A trip to Brisbane for work gave me a bit of time for caching as well. Always great to visit Brisbane and to explore the area using caching as a guide. Found this cache on 27 October 2024 at10:04AM Thank you BillnCyndi for placing and maintaining this cache for everyone to find. Tftc

11:00 am Replaced cache with new container, log book, note and pencil. We apologise for forgetting it was missing while we had other commitments. We hope this one will stay a little longer.

Now other commitments out of the way I'm working on it. Should be out within a few days.

I went to check on the cache today and could not find it. I assume it has been muggled.We are a bit over committed for the next few weeks so it might be a while before we have time to gather up the requirements and replace it.

Tricky tricky! No luck for us today with the cache but found some great Malaysian treats at Rias instead so thank you!

Out today targeting a few caches for a challenge that are recommended at night. Sometimes (like in this case) they are recommended at night because there is less muggle traffic around then and they are easier to find. I arrived here just after lunchtime and it was fairly quiet but there were still a few people coming and going and stealth was used to look around and find this cache.Thanks BillnCyndi for showing me this crazy chook machine and for the cache placement!

After brunch with my daughter for Mothers Day at Nudgee Beach, I found a few chosen caches before heading home.Im needing caches with a particular attribute for a challenge and this one has it. Coordinates initially had me closer to the crazy chook so I had a good look at it but after not finding anything, I went to the next obvious place and straight away saw the cache. Signed and replaced as found. Its a fun sculpture - thanks for bringing me here and tftc

OMG I found it this time *smh*I'm still really new to geocaching, I started last week but am already loving it!I thought the cache had to be hidden within/on/under/directly adjacent to any listed landmarks. I had no idea the surrounding area was fair game too. I feel a little silly now!Thank you so much BILLNCYNDI for helping me get started on my adventure, and for gently showing me that I gave up far too quickly. I'm learning to be less literal with the clues, (I'm autistic, so that's hard), and to think outside the box more.I appreciate your work looking after the cache too, so newbies like me have somewhere to start. <3FuzzZee

After enjoying the pure randomness of the sculpture, I decided to get in closer and hunt down the cache.No luck, sadly. I looked for about 5 minutes before a muggle decided to take a seat right behind the rad chickens. I don't like the smell of cigarettes, and felt like outwaiting them would take longer than I had to spare.I'll visit you again soon chicken-bot!

Replaced this afternoon at 4:45 pm. Let's hope it stays there!

The cache is missing.We intend to replace but we will have to obtain new magnets and have other priorities at present.

Quick find with an interesting artistic piece. Log is slightly damp but still usable. TFTC

Quick find after dark. Another soggy wet cache. Dried out container and added a dry sheet of paper. Didnt have my all weather paper with me so will see how long this one lasts. TFTC.

This morning, I started the day with Mitchelton parkrun, and used the opportunity to complete [Groovy Posts](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/16a6bde1-8e77-4194-86d4-93ab61720225) Adventure Lab. A newly published geocache in Boondall had me detour towards the Entertainment Centre, before returning home through Geebung collecting coffees along the way.

We were here in mid-December when we grabbed coffees/breakfast nearby, and unfortunately suffered a DNF at this location, with the cache confirmed as missing by the CO. There was a string of DNFs in amongst a find and recent CO note, so I wasn't sure how it would go down today, hoping I would get a quick conversion here. In the end, it was upon my second glance that I spotted the familiar cache type. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks BillnCyndi for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. A really cool chook machine sculpture here, and I didn't mind making a second stop here in order to admire the crazy artwork!

Checked. It was and is in place. Some may misinterpret the hint.

Could not find anything in this area, thinking from last few notes it might be gone...

tried at night, looked at the clue and still couldn't find after about 15 mins. will have to try again!

at 11:30 Cache and logbook replaced.

Sadly it is gone. First the magnets went. Now the whole cache.
We will replace it when other obligations and holiday plans allow.

This morning, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I commenced the day with Zilmere parkrun, followed by breakfast in Geebung. It was then back to the house to cook a pre-Christmas lunch with family.

We parked nearby to this sculpture where we decided to have our morning breakfast. This was a great sculpture that we admired, and despite searching the various resting structures, no cache was forthcoming. We checked past photos and suspect the cache has indeed been muggled. Thanks anyway BillnCyndi for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

We also celebrated MummaBear66’s birthday today. After finding an FTF nearby we were driving past this one and needed an even number of caches for this weekend due to Princess 1005 having a major dislike for odd numbers.
