Im archiving this one, as I had the pleasure of meeting one of the devloper here who is a complete rude so and so. I had no complaints about the cache, just removing it as I dont want to go to this crap estate again.

06-Apr-11
undergoing waterproofing !

05-Apr-11
removed to perform maintenance will be back on the weekend

The log book is completely saturated and unable to be unfolded or written on.

A nice easy find - we need these once in a while. Log book is completely saturated (zip lock bag isn't zipping or locking) so I didn't sign as I couldn't get the paper unfolded without destroying it, but I did take a photo if I need to post that as proof. Found with Eldest Mini Moff. TNLN TFTC!

A little late in logging this cache but I found it with Hoojar. He had been here before but I hadn't. Lots of stories that day.
Cheers.

24-Mar-11
I had not been out here since the track was closed. This place brings back many happy memories, sadly no more!

Cheers

Its sad to see the once fertile market garden land where sydney once grew its veggies gone to waste with a sea of rooftops.

found the cache easily, put it back on a little of an angle so that hopefully any water will run off and not go inside again.

12-Mar-11

Quick and easy find. TFTC!

27-Feb-11
Quickest find of the lot today. Had a lot of potential house buyers drive past and give us the ol' one-two glare. Noticed the security camera after signing the log book and hot tailed it out of there just in case we were in for a cautionary meet and greet. TFTC , nicely hidden. Nice view of the surrounds Smile

Nice hide! and rather easy, but can be quite difficult to spot. Very impressive town on the grow out there, heard of it once or twice but never seen. Likewise with Harrington Grove. TFTC

Second stop on my day of caching - at which I met fellow geocachers, Team Soupbones (my first time meeting a geocacher in the field).

Wonderful camoflague, we walked past it several times before clicking.

02-Jan-11
I keep forgetting which cache is which LOL but they were all pretty good yesterday! TFTC!

02-Jan-11
With the silly security car trying to watch, this one was disguised with the GPS being used as a "Camera" to ward off would be snoopers. Found with Davieson, Rindy9 and GeoJackCo. Damn shame the track is gone. My dad still owed me a day out there. First time I ever went there was with you! TFTC you SOB Now go and find mine! Razz

29-Dec-10
Easy find with another geocacher already at GZ when we arrived. TFTC.

29-Dec-10
Had only just got to GZ when another car pulled up. The occupants got out and headed in my direction, but I relaxed when I noticed the yellow GPS in the hand.
It was good to meet Kimclive and Clive was the one who came up with the cache as I was too busy taking the hint literally.
Having lived and worked in the area, Its a shame to see this icon racetrack go the way it is.

Nice quick one! (Log a little damp...) TNLNSLTFTC!

19-Dec-10
I replaced the logbook and baggy, as they were wet and holed.

I would have replaced the container with a more waterproof one, but it needed to be a particular size.

Nothing like a 'cutsy' sign to suck in the land buyers...

Thanks for the fun I had here.

17-Dec-10
Smile the road sure has changed since I first went through years ago. The cache is a bit water logged but could still put our name on it. TFTC

Quick easy find this afternoon on the way home.

Log is very wet, and probably needs a container that seals better than this one??

Nice easy one to do in the rain. Pity about the race track, was the best in Australia. Could watch the whole race from most parts of the track. TFTC

TFTC! Found the wrong 'N' and had to try aNother oNe.

01-Oct-10
Unlike the last finders, we had no problem with traffic. In fact, it was pretty dead out there today. We parked just across the road and headed up to the sign. I was looking in the wrong place, thinking the hint was meant to be tricky, but NickoHeap turned it up exactly where it should have been. We stopped to look out across the fields, with the cows roaming along, and wondered what this place will be like in a few years' time. Not too far away, several new houses were being built, but the rural feel hasn't gone yet. Thanks.

01-Oct-10
This was the first of a day of caching out in this area, catching up with a few outliers that we've missed at previous times. The youngest found it in a short time almost accidentally as it blended in so well. Hard to believe that this area, once a raceway, will soon be devoid of the rolling hills and cows.

01-Oct-10
Thanks, loved the cache and hide. Keep it up! TFTC

26-Sep-10
A quick easy find, although I felt uneasy with all the traffic we must have looked dodgy poking around behind the sign in broad daylight with the amount of traffic... Maintained stealth when possible
