After a hint from a fellow cacher we realised how many times we must have been so close. However on return this morning it appears gone due to even more recent mulching and garden work. At least what we found last time is no longer here
Found while others went to the shops sneaky little one but once I saw the top I had it... No pen so didn't sign log. Almost needed tweezers to get the log out
Took a while but found it eventually on the second or third time through. Nice hide, TFTC!
I regularly attend these shops and have stopped to have a quick look for this cache so many times.
However finally i can mark this as found. As the last cache for the night and terrible weather I was determined to find this one. I ran from the car to GZ started searching ..... finally probably thanks to a recent geocaching birthday present my brain turned on. I must have been so close so many times in the past but I have eventually found this cache. Signed the log and took of to get warm one very very happy cacher.

Found with Daphoenix and Missrenae,
Barely had a chance to get there before Daphoenix had the cache in hand, after seeing that this one had been updated he was determined to have another shot at it.
With help from a my geocaching pack present I gave him he was able to find it straight away.
It was my job to sign the log this time and I lost the marbles, lucky they didn't roll too far away and I was able to put them back in.

We left like we were walking around and around forever, but found the cache in the end. Thanks, nice hide!
A tricky one to find - but I got it eventually.
I thnk I may have tried and failed this one in the past?

Out with the Jmanjezza clan for a caching tour of the north.
This one took some searching (and waiting for muggles to muggle off). Eventually we found it, but not what or where we thought it was going to be... Nice one!

Just one more cache before we meet up with the others was the call, so we stopped for a coffee and cache while the kids played. Took us quite a while to come up with the find, we were certainly heading in the worng direction. I remember doding a cache here a while ago that also had good camo.
Out with the Jmamjezza clan on a sunny afternoon. This one took a bit of hunting, but a nice hide.

Found Finally!!!! Thank you muscles n massage for your super geocaching skills
A very sneaky hide.
This was my third visit looking for it. Finally found it with the help of Crazycat

We had a quick but stilted search as there were so many muggles around - but we came up empty handed.
Spent a while here the other night looking with the wife, almost to that frantic point. Thought I would have another go, and was getting frustrated again, so stopped had a break, then looked in the obvious spot. I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before. Oh well, signed. Thanks.
Back in Canberra and having a quiet caching trip this week, I wandered down from the hotel to check out Jamo and grab a Burito! I did a fair bit of hunting in the dark without interruption and without much luck, after phoning a friend, who confirmed I was in the right spot, I put my hand o. It straight away (isn't that how it always works!), great cammo, I was quite surprised by the size! Well done samwalkers and thanks for the excuse to get out and about!
This took me waaaay longer than it should have. One geokid on the playground, one helping, finally found it no swaps today. Tftc
Out grabbing some caches on a cold day in Canberra. A quick find. Signed log: TNGD. TFTC!
New log book and swaps.
There is some work on the path near the cache but it don't effect finding the container.

I have just been down to buy some ice cream and a couple of batteries for the fire alarm. . .
and I brought the container home to have a look at it.

After coincidentally meeting the cache owner only a few minutes earlier I thought it would be apt to grab there cache and the weather was working for me this time, yes a very wet weekend and a slight easing of the rain allowed me a short search and bingo phew luck and skill was with me.
took TB as it was proving to be a hazard to getting the log out.
A great hide indeed +1
thanks hope you got a good backpack!

I was worried we weren't going to get our leap-day cache. It sure didn't seem like the extra day of summer was worth it - cold, wet, miserable weather. So we set out to try and find a quick traditional cache, but after a couple of strike outs elsewhere, things were looking grim. So after rechecking of recent logs, and avoiding stray muggles, we perservered here... and succeeded!
Great camo, good hide. Log was full (I think - it was too dark and wet to look too closely) so didn't sign it. TN/LN. TFTC.

Had the general right idea, but still had to fossick a while to get to the cache. Fiddled with, poked and prodded every likely object within a 2 metre radius, while attempting to look like a disinterested passerby. There were suprisingly many to choose from! TFTC
21/02/2012 17:24 Found: I think I had searched for this one before, very early in my caching history. Found it easily this time. TFTC
I have been looking forward to finding a cache like this.
Great to do at night with minimal muggles. TFTC

Nice spot by Mirokoth. Is a good hiding area, defiantly helps done at night. TFTC
Clever hide. Thanks. The area was quiet in the evening, and we were left to ourselves for a peaceful search. Thanks. Domsky
Ok, so this was our third try at this one, and still we needed help - absolutely blind as bats ... Thx jusojara . TNLN SL. TFTC
Saw one of these advertised on a geocaching supplies website but I've never seen one in real life. Great hide and excellent use of the available technology.
Second attempt at this one. Geowife and I were unsuccessful with this some months ago despite an extensive search. Decided to give it another try while we were in the neighbourhood and found it within about 1 minute, despite the presence of muggles. Not sure how we missed it last time but a very neat hide indeed. TNLN and TFTC
I have been driving up Belconnen way past here for ages, and today I felt it pull harder. Not quite the container that was here before, but it is a good version of this type. Thanks.

Pritty quick find by random but never the less definatly best cache weve seen. Found with my fiance lilmissy TFTC TNLN only due to geocoins not been able to fit.
Finally! Been past this area a couple of times, but without much time to search I had no luck. Today I had the geo kids in tow and used them as a distraction for the muggles and after a bit of a search (and a logical deduction of why the hell is this here?) I had the cache. Very sneaky. Left a badge - TFTC happy new year
Some subtle distraction work by Elvis the geopooch... to nobody in particular, but that's the way Elvis rolls.
Some not quite close enough examination by me had the day saved by some logical deduction by BatGirl&Co

Nice and quiet just before 9am during the holidays. After a few minutes searching I spotted the thing that was not like the others.
Seen this hide before, but not quite so big! Managed to out-stare the muggle that was sitting nearby. Ended up coming back later to a nearby turkish place for dinner with Mrs KL's workmates. Thanks.
Had my hand on it in the first minute, but dismissed it until gmorph queried it and we had a closer look. Excellent hide.

Many thanks to Sam Walkers.

Called in here for lunch and a drink while out for the day. The others had found this their assistance I also nabbed it. Thanks.
Found on a day caching with Chewinprickles, Robmc, Browngang and Pprass. Thanks for the cache SamWalkers
Started the day with this one. Once again numbers made the finding pretty easy.
Thanks SamWalkers
Thanks SamWalkers
The first of a new day. We stopped at the shopping center early, and found we had the place to ourselves. We spread out and soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
Found at 7.35pm GAFF1 in the company of Blackie_71, Browngang, Chewinprickles, and Robmc.
A crisp clear morning and the first cache for the day and it turned out that we ended up caching for around 12 hours through this very nice city.
Thanks SamWalkers.

Being mindful of muggles we decided to do this one first thing in the morning. Unfortunately timed a little too early for the coffee shop to be open. Our first find ever was a hide like this at Batemans Bay that drove us nuts (Bay History) but we are now wiser, really like the container. TFTH.

This one took a bit of work but it paid off in the end with Mr Gap finally putting his hand on it TFTC
A hot day out on foot today, we searched for quite a while and nearly gave up... but the thought that we may never return to do this one was too much, so we persisted... and as they say, persistance paid off!!
Thanks SamWalkers, I really liked the container for this one, might try this back home

So I was discussing this - my 'nemesis' cache - with FurFacesLL today, and was prompted to try again.
At last I timed my arrival just right and there was minimal muggle activity at GZ. It also wasn't cold or dark or raining or windy or any of the other issues that have plagued previous attempts.
So I rock up and bam, there it is - I swear that wasn't there before!! Of course, being somewhat challenged in the practicalities of caching due to my rather lengthy enforced absence, I forgot to bring a pen so back to the car I go to acquire said writing implement before returning the cache to whence it came.
Proving that once again, this cache was determined to have the last laugh!!!

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Had to be dragged out to the evil northside today, and tried to find this at lunchtime.
That was a bad idea. Busy busy busy. I'll come back.
Came back around 7pm. It's alot more quieter. And darker too. that's always a plus.
Found after a ridiculous long search (well, it felt long..i'm sure it was 5 minutes at the most..), giggled at the container/camo, signed and ran away.
*recommended* (because it made me lol )

With the geo-in laws in tow, we spent a while looking for this one. Just as I was starting to think it was going to be a DNF I found it!. A very impressive Cache- both in-laws had found it but moved on never realising. Thanks SamWalkers!

Great hide but a quick find in a high muggle area. We have seen some interesting caches now.

Glorious sunny day for caching today...searched and searched then Ms Bushies2 finally found it, sneaky hide, well done...you get a favourite point from us Thanks SamWalkers.
Arrived at GZ later in the evening so it was lucky there weren't many muggles around and was able to have a good look. I made the find purely by accident to the entertainment of allrounder. Was found quickly in the end.
A very clever cache.

Nearly ready to DNF this one, then had good description read and think about the hider. Success!
I've tried to find this one before, but there had always been too many muggles to have a thorough search for it. Found it this time, it was a very surprising hide. TFTC.

It was really busy here this afternoon and freezing cold and raining, but we found a park and headed to the GZ. Hmmm, there are so many places to hide a nice camo-ed cache here! We looked for a while, before Enzo said "why is this here?". He had found a very cool container - we love these hides! TNLNSL TFTC
TaurusSix and I went for this one on the way to some other caches. Had a bit of luck and found quickly.
This was almost a DNF for me. Looked for what felt like ages. Could have been 20 minutes, but was probably only 10. I have a time dilation effect when I can't find caches under the watchful gaze of muggles.
Like others I concentrated on the brickwork for far too long. I spotted a cousin of the cache and when I spotted a second cousin I thought that was it! Eventually I decided to rearrange some cellulose and spotted the real deal.
Thanks SW.

#1620 Found on our Canberra caching weekend. We carefully read the cache notes on this one and knew where we needed (& didn't need) to be. Thankfully there were only a few people floating around today and they weren't bothered with us. Dad again located the cleverly tucked away cache. TNLN thanks for the placement SamWalkers [^]
A bit worried about finding this one, muggled by another non searching cacher we presume, but once gps's settled down a find was made.
#200!! Popped out for quick walk from home to get this at night, while no one around. Nice hide, thanks SamWalkers
This one had me searching for a while. I had some ideas about what I might be looking for, but not finding anything that fit those ideas. Then combing over the area again, I finally spotted something that gave me heart. W00t! Well hidden away there!
TNLN - Thanks SamWalkers!

It is funny what you search for when you have a certain pre-conceived idea. This was our first for the day with Zsazsa7, who had DNFd here before. Success today! Thanks SamWalkers.
Third time lucky. Looking for something of a completely different shape and size didn't help!
Nice hide, love the effort, and the efforts of my companions today, a full set of Winglens.
Thanks for the cache.

Poked around for a while before shinydragon came up with the goods. A very nice container for this one, great work.
Bit scared by the name but glad that we persisted and I got to feel proud for finding it. Playground was full of muggles but we tried our best to look normal. Thanks for putting the effort in to a great cache!
Finally!!
After a couple of friendly tips from Stormcatchers, went back this arvo and attacked this from a different view point....
We waited around for 10 mins, whilst 2 muggles sat close by to GZ...
Then viewing something "just not right"... grabbed this nicely camoed container....
Top stuff SamWalkers

A well put together cache, I must say. Thanks!

This was one a few caches Steeba and I found as we circulated around Canberra today. I'd had a go at this cache with no luck many years ago. How the place has changed and today was much easier.
Thanks
Thanks
We returned to have another crack at this cache and once again it was dark but at least we had a bit more time to search this time. We were armed with an addition clue but we still felt we were searching over our previous tracks. But miss Stormcatcher checked over a previous spot and found the cache! We couldn't believe how close we were to finding it last time. This was one well hidden cache and we were very impressed by it camo. Thanks for a very cool cache
