No response from CO to condition of cache. To stop wasting cachers time on this perhaps its time is up?
After leaving the spot and stop and thinking about it i am sure i did find it or where it was so next time
Brilliant idea for a cache such a shame that it was full of water and the log was a soggy mess. I couldn't log it
Found cache but log in desperate need of care. Too wet and gross to write in log book. Took photo instead.
Container is ok shame about the contents...
Plastic shopping bag with water soaked contents, the logbook is reduced to paper pulp didnt even try to salvage the contentsjust dropped a sticker in the bag...
Thanks for the smiley at least!

Brought a few friends to find this one as an introduction to caching. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned the cache is in disrepair. It's not in the location suggested in the hint anymore but in a similar place nearby, and it was just a bag with a very wet logbook in it. We took a photo buy did not attempt to sign it.
Pick, purred cache, very water logged. Couldn't sign log. Needs attention.

Found the cache in very poor condition - really saturated - placed a piece of paper with our name on it in the cache away from the water at the bottom of the cache. The log in the plastic bag was drenched.
In urgent need of attention. See my log. I have seen many of these containers and almost none are water tight.
Came to Woy Woy to round up a few caches as we hadn't done any in this area yet.
A quick find. This cache is in urgent need of maintenance as contents including log are saturated and too wet to sign. The lid did not seem to have a effective seal. There was no point in us placing a new log as it would only get wet too. Would suggest CO place new log in a small 'Sistema' type container as well as placing log in plastic bag. Thanks Woyboys

I hope the neighbours were out as we paced up and down the road looking for the grate. It is full of water but the new log in its bag is ok so far. TFTC.
After having to wait for some muggles to wander past we searched the tree where GPSr said GZ was. Looked a little closer to the fence spotted the cache. There is water in the base and the contents are saturated. Signed replacement log left by chippyroo.
Not the "gratest" container as far as water proofing is concerned. The contents were swimming so we rescued the two TBs from drowning and put in a new log in a zip sealed bag. TFTC.
Left a geocoin CR7NJF for my friend. Please help this coin reach it's goal and travel.
Found in group headed by the Clazz. Cache is a little further from base of tree than expected and, when we visited, cover was white, not a black grate.
Got to this one on my walk around Woy woy today. I did about 25kms. I started my search and a muggle came up to me and said have you lost something, he rode off and I kept on searching. Their was an old couple in a car near gz and I walked past them twice looking for the cache. I finally spotted it where I had gz in the first place TFTC
Grate Catch easy to find

They say timimng is everything and that was teh case today. Pulled up at GZ and had a look around with no luck so expanded teh search with still no luck. At the same time a large garbage truck pulls up and drives over the kerb to clear some rubbish away (mattress, couch etc). The truck was one with a crusher so we decided to watch. After the truck left we had one last look at the ground and there was teh cache. A couple of leeches needed to be removed. Log a little damp. SL

great cache! didn't take long to locate. clip lock bag inside needs a bit of tlc though. very cleverly done. left a tb. no sign of the coin though. TFTC!!!
Well even the GPS was playing against us with this one. Had us scratching our heads when no obvious spot could be found. Turned GPS off and tried again, then walked straight up to it.
Found quickly. It helped having seen a cache like this before.
Contents were a little wet.

Not sure how the hint really helps, as we saw no black grate. Also doesn't this cache violate the no dig rule for cache hiding? Regardless, a fun hide, thanks woyboys.

found it. TFTC

Probably the quickest caches we've done in a while. But it was a great start to an afternoon of nothing but geocaching in Woy Woy and surrounds. TFTC We left a dinosaur and took a crazy band.
A fun find. Very clever and innovative. Took - Rescue 2012 Life Saving World Championships neck tag. Left - Anchor, Bee Magnet and 1 Rand Sth African coin. TFTC
It just had to be what it had to be. Balzee hide. Hope their sewer doesn't get blocked. [:0] Clear skies.
I got to GZ and found something that didn't resemble the description in the hint, but I went ahead and checked it out anyway. Glad I did. Left Leaping Dolphin trackable so that he can travel further south. TFTC
Thanks woyboys for this lovely little cache. Found the spot quite easily and wondered if this could be. Couldn't open it and thought it must not be, but then eaviate gave it a little kick and the lid started to open....it is it!! Clever hide.
Reperio at 1155. Pulled up right next to the cache, and as soon as I saw it I thought 'Surely not'. Sure enough...it was. A very bold hide.
Gratias.
Gratias.
Nice hide. It was also "grate" to meet the cache owners!! TNSL, left Simpsons card. TFTC!!
Wonderful cache! Whilst waiting for some muggles to pas my phone picked up a very interesting wireless network....took nothing and left nothing thanks woyboys.
Great Camo! Took my husband with me for his first geocaching adventure... he found it straight away and I think he is hooked now!
Took Cockroach and left Noisy Clacker. TFTC!

We managed to park almost at GZ here and the little one and I popped out for the very short walk.
It didn't take too long to spot the cache and lucky the neighbours know otherwise I would have been feeling much more self conscious.
A nice little hide. TFTC!

First cache that Gambit and I have found in ages. Trying to find a car park proved difficult.

We decided that we needed a day of caching at the Central Coast as we are trying to make it to 1000 finds by the end of the year. We had a nice lunch at the pub before searcing for this one. Marco was too afraid of being spotted so he stayed put in the car and left me to do the searching. The hardest part was finding a gap in the muggle traffic! The plastic grate is actually broken but the cache itself is still intact - great hide! TNLNSL TFTC
Nice quick find but harder to retrieve with constant passing muggles but got there soon enough. Great hide.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Interesting location.
Had to walk around quite a bit to wait for muggles to walk by.
Sprinker mad me an location a little wet but it was try in the cache.

I had to laugh, I thought I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for, but alas the grate I thought that would be on the road somewhere obviously under a parked car did not eventuate. I was standing around wondering what the cache could be when I looked around where I was standing and there it was. VERY VERY CLEVER. Not sure if this is the owners house or not, but nice to see some work went into the cache, be proud of your efforts. THANK YOU for a VERY CLEVER HIDE.

another lunch special. nice cache. took red dragon left yellow car. tftc
had an opportunity to grab this one.
paige spotted it straight away and we had fun getting the top off, only to realise there was no pen in the cache.....
And I'd left mine at the car.
so we had to make a second trip to get a pen, and back to sign the log.
Nothing suspicious going on here, move along!
thanks for the cache woy boys.
we took a soccerball keyring and left a toy ring we got from oneo f those gumball machines..

How do we compete with Shifter Brains when he's on holidays! I had a quick look for this on the way to Point Clare, and the site was way too new to miss. There was a massive collection of items for younger cachers but I had no suitable swaps. Thanks WoyBoys for a good hide. Note that parking around here during the working week is non-existent because of rail commuters.
Thank goodness for school holidays - this makes it easy for us to head out and find caches as soon as they are published. We had this one in our hands 30 minutes after it was published (and it took us 5 minutes to get ready to go, and 25 minutes to drive there).
A cleverley constructed cache.
Well done Woyboys.
