A day off work today to take care of some things I couldn’t do when at work. Ended up with a little spare time so grabbing the odd cache around the place.

My GPS was very accurate so not too long to find. Not where I thought it would be though. TFTC
After searching all the likely hosts around GZ, we were almost ready to post a dnf, then I spotted the common container laying in the grass on the roadside verge. After signing the log sheet the cache was replaced low down on a likely host at GZ.---SL-----TFT
Went back to another look with better light... and there is was staring at us, in the open at waist height. Not sure where it's intended to be, but signed and rehid lower. TFTC
We picked up this one just before heading home from staying with friends who live nearby,
We also took the opportunity to have a look at the recently opened up 'Happy Valley reservoir' and while there sat and had a coffee from the van at the car parking area. Great to see the reservoir area opened to the public. It seems to be very popular judging by the number of people there for a mid-week.

Out for more caching to reach a personal goal I've set for myself.
Went looking around where I thought it would be, searched for a good minute, then lifted my head and there it was.
Definitely not where I expected it to be.
Cache and log book in good condition.
Put my signature in the log book and returned the cache to its hiding spot.

Great hiding spot. The hint was very helpful. Hard to find. Took about 10 minutes.
We found it! It was difficult until we read through some of the comments and saw the light
Found but magnet was Loo's so its now on ground but still under light post but now under some rock pevals
Today I decided to headed out to find a few caches on a hot day. My tally was 8 for the afternoon which I was happy with.
Keeping the streak alive for another day only 2 months to go.
Had planned on doing a few additional caches but the temperature and grass seeds on top of snake worries put paid to that idea.

Nice easy find by miss 11 while we were at swimming lessons. FYI my kids love swimming here
