I spent a good 10 minutes hanging around about here looking for a cache
There was only one place it could have been !!
But nothing found today ..... not even a bit of Velcro
I reckon this one might need checking !!
Just a hunch !!

Will claim a found it on this one although the cache has been muggled, found the velco strip that held it up. Will put on my watch list and sign log when replaced.
Spent several minutes looking for this one until I came across some velcro. Uh, Oh!
We met yakcm yesterday at the Munyaroo 4wd caching event and she very kindly offered to show us around own today grabbing caches and also learning a bit of the history. For this we were really thank full as our in car navigator had no real idea of the streets of Whyalla and kept leading us dead ends yesterday when we were by ourselves. We pulled up near gz and hopped out of the car and spotted he cache from a distance not because it was poorly hidden but it because it was just sitting on top of the brick pillar in plain view and open. We couldn't believe that the log sheet was still there in the wind we were having today. We noticed that a lot of kids have signed the log book so we added our name under theirs and found that the clip wasn't working to keep it shut but luckily yakcm had some tape in her car and we were able to return the cache to where it should have been.
Thanks cslyoda for the cache.

Spent quite a while looking for this one, there was quite a variation in the gps reading, but couldn't place it.
Co-ords were off so after heaps and heaps of tries we had to get help to find it, good hide
was beginning to think I was in Canberra How many more roundabouts will there be in this town? TFTC lovely hide
found this cache the day before signed it during the day and came back at night with pratzy

found it now that it has been repaired, unfortunately it was dark and I accidently broke the lid, so I have brought it home and repaired it and it will go back in to hiding first thing in the morning. Sorry and TFTC.
This cache was starting to anoy me as my smily map of whyalla was not complete due to this, so I placed a new cache of the same type and location (including the same mounting method) as describe by a previous finder.
After a couple Attempts in-between every one driving past was unable to find it, asked another person who got it a few days ago confirmed it was missing including the mounting device.
We assume we found it. Contained a 10 cent coin and scrap of paper with muggles names on it???
Finally got this one. So many muggles driving past though. gps put me a lot further away from the corner this time which helped. Didn't have a pen so left a second 10c piece instead. Surely the scrap of paper can be replaced with a new log by the owner. TFTC.
Found it on a walk. Damn the hills around this part of town. Lots of muggle traffic so had to be discrete. Found partly exposed, open and log missing. Rehide. Suggest container either broken or log forced it open. Sorry no paper as on our walk, or time to repair if needed. TFTC
Found during lunch time. Looked in the only concealed spot at GZ and there it was. You do feel a bit vulnerable in this spot. Had to stealthily walk away to sign log...
10:40 - co-ords are a bit out and indicate the cache is on private property, but assumed it wasn't so looked outside.
FOUND THIS CACHE AT NIGHT AND CACHE WAS PARTLY EXPOSED REPLACED BACK OUT OF SIGHT OF MUGGLES EYES TFTH SL WE WERE STAYING NOT THAT FAR AWAY CHEERS SORRY ABOUT LATE LOG WE HAVE SOME CACHES HIDDEN IN PLACES LIKE THIS .
this one was really good, i really liked it. it took me some time and trying to not be noticed looking around. thanks to on-cache-patrol comment, this put me on the correct path and got it straight after reading it. tftc.
Enjoy.....
Enjoy.....
Couldn't find it quickly and in view of the fact that other searchers had encountered the owner of the property who was obviously upset by the cache being there we decided not to push it. Gave up another cache hunt.
Found quickly by geo-mum.
It was slightly exposed so I fixed it up when replacing it.

I think I walked every inch with my fingers. It was night and cold so I figured the spiders were asleep under the clear skies.
Found at 1.10pm GAFF3. We had a bit of a bother with this one. The GPSr was telling us to search in the yard, but we then started to search the perimeter and found the cache 11 metres away.
Thanks cslyoda.
Thanks cslyoda.
The first of a little run I did whilst out getting some lunch together. Parked across the road and after a short search the cache was in hand. Thanks!
Took a while before Mr Bushies2 found it as GZ wasn't spot on then the owner of the property came up to him and questioned him what he was doing at her fence because it was on her property, Mr Bushies2 had to explain to her about geocaching and stuff. She seemed a bit concerned but hopefully she understood what geocaching means. Thanks.
Found with 'The Hunta' & a muggle while in town for the evening.
Muggle came up trumps this time (His first find) Should'a seen his smile

So many roundabouts in Wyalla - I think we have just about seen them all. Lucky they arent trafffic lights.
Found by Mary & David at 0805. Took us a little while to pin it down. Luckily there was no traffic or joggers or doggers to hold us up. Our thanks to cslyoda.
Found today while doing a quick spin around Whyalla before the sun set after a great weekend in Coffin Bay and Port Lincoln. Didn't find any spiders with it this time!

Finally no walkers, talkers, stalkers or gardeners opposite.
Had to try quite a few spots before success.
Thanks cslyoda.

I don’t believe it!
It’s Round #2 all over again for me.
First try was drop off time for the school kiddies.
Second try a couple were talking at GZ who looked like staying there.
