Dont know if i couldnt find it because council.have done work to the area, of if because my gps is being tricky.today.
South Australia 2013 with Sol de Lune. We headed off on 12/4 and arrived home on 28/4. The trip was to visit the SA series so more time could be spent at the Mega itself next year. We did a huge variety of caching around Murray Bridge, the Mid North, Yorke Peninsula and Whyalla Region. Apart from one wet night and two wet days we were able to spend heaps of time caching.
Today we were doing the FTF trail between Whyalla and Iron Knob. There was time for some other caching at both ends. Some of these aches were fiendish today and we had an annoying number of DNFS. Everyone has done a great job of placing a great variety of caches and we had a great day.
Thanks.

Grabbed with Albida on our 2 week caching run from Canberra to, and around, different parts of South Australia including Loxton, Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend, Yorke Peninsula and around to Whyalla before heading home via Broken Hill, Cobar and Parkes. We completed a few power trails and left a couple to do when in the area again for next years Mega event.
Overall a great many different styles and types of caches found. A great time was had caching for 16 days straight as well as camping along the way.
Thanks for adding to the fun with this cache.

Found with McPhan, but this one is desperately seeking maintenance.
Thanks cslyoda.

A nice quick find with the geo-daughter after some shopping. We were muggled big time on this one, fortunately it was an old work mate of mine who lives just across from the cache and when I was telling him about it he said his gran kids are right in to that. Then he was telling me some stories of the strange people who keep parking in front of his house and go looking around the tree. He himself has found it with his grand kids, so I guess this wasn't that bad a muggling after all. TFTC.
Well I found this one unlike the last one. It was just "there".
Thanks to cslyoda and clear skies from TeamAstro.

In town for a spot of nightshift at Iron Baron. What better way to adjust the body clock than a late night round of caching?
I was considering an aerial search after a round trip of the indicated GZ failed to turn up the goods. Commons sense prevailed and a broader outlook turned up a more down to earth solution.

TFTC. Sort of knew where this one was for a while. Finally went to get it.

On our morning run we stopped by the cache. Many others logged it as a quick find. Started to think it was well camoed or muggled. Checked the GPS again trying to get a more accurate reading when geodad basically stumbled over it. TFTC
Found with "The Hunta" while waiting for Kitti1 to finish work.
Easy find [:d]

Found on a rewarding day caching around Whyalla. Thanks to cslyoda for this cache. This was possibly the quickest of the series for me.
Found on a caching day for the littlest Newbs birthday. Geo-dude had a muggle friend too. Geo dad and the boys had given up on this one. Geo mum and princess walked up, found it, logged it, walked away.
Geo dad grumbled all the way back to the car!
Cheers!!

Did this one today during a shortened caching excursion around Whyalla.
No problem with muggles today. I think the weather has kept everyone indoors!

BEWARE muggle city. Both motor and people walking. What a busy roundabout. Found after a bit of searching, nearly gave up on this one Damn muggles, Damn roundabouts (hehe). SL. TFTC.
Whenever I tried here, there were muggles.
I didn’t want to accidently reveal the hide to watchers, so I got a hint from YeahRight80 so I could search furtively.
Just as well – there were still walkers around this time, but I got in a quick grab while they were looking elsewhere.
I then had to retreat stage left for a while as some very slow dog walkers went by before I could do a quick re-hide.
I’m glad that one’s over.
Thanks cslyoda.

Did it in the rain today and saw no one... a bit extreme but got the find! Cheers
Strewth! Where’s the extreme muggle warning on this cache?
Four (count them, four) people sitting on their verandahs staring straight at GZ.
Then there was the constant stream of school-age kids ambling past. Why aren’t they at school? Is it compulsory for them to wear hooded tops now?
There was no way a muggle-phobic like me could have a decent search.
I’ll sure have to pick my time here.
