Turned out later, that I had somehow the wrong pocket query uploaded to my nuvi. Thought, the nuvi had the actual data and the etrex somehow weird... these serial line connections .... but turns out, nothing more reliable than an etrex....
OK: Nice pipes, water pretty high. Apart from the triangles, I walked hands free as the youth used to do - no worries at all. The wedge parts are real fun, was on my knees for that. Only drawback: Duck dirt. Fortunately I changed my clothes before. So I arrived at the other end - but here you cannot place anything below the pipes and water level - the water is pretty much at the lower end of the pipes. So back again north west. I embraced the pipes and hang my head down for investigating underneath. Nothing. Now it started raining - and the duck dirt ??? - better give up for today.
By the way, Hoojar, Chip & Ding: What are all these empty beer bottles from, lying around here everywhere?
The Arkaroo - who loves the mountains and the waters.

Not the easiest to get to, lots of duck poo. Missed it on the first pass over, but not on the return leg of the journey. The lid does not seem to stay closed at all.

No geobaby today
Like another cache I did from HCD, I would have no idea what to say if someone saw me out there.
A fun cache!

I should know not to do these things in work clothes but there was a cache involved...
After wriggling out it took a while to get the cache then I didn't have a pen so carved my name with a stick- it is there I promise. The back to the car to clean up. TFTC!
I Totally agree about the work clothes.
This is fast becoming the Standard Hoojar type of hide

I will get a new log book in position ASAP.
Cheers
Sorry to say that the cache is totally waterlogged as it was underwater on our first visit. The log book was too wet to sign but we left proof of our visit in the wet container.
Another very clever hide Hoojar, Chip & Ding but maintenance could be in order.
Thanks
'Come on you gutless wonder!, I dare you to walk across unaided!', thinks I.
OK, so I'm a gutless wonder, so I look around for some means of support. I spy some likely looking bits of metal, and tie them together with some wire I found nearby, and soon the cache is mine.....the pieces of metal are still there for the next gutless wonder....
Thanks for the fun.... I think...

Wonder how many will get wet searching for this one.

I must admit going back was even harder than going out, but fortunately we got back all nice a dry.
