Exactly as described.Take care with the rusted Mint Tin.But now has my name in it too. Thanks for bringing me to this park.
Searched using the specific hint, no luck in finding it. Wondering if its still there as should have been an easy one?

Was out and about today with 1MinnieMoo, SaintsMadHouse and KBreeAHH. Went for a hike and found a cache or two.
1/5/2023 Find #6075
A fun day out with some of the gang today. SaintsMadHouse, KBreeAHH, Ponchomon11 and I had made a plan to head to Binna Burra and grab a particular selection of caches.
Having achieved all that we could up there (one of the tracks we wanted was closed), we were now heading back down and in the general direction of home, with some detouring for caches still in the plans.
What an awesome spot here, and we were lucky to have timed it just after Anzac Day, so there were still plenty of pretty floral displays up here. The lead lighting windows were lovely, and I can only imagine how amazing they would look when the sun is shining through them.
It took a bit of a search before this one was uncovered. The poor cache had seen better days - it had no lid and was full of water. We replaced with a fresh one suitable to the theme.
Thanks for the cache Aussie Liahona.

Came back for another look and really did a thorough search. Not sure what to make of the previous note, but I can't find anything here.
Okay. Went back for a final search with a flashlight. Found an eclipse tin with no lid about 1m in, tucked back against the brick wall on the left hand side. Had to get a stick to retrieve it.
Signed the log (full by the way) and tucked it back at floor level on the right hand side as the hint suggests.
Thanks for the cache in such a lovely spot.

This beautiful place has been kept immaculate. I suspect that is why the cache has been tidied away.
What should have been a straightforward find has eluded me. As usual, that doesn't mean it isn't there, but I certainly can't find it. I'll have another look next time I come this way.

Find #30 for us. Out and about for the day doing a spot of geocaching! Log was rusty but dry so we popped it in a zippy bag so it doesn’t get wet again.

Tried to find this one on Anzac Day. We were able to catch a glimpse of it but there were too many muggles around to grab it.
Lovely little park stop over on our way out of Binna Burra. Took a while to locate but managed to sign the log in the end.
Came here today to give this one some needed love. Good thing I had plenty of love to go around coz there were two caches here. One log was ok. The other one was not nice at all. Decided where it should sit and put the clean dry one back adding a pencil. Will adjust the hint. New co-ords coming!
Happy caching!

Today, I joined GurTheWanderer and karicka with a planned Lamington National Park hike around Ships Stern circuit. We commenced the hike from Binna Burra via the Bellbird track, which then connected into the main circuit trail, and returned via Tullawallal circuit link. We ended up hiking approximately 24 km with the short detours to Ballunjui Falls. Following our hike, I slowly returned to Brisbane, stopping in Beechmont, Witheren, and Canungra to pick up a few geocaches, and the tramway history was quite interesting.
What a cool memorial here, and I really enjoyed the stainglass windows in the shelter. This cache actually took a while to find, as although the hint appeared to be quite helpful, it never said where around the hedge that the cache was, other than it was somewhere in 50% of the structure. I thought it suggested it was around the entrance path, but my assumption was incorrect. The cache container was in good shape, but the logbook was unfortunately the opposite. It was very wet and mouldy, and it was also evident that recent visitors hadn't even bothered to sign/repair the logbook. Thanks Aussie Liahona for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Stopped to check our way on Google maps and as always if we stop somewhere I check for caches. Didn't take the oldest geobrat long to find. Beautiful memorial.
Our first geocache experience! Took some hunting. Beautiful info to the site. Thank you!
This was the first of the caches attempted near the BnB we were staying at over the weekend. We had avoided the rain all day, however the skies opened up as we were crossing the field. A nice quick find, and we were off after admiring the stained glass at the memorial. Interesting to note where it had originally come from.

Easy find but excellent story in the description! We very much enjoyed hearing the personalised war stories and LOVE that the watch was returned.
The log is VERY waterlogged and muddy. Needs replacing. Used the extra piece of paper someone has added but that's also not dry.

We were intending to visit Binna Burra now that it has just been re-opened after the devastating bushfires in September 2019 and show them some support. Unfortunately circumstances led to a later start than planned so only a few caches on the way to Beechmont for us today.
Having not being able to find an Aussie Liahona cache in a graveyard today, a memorial to fallen soldiers was a solemn alternative. After reading the suggestion in the description about checking the hint to help to keep the hedge intact, we quickly had the cache in hand. There was nothing on top or in the reachable vicinity nor in the adjacent grassed area so it was replaced as was. We retrieved the TB.
So sad to see all the young ages of the brave soldiers. You realize that most troops are young but what a tragic loss of a generation for a small community.
Thanks for highlighting this place and TFTC Aussie Liahona

We actually found 2 caches here but in different spots under the hedge in the shelter. One current and one old and a bit wet.
Found with Gem-54. Great memorial.
Signed log and replaced as found but no rock. TFTC

Mrs Wheelerwood and the littlest Wheelerwood found this one. Hard to locate without the hint.
Surprisingly well hidden! Kellygang37 was on a roll and found this one quick smart. TFTC!
Nice stained glass feature, interestingly placed near a sporting field, but seems protected. Foind cache on second rumage, thanks for an interesting stop.
A drive past Beechmont after a walk to Warringa pool.
Collecting a few finds up here, leaving some for the next time.
What a lovely place for reflection, the setting sun added to the scene
Thank you for hiding this one Aussie Liahona

While I did the correct way to look for cache and could not see or feel it Mick stood outside and looked in and under and spotted it straight away
What a great little area

Some are finding it and some are not.
Today I put a new container there. Sorry it's only got a log within so you will need to bring your own pen/pencil.
It is hidden by a rock under the hedge, on your left if you're looking out from inside. Reach from inside the shelter and try not to break the hedge please.

DNF - no rock, nothing behind Pvt. Watkins, searched everywhere, think it needs checking. Garden well tended so Gardner may have moved it.
Unfortunately we couldn't come up with the goods today. We had a cracking look under and between and found the rock but nothing else. Nice little maintained area, maybe a bit too well maintained. Thanks anyway.
Not sure if we found the actual cache but there was a container with a logbook and a pencil. I will message owner privately with more detail.
We are nomads. Having left Perth WA in February 2014 we now live in our caravan and go wherever the will or caches take us.
Staying a few days in Canungra, we decided to head out and explore the surrounding area using Geocaching as a guide, before the predicted afternoon thunderstorms.

Out with Selva Girls today clearing an area, and we both took our time here at this cache. After we had signed the log we read the plaques and payed our respects; it is great to see our troops being remembered and shown the respect they deserve for their service to our country. We were saddened to see that some local families endured multiple losses, some through two or even all three of the wars. Thanks for bringing us here Aussie Liahona; these places deserve to be visited much more often. Take a FP from me, and tftc.
Next, stortigirls and I headed to this cache. What a lovely spot to contemplate the past. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC
Thanks to the owner and all who paid the ultimate price serving for us. RIP all diggers
