Down in Brisbane for the day and had a whole day of caching planned but the unseasonable amount of wet stuff falling from the sky might hinder that plan. Ive got my gumboots, raincoat and umbrella so well see how far we get! Quick find here thanks to the hint. Thanks for the cache aandmFind #6225
In the local area for a couple of events and just stopped by here for a nice quick find in between showers.Thank you, aandm, for this good hide.
Rolled up here and realised I had already been here before and signed it but hadn't logged it. Made it a fast visit and now making sure it gets logged.TFTC
Caching before the event, collecting on our way.Not wanting to get our shoes wet we tender footed around the rock and a hard place.TFTCache aandm
Of course I started at the wrong side and stuck my hand under twice before I found it! In the area chasing a particular attribute but might as well get a few more whilst in the area! TFTC
Find number 5 for the morning!!! And we’ve only driven on one road so far. #1092 in total for me. #175 for Sarah!
Spotted as we were walking over to GZ. This is cache must get a lot of visits with the high FP geocaches in the area.
Contents are in good condition with lots of room in the log.
TFTC.

Out collecting the last of the catweazle series today, this was a quick roadside find with the obvious hiding spot being the correct one. Log signed and clue noted, TFTC
TFTC 18/06/2023 we were just driving around cleaning up caches in Samford love the bush off to have lunch at Samford valley. I dropped a swapable blue rocking horse 1:23pm Zoie and Bryce.
Did a little Cache hunting on my own this morning, walking up the hill on Bygotts Rd/Mailmans track. Found this cute cache easily, first find of my morning walk. TFTC
aandm I found your cache Catweazle (12) - The Sign of the Fish on 30/5/2023, 3:15 pm. This is my find 5467 and find # 11 today. A quick and easy drive by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Partner found this one. I was like I don’t wanna put my hands there. Snakes. Spiders. Who knows. But found it! Thanks for this!
Cleaning out the area today. Sure I will have to come back for a few anyway but that is good as it’s a good part of the world
Need an update of the hint after the recent move

Cache replaced. Controlled burn has been though the area, but no cache remains were found, so it may have been muggled before the burn. Have moved it a short distance to a place where hopefully it will be more protected.
Unfortunately did not find this one. Unsure if we were just looking in the wrong place or if it got burnt in the recent controlled burn. Will have to come back to try again.
DNF avenged. Couldn't find this one last visit. Today we stopped again just on dark and used the phone light to look around. Took us a few mins here again but we finally found it. I can see why I missed it last time. This visit someone has left a mattress in case you need a lie down. TFTC
After the nearby event, my original plan was to doing some walking in the nearby hills and find some caches. But then IolantheK asked if I'd like a guided tour of her caches in the area - wow - an offer I couldn't refuse! Seven hours, 16 caches and 1.5 ALs later, I headed home just on dark!
While heading back to Samford Rd where my car was parked, IolantheK did one final stop, for this cache. I saw what looked liked a geo trail but nothing was found but once I moved a bit further in another direction, cache was quickly found, log signed and clue for the final noted. Tftc

Relogging found caches under the name Bonkersandshush to my other accountGAZKERSH.Thanks.Nice quick find while in the area thanks for the cache
Today, I joined Beardman75, GurTheWanderer, and karicka, as we targeted a few high terrain geocaches hiking up Mount Kobble followed by Mount Samson. We returned back to Samford for a bakery lunch, when a few of us spent the early afternoon walking around Samford completing the *Samford Village Heritage Tour* Wherigo, and a few other caches in the vicinity. A hot and humid day for the morning, but at least the rain held off for it to turn out to be a nice spring day.
On my way home from my day out, I thought I would make a final detour at a small cluster of geocaches, including this one. After making a stop, I managed to find this cache reasonably quickly. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and I made sure to note down the *Sign of the Fish* clue. A most random camouflage to use a frame, haha. Thanks aandm for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

This was the first cache in this series we found on our group assault of the area, and it intrigued us so much, we altered the days journey to veer North hunting down some more.
Thanks aandm for creating and maintaining this series for over ten odd years now.

Fantastic day with smallwombat and Domsky collecting some target caches and caches nearby.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here aandm. This is our first catweazle cache. Will try to finish the series so we noted the required information.

Out on a visit to this area with E_Smiley and smallwombat ,we decided to try and collect a few in this series. We don’t have quite enough of these caches completed to sort the final, ( we’ll be back!) but this was our first start to the day.
All good here and we noted what we needed to note! We made a note of this and have added it to our own personal notes for our future needs and notes in this series.
Thanks aandm!

A big climb to get here (walking my bike not riding). Disappointed by the DNF but that’s okay. I think after 3.5 hours I’m hungry and then I always struggle a bit. Time to eat and move on to the top of the hill. Thanks for bringing me here
Today I ventured out towards Samford and surrounds to grab myself a bunch of old caches and a wide variety of other caches to. It was an action packed day with plenty of highs and lows, literally. I climbed mountains, walked along creeks and did a tonne of bush bashing. It was an epic adventurous day and I had a blast!
In total I managed 28 finds and 1 DNF.
Nice little spot here, the cache was quickly spotted, signed and I was on my way.

Out on Australia Day aiming to catch the Catweazle. Found with NutCacheBNE. Tyftc series. Leaving our marbles behind.
Quick stop in to try and grab before dark. Will have to come back and have a proper search. There was an empty vodka bottle in the bushes. Maybe left by a previous cacher who had the same luck as us. lol
Looked for a while, disappointed that I didn’t find it because everyone else said it was a quick find aha
This one was found today whilst out and about caching, after reading another cachers post about long grass and wriggly sticks the inspector was a little worried going in to collect this one and then the inspector thought. Hold on I have been walking thru long grass all day today so this is hardly a challenge. That said cache located, logbook signed and cache replaced and the Inspectorrexteam was on their way. TFTC from the IRT.
No luck. Was a bit worried to go into the long grass because of snakes. Will come back another time to have another search
Not sugg chi a quick find, pretty overgrown m, but a good spot none the less. Tftc
After Eskies5 and I had grabbed our two target caches we decided to head home via as many caches as possible that would help with the latest souvenir event. This one was next on the list, we have collected several out of this series over the last few years but still have a few more to go. Grabbed the needed information, signed the log and returned all to where we had found it. TFTC aandm
Out for a caching day with Kestal. We had a loose plan but when it went awry at the first cache we made a decision on the fly and another couple of caches became the target. Plan fulfilled and it's still early so we decided to have a look at the new Mystery Museum souvenir offering. This resulted in a string of random caches being found on our way home to Toowoomba...remembered to collected the clue. Thanks for contributing to the fun, aandm.
