourite point. TFTC Wingaap.

We decided to do a caching trip around the mount Nebo area today because we heard it was a good series. So with membsec tagging along so they could also grab some caches they had missed lenicka.second and I grabbed the caches. One of the ones membsec also grabbed.

Once again appreciating the work that went into these caches. TFTC

Solved this dome time ago so whilst in the area with omaster and lenicka.second we were able to add this to our smilies by finding the "wascally wabbit" Again the workmanship on the cache contained helps in the enjoyment.

Found it on a geocaching trip to this national park together with omaster and membsec. Most of the caches has membsec already done so they were just watching us for the most of the time but there were also caches they havent done. The forests in Australia are much more wilder and dry so I still do prefere the ones we have at home in Sweden I think Smile. This one was solved by membsec who didnt get it yet. Took a while to localize the right spot. TFTC

Out and about in the company of teamdfl Smile

I spent a couple of hours trying to solve this one the other day, and thought I had part of the co-ords done, but couldn't manipulate the numbers to extract the second half for the life of me Twisted In the end I got a hint from a friend, and then everything fell into place straight away. Always easy when you find the key to the solution Red Face

This afternoon we headed to my corrected co-ords and the cache was right where we expected it to be [^] TFTC, wingaap. Another clever creation, so another favourite point from me.

Must have done my puzzle wrong, as a short thrash through lantana didn't lead to a hutch or burrow. Great place to get back to again though.

15-Apr-12
Janine had solved this little puzzle a while ago now, so after an enjoyable lunch at Bellbird Grove picnic area nearby, we set off with the Parkos to have a look at this one Smile

We managed to park the cars safely about 100m uphill of the cache and walked the short distance back down to the access point. The 'track' was a little overgrown in a couple of places, and it ended up a little steeper than it looked Surprised. It was not long at all before GZ was upon us, and the treasure was found quickly, in a likely spot Wink

We all had a giggle at the container as 3.2yo Dylan retrieved it from its hide Big Grin. The craftsmanship was admired and the logbook was signed by both teams, before returning the little guy back to the safety of his 'home', and making our way back out. All is ok and dry with this one.

Another cool creation wingaap … you are the master [^]. TFTC

After coming to find some wingaap caches Easter Saturday, I was planning our next trip up the mountain and I wanted to have this puzzle solved! Easter Sunday I started working on it and came up with all sorts of numbers, none of which were even close Sad
After receiving a hint from the lovely CO, the puzzle was solved in no time (thanks Wingy Wink)
Following jasenjanine to find a suitable parking spot, we managed to find a nice spot not far from GZ. After making the short walk in, it wasn't log until that wascally wabbit was found. With Dylan retrieving him from his hidey hole, we all admired the work that has gone into yet another unique wingaap cache [^]
It was time to put him back into his little hole and head back to the cars, to part ways with jasenjanine, Dylan and Tyler. It was lovely to share some fantastic cache finds with some fantastic cachers. Thanks wingaap, loved the thought that went into both puzzle and masterpiece.... He is a beauty Big Grin

I love geocaching as it takes you to lots on interesting places, provides a series of challenges required in finding a geocache and the use of modern technology in doing so. I also love mountain bike riding as it also involves a challenging and very enjoyable outdoor experience which these days can involve use of the same GPS technology. Both activities/sports/hobbies allow you to set your own pace and if you like measure your own performance or your performance with others. Both also enable you to enjoy the experience alone or with others.

Today I set out with a challenge which I had been saving to do for some time and achieved this with a combination of caches, from a milestone prospective I wish each of them could have been the individual milestone but collectively they are each of the number of milestones. I very happy that I was able to complete another series of caches and challenges with my CB IF.

The milestones for the day included:
• A great day out in perfect autumn weather in Samford and Brisbane Forest Park
• A ride to the top of Camp Mountain and beyond
• Completion of 2500 GC finds

Finds for the day included in order
• “The Cursed Pistol (2500)
• Camp Amethyst (a worthy cache which started the journey up Camp Mountain)
• Janus ( The reason to head to the top and take in the views at a nearby lookout)
• A Chamorro in Oz II (the climb just another couple of Km was worth the effort – at least coming back was easy)
• Trojan Rabbit (this was always the true target for the day made even better with the loop route that we undertook)

To each of the cache owners (Brother Colin, Amethyst Cat, Wingapp & gefscofix) thank you for your hides the collective experience of the entire day is what I will remember as being cache find 2500.

All told about 57 km round trip with 1167 m elevation gain required. That is what makes a great day caching and MTBing for me. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/161214960

Now this cache has been a target for a long time, I have always being going to ride over to collect it. It is also a cache that I have had to resolve at least 4 times as each time I have solved it I seem to have lost the piece of paper I was looking at when wrote the answer down. Red Face

Hmmm, this one had been on my radar as an unfound in an otherwise done-and-dusted area for a while now and I confess to having more than one earlier visit prior to today (as recently as yesterday).

After resorting to a hint from an unnamed source, all became clear with the benefit of 20-20 hindsight.

Took a drive to Bellbird Grove again today only to get to the gates and verbalise a few expletives directed to the Ranger for not opening the gates today. Oh well, nice day for a walk down the hill Twisted

Happy to say my perseverance paid off with a nice little walk straight up to the hidey. A quick admire of the cover, a sign of the log and a brisk walk back up the hill Wink

Despite all the recent rain, log was dry and in pretty good condition.

Thanks again Wingaap!

I'll get you this time you wascally wabbit!

20-Nov-11
A golden moment in comedy cinema, and you've already beaten me to the quotes from the film. Glad I finally got my hands on the Holy Grail some time ago and watched it.

As for this puzzle I had dropped it in the 'leave it for another day' basket. However it came up in conversation some time ago and I decided to have a look (before any hints were given out I might add, rather proud of myself). Soon I saw where that sneaky wingaap had hidden the co-ords and talented me read them straight off the page and into the GPS. The things I've spent my time learning Razz

Today in the area with Gaz'n'Kab and our last weary stop before a lunch break. Made our way down to the final co-ords and soon Gaz was all over the lucky stump. I wondered how on earth Bedevere, Galahad and Lancelot planned to fit into the Trojan Rabbit, but now I realise maybe the film was shot with shrunken actors. Bravo on the reproduction accuracy of the construction, a well captured moment of a great movie in a great cache. TFTC wingaap.

I went huntin' wabbits today. Almost needed to go get the HHOA from up the road. Smile

Managed to hunt em down quietly on the geo bike. Stealth was the go, so no geodog to chase him off before I could get close enough to expose the secret within. Smile

All is well within the Trojan Rabbit. Big Grin Go thing thee are no knights within or they would of starved between the last visitor and myself. Big Grin

I had worked out coordinates for the cache last week after getting a clue from Wingaap.

I was not sure which set of coordinated were the correct ones. After finding a nearby parking spot we took off to check out the first spot and my GPS was saying I had 30 metres to go when Mr coco88 lifted the trojan rabbit on high like a prize fighter ( or was that a Trojan Warrior).

We marveled at the skills of the craftsman. Thanks Wingaap.

found this one a while ago with my brother, when I didn't have a premium membership and he did. TFTC it was awsome in true wingaap style.

For some reason, the puzzle for this one didn't present much of a problem to us Wink. Finally got the chance to get out and check out another wonderful Wingapp creation for ourselves today. SL-TFTC.

Good old Wikipedia..... is there anything it doesn't know?

TFTC Wingaap and it was nice to meet you earlier in the day. We managed to work this one out after a bit of a look on the interweb.

While signing the log one of those pesky cache dwelling lizards scurried on in.

Radnoski and I had enjoyed a coffee with the Owner of this cache only an hour or so earlier. This cache came up in conversation and some hints were subtley given about it. Out in the forest, Radnoski and I fired up the netbook and checked out the puzzle. A solution soon came to hand - it was certainly a group effort. We made our way to GZ to see another well crafted cache container. Very well done Wingaap - everything is in good order here. TFTC Smile

As I peeled back some timber in my quest, the dastardly rabbit leapt forth and went straight for my jugular. Fortunately there is more claret than claret running through my veins and the beast was thwarted. I then checked inside, “Holy Moussaka!” a not so Trojan spider. Thanks for another great cache.

I was a bit wary that something just might leap out at me when I discovered the Rabbit. But no, all was well and we signed the log safely, leaving the Trojan to await his next victim . . .er. . .visitor. TFTC

Muahahaa! Un cadeau! But within it - no knights? Bah! I shall attack it with my sharp, pointy teeth! And, er, use them to sign the logbook... TFTC! ='.'=

All this talk of wooden wabbits out west had me hatching a hare brained scheme to head up the hill to find 'em Big Grin
So after a drop of oil on me own squeaky wheels, I set off up the hill this morning to chase this caching carrot Razz

On the downhill run to GZ I almost overshot the turnoff to the cache !!
"Slow and steady wins the race", I reminded meself Big Grin

Accompanied by a cheeky little Butcher Bird I wandered into the Wabbit's lair [:o]
It wasn't hard to find.
I suppose that's the point !!
Dare I wheel it over to me pushbike ?

Eventually I accepted the gift and looked within.
Oh no !!
I should have seen that coming Big Grin

TFTC.

After being told our first set of co-ords were wrong were tried again and came up with something a lot better.

And today this was the main destination as we'd found the original creation when it was first released and wanted to find its mate.

Don't break the mould.

Thought I had the coords 'fairly' quickly but was mistaken.
I can't claim full points for this one. Thanks Wingaap for a nudge in the right direction. I probably still would have been looking for red fish and other things.

Great to see this critter in the flesh after the first one was claimed by ... someone (grrr).
Cache in good condition. SL. No swaps. Thanks.

@1624

Wow after a few years away from the game, I logged in to find all these very very old field notes still sitting here unprocessed dating back to 2010....what to do what to do.....Log it I say!
-----
The Monkeys are back in the game. After a notable absence with only the occasional find, it was time to get on with some of the funniest monkey business we know. Geocaching. And this time we brought along some friends, old and new.

The return of the Monkeys was inspired by a new friends search for a hobby and we knew the perfect adventure. Once upon a time the Monkeys dominated the Albany Creek area and it was time to reclaim some lost ground.

Wow after a few years away from the game after the Monkeys all got a little busy, their new found love of the game inspired my to login and see what was around. I logged in to find all these very very old field notes still sitting here unclaimed dating back to 2010....After some pondering of the question what to do the geo-grandkids yelled.....Log it! and so I did.

What a clever little puzzle.....too sneaky Mr Wingaap!!! Good thing there is a MCBC from which to derive the necessary "help". After hanging around with this group at lunch, Gunnie and I made the short journey to the "calculated" GZ....met Modelbear on their way out....and low and behold....awwwwwww......cute!!!! Argh......until it went for our throats with its big pointy teeeeth like theeese ^^ !!!

Great cache is so many ways...thanks Wingy. Cheers, svn07

Found @ 1622 by Mrs Simia on the Mt Nebo run

Well we have to say LOL on this one. We do love Holy Grail and this is another excellent construction. A challenging puzzle too made a little easier by the wonders of mobile internet Razz

Anchovies, kippers, "Herrings"... THere was something very fishy about this puzzle and it had me hook line and sinker... Surprised Truth is I spent far too long looking for answers on things I still have no idea on... Red Face

Today, in the company of many, Wingaap dropped a hint... Ooooohhhhhh..... So that's what I should have been looking at... Now I know how to solve it but don't have the technology with me... AND, I'm only 500m away... Twisted

Hmm hang on, is that a Laptop I see in front of AmbulareSimia? Yup, sure is... Big Grin Hi, what are you guys researching... [?] Would you like to work on Torjan Rabbit? I have an idea on whatit might be... [^] So, with technology and a little nudge from Wingaap, the coords were revealed... Ah, now that is a much better feeling... Wink

Modelbear confirmed that the result was all good and we were all good to go... I started getting a twitch shortly after and clearly needed to get that sorted... The only real way of course was to zero in on GZ and hope it would sooth the situation... So after some lunch and lots of sweet stuff, Svn07 and I were inbound... We spotted Modelbear on their way out as we trekked in and they confirmed the coords were OK... When we got to the hidey hole though, we realised we had seen this little fella before... [?] Not as a cache at that time though, just show and tell at the Valentines event in Toowoomba... He seems much more settled in his new lair than he was at the event... [^]

Thanks for the puzzle and cache Wingaap... My hair will grow back eventually I guess...

Solved with a little help from Lokipagan. Confirmed by Mr Gap today at lunch with the puzzle solving group. Loved the puzzle and the humour as 1/2 Modelbear is a big Monty Python fan. The other 1/2 just doesn't get it Sad. Thanks for the cache and the intriguing puzzle. Look forward to the next one.

I had met this little bunny, as I was it's chaperone on a trip out of town many moons ago. I had some difficulty with getting the puzzle out, but after a guiding hand from the master, well it still didn't make sense. Then I went back to what I thought when I first saw this and with a bit of research it all made sense. Today after a nearby FTF. I got reacquainted with the rabbit. Good to see again and much safer than big bunny Wink.

Thanks for another great cache.

What better cache to chase than this one on Good Friday? Didn't take long to find it, but the puzzle sure had me perplexed. Mentioned my woes to 'lokipagan' a while ago and was advised to have a good look at it. I did over lunch and lo and behold, a solution began to reveal itself. Today, with Mrs Lat&Long, I called in on a couple of nearby caches on the way to this GZ. TN/LN/SL and headed off to find the brand new 'wingaap' cache, named in honour of Mrs Lat&Long.

More dead ends with the actual cache than the puzzle!!! Confirmed coords with the owner last night so today was the day for a short walk [^]. My first wingaap *FTF* and a puzzle to boot!! [^] GZ was just perfect today. Nice and quiet and idyllic after the recent rains Smile. Good thing too as I spent long enough trying to figure out where I was supposed to be going! Thanks wingaap Big Grin. Beautiful work as always.
