Navigation had us 6m away from it when we were on top of it, and so it took us a bit longer than expected. TFTC
#5629Mathsnuts are over from the UK, visiting the inlaws. Today we have visited Natural Bridge Park and are on our way back up to Springbrook, stopping at some caches along the way.It took us a couple of minutes to find this one as it wasn't between any more, but Mr Maths soon found out near three hint items. TFTC
All good with this cache. It would appear I am not the only one looking today. tftc
Whurgh spider on it - Missus Wheelerwood(This on was being guarded. But a good find)Thank you.
Today I joined forces with chamad and geopup to collect some caches in 2 LGAs for a couple of challenges and to enjoy this beautiful part of our country.A quick find here, log signed, cache replaced as found. Thanks Aussie Liahona for the cache.
Today was a fun caching day with Willis007 and geodog bella. The plan was to grab a few target caches around the scenic rim area and then continue to head off to the northern rivers area and grab a few numbers. With just a few on the list, it was easy to fill the day in further with a few extra caches as we passed by. The run for the target caches were for challenge caches in Brisbane that willis007 was working on. For me it was a nice day for a drive and a couple of interesting caches to collect along the way. While there was no pressure for the day's outing, we still managed to grab a few interesting caches and a nice tally for the day. We signed all logs and returned caches as we found them.It is a very interesting area around here and I enjoy just driving around and the views, awesome.Thank you for placing the cache here and bringing me to this area.
Another stop with adequate parking thanks to the CO. Cache was soon found, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Aussie Liahona.
didnt realise this was such a busy road makes me wonder what muggles think we are up to when they see us climbing around in the bushes roadside. Out with Geo daughter and Geo sis for an afternoon of fun and exploring. TFTC Aussie Liahona
On the road with team GLN with my geomum and geoauntyEasy find, ad to be a tree a couple times to hide from muggles driving past Thanks for the Cache
Making our way back from Natural bridge, picking up a few caches along the way.
A small scramble up and the cache was soon located, I found a spot in the old logbook to stamp.

Down this way for a hike - and I arrived early enough to allow time to nab a couple of caches in the area. No issues here either - on fire!! Me, not the cache. All good there. Actually they were burning the ground a few kms up the road later in the day - but I digress, that's not relevant. OK Time for another.
Thanks Aussie Liahona for entertaining me at this location.

Visiting from New Zealand for a family gathering in Byron Bay. Now off to Springbrook for a couple of night. Had enough time to stop for a few caches along the way. Great to have good parking. No problems finding the cache. All fine. Thanks for the smiley
Came here ok the way to the Twin Falls. Found it quickly even without being a soccer fan. TFTC!
Grabbed on the way down Numinbah Valley after doing Pages Pinnacles. I decided to stop at all those on the Eastern side whilst heading South, then picking up the Western hides on the way back.
This was the last cache of my sortie today. Not exactly a record haul. But I really wanted to clean out the Southern side of Numinbah Valley given that the area has been a blight on my map for so long.
TFTC Aussie Liahona!

TFTC Aussie Liahona!
Had to sign and close the box quickly before I drowned it and myself. Where did that rain come from?
Making my way to Natural Bridge collecting caches along the way... This was my ninth find for the day....
A nice quick park'n'grab between passing muggles.... TFTC...

This weekend, I headed south to NSW to Lismore and Casino on Saturday, followed by Springbrook National Park on the Gold Coast on Sunday, meeting different geocaching groups on both days.
Today, I joined a few other Geocachers for a hike in Springbrook National Park. We didn't end up completing our target geocache due to wet conditions, and so detoured to another nearby location. After returning back to our vehicles, I decided to use the afternoon remainder in visiting Natural Bridge, and then find a few geocaches on the road back to Nerang, before then heading home.
This was a quick park and grab on the way towards Natural Bridge. The geocache was moreso around rocks than the tree/trunk, but otherwise no worries. The cache container was in good shape, but the logbook is getting pretty full, so may need a new/fresh logbook soon. Thanks Aussie Liahona for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Next one for us to tick off as we made our way back to the coast. Another straightforward find was made here. TFTC Aussie Liahona
After driving up to the Natural Bridge we cached our way back along the road towards the coast. A lovely time had taking in the scenery; enjoying muggle free caching and appreciating the safe pull off areas for the caches. Apologies for the general logs. Thanks for the fun, Aussie Liahona.

Random Sunday without the kiddo's so we had some mummy and daddy time. Went on a big road trip through the country side, visiting some towns I've never been to and revisiting some of my favorites. Found a total of 21 today and this was cache 2.
Turned around to park on the right side of the road (closer and not to block the farmers gates) which meant it was the geopartners turn to find one. She found it quickly, threw it in the car for me to sign. As I caught it, a wopping great huntsman fell off and toddled off under the seat, much to my annoyance. I don't mind spiders, but not when I'm driving at 100 kms.
Signed the log, returned it to her with one less spider and we were off again. We stopped at the next cache and pulled the car apart trying to find it, to no avail. Only to be cruising through the next town and he popped out above her head. Luckily being a small country town, nothing was happening so I jammed on the anchors, wound the window down and gently encouraged him out the window. Another life saved!!
Thanks for the cache Aussie Liahona

Out with Bunadoorian for the day and doing the Skywalk and then Natural Bridge we decided to see if we could pick up a couple more caches before we leave this area tomorrow. Thank you for bringing us here. TFTC Aussie Liahona for this cache and all the others you have placed that we have found this past week. Find 4 for today.
The hint was spot on. Which makes it an easy drive by. Please note the zip lock bag was holed so I have removed it but did not have a spare one to replace it. The log was in good condition so it should be alright for a while but maybe if you are out this way it may be an idea to replace it. TFTC.
Surprising amount of stealth required here, avoiding detection from motorbikes, cars, a horse riding farmer and another property owner coming out of her gate. All when I decided to stop for this one. The cows didn’t give me away though. TFTC!
Morning Drive out to Natural Bridge, picking up as many caches along the way. Tftc. lovely way to spend a beautiful day.
While staying in Surfers Paradise with our caravan in order to visit with our niece and her family while they are holidaying on the Gold Coast from Adelaide we still found time to do this caches. A nice hide in a very scenic area. Thankyou Aussie Liahona for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
