Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Looked in the log thinking that its the obvious spot but its not their or anywhere where 5m away
It's not a terribly difficult cache to find, so if people aren't finding it that may mean that it's been moved. I'll be home over the next weekend or two so I'll check it out.
We found the patch of bush easily enough, and found a few good spots for a cache, but no cache did we locate here today.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
We came, we searched, we did not find. I note this one hasn't been found since November and from the hint we searched all the likely places. Maybe next time......
In town for the weekend so the geowife could attend a horse comp, so I spend a few hours caching around the area.
This was a quick find just up the road as it was pretty quiet early on a Sunday morning....
Thanks for the cache jakeleonard

Got this one a while back when caching with Team Young at Heart near my house in Nowra.
Once we found the right access to GZ we were soon on the hunt, only a few metres away from the cache & narrowing down just where it might be & a voice from the nearby muggle house pointed us right to the cache........we asked if it was their hide but apparently it`s not, they just have a lot of fun watching people find the cache after they checked out the hobby on the net, nice people who we`re sure will look after the cache.
Took the TB, left nothing, signed log. TFTC.

I'm from Brisbane visiting a friend nearby. What a lovely little park in the suburban jungle.

The very first geocache for my 5 y/o son and I. Keen to do more this afternoon. TFTG
First for the day.Went through a massive spider web to get to it so dropped off appropriate travel bug. Took a travel bug as well. Thanks
Quick find. Wonder how long this bushland will be here with all the houses popping up around it. Quite a bit of rubbish here already sadly. TFTC!
Several possible places for this one in the vicinity but an easy find night caching solo.
It wasn't looking too good for this one until I spotted another item nearby that housed what I was looking for.

Night caching with my caching brother..tiny patch of bush amongst houses!..TFTCjakeleonard
Found cache. May have been muggled as it was out in the open but not opened.

Difficult to access after this afternoon's thunderstorm, I had to cross at some convenient rocks and take the long way in, but at least I found the cache!
Cheers

I attacked this one from the south. My GPSr indicated GZ was about 6m away. With the help of the hint, I began looking for the cache near its true GZ. I was looking when a voice from the house about 30m away (where there was a small afternoon tea party in progress) yelled out "look to the right!". Then a young girl cried out "I know where it is! I'll show you!" But then I spotted the cache and called back "thank you" and commented about how they must know of something going on. They said they did, they had found it on the internet, and also they get their sport watching us at our sport!
Log completed and cache returned to its resting place, I commented to the tea party something of the order "this is what a multi-billion dollar satellite system is used for".
Log only, thanks for the hide.

Took the bush bashing route then realised there was an easier way !(Always the way). A house nearby is almost complete & looks right onto the hide so you may want to consider moving it. Thought it was time both TB's moved along so I took them both & left Geocache Star Badge & Cancer Council Pin.

With little to go on except the co-ordinates and a clipped version of the cache name, I was anticipating this one as being "In the Bus".
However after parking within 100 metres and legging it across a small creek it soon became obvious that it was "In The Bush".
Located quickly once this dilema was clear.
Took some stickers, dropped a "Caching Down Under" wooden disc.

Found with CorvettePete on morning caching run with Pa and the cachekid. Pete made the find after we missed it on the first look. TFTC
WOO HOO! My first ever find! I'm so excited and hooked - just love treasure hunting! Unfortunately some kids showed up so I had to wander off with it for a bit & wait til they disappeared so I could replace...hope no-one else was looking for it before I could safely replace. TNLN
A quick drive by grab, with Just a Cacher, on a run down to Nowra. After a short walk to GZ we soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache, jakeleonard
Thanks for the cache, jakeleonard
We had to drive to Nowra to collect a loom, so, of course we did a bit of caching on the way - AND on the way back!
Thanks for the cache, Jakeleonard!

An easy find in the middle of suburbia....gosh, we remember the fields that were here, when did this happen???? Anyway, TFTC
Awesome easy cahce, took the awesome fluro shoe laces!! left frog card. THANKS!
6th find for the morning before going back to my daughters new house to do a few jobs
We spotted the hide on the walk in. A great spot to visit to check out all the new builds being constructed. TFTC jakeleonard. [824]
I first tried this one last night but the owners of the house under construction were onsite and way too close to GZ... So, Otiose and I dropped back this morning before heading to work and secured a nice quick find in a spot that we checked twice...
Cheers jakeleonard

What a great spot for a cache. We are considering a similar style cache ourselves. An area that cannot be buily on is something rare these days. Nice hide. T coin to keep it moving. TFTC
Found this cache at 9:50am while in Nowra for the Rotary conference. This area has sure grown with development.
TN. Left: orange shoe laces and Geocoin Liberty.
Thanks jakeleoard for the hide.

Rock-Hopper and myself collected two large bags of rubbish around the area and fortunately there was no more evidence of uncache-like black boxes in sight. Hopefully this was only a one off event.
Actually it is a lovely area that has human habitats engulfing the natural space. May it will remain a pristine and safe area for kids to play and people to enjoy
Thanks Rock-Hopper and jakeleonard
Left a few shining stars

Wow, that pocket of bush is getting smaller and smaller.
This one took me 2 attempts, on Friday 3 school girls sat right on top of the cache which meant I had to walk away. Today I was nearly muggled out again as the new home buyers were checking the plots of dirt.
Eventually i had the cache in hand. Thanks

Well the Kalmlittleexplorers decided to head north for the two and a bit weeks of the school holidays, and returned to a town full of new caches!! Awfully frustrating sitting in QLD getting emails that there is a new cache only a few klms from home and there is nothing you can do.
After a quick stop at the golden arches for lunch, we were back on the job. Came in from the opposite side that our GPSr was telling us on this one, and managed to drive within about 15 metres of GZ.
Nice easy find. cache was completely empty bar the log, so we added some of the nice girly stuff we always seem to have in our caching bag.
T - nothing
L- Chipmunk Stickers, Card Holders and pink bangles.
TFTC jakeleonard!!

Found with a borrowed GPS and the company of 'TheHunterGatherers'. It's time I acquire my own device.
First find using a borrowed etrex, made it easier to find this one! Kids had a great time finding this one. Thanks, TNLN, 5 Out!

Found with SherpaNT, Deputy Dg & Wilbert67 in a combined Sydney & Illawarra attack. Unfortunately I again took the hardest route to GZ - I swear the GPSr was sending me to the centre of the "bush". Eventually found quite quickly. TFTC
Picked up on a cache hunt down south with Bower Bird and DeputyD0g. Word of caution, dont go straight through, ive got the cuts to prove it. Eventually had cache in hand with the dogs help. TFTC SL!
South coast Invasion. After meeting up with lgoody at the previous cache, we found our way over to this one. It was a nice bit of scrub left amongst the surrounding houses, but there is a new block encroaching on at and it was being leveled today. I hope the area survives. Thanks.

Urban sprawl is taking out so much bush land it’s good to see that some corridors are left. TNLN thanks.
We found this one as dozers are clearing the bush nearby.
Will this area be cleared also????
Many thanks jakeleonard for hiding the cache, giving us a reason to stop, the challenge and for another adventure.

We found In the bush (GC2G0W7) on a trip south to attend the Geocaching NSW - South Coast invasion caching event with Bower Bird and SherpaNT, my 16th of 19 finds and my 1415th overall find. Some of our group took the direct route which is by far the hardest path to this one. TNLNSL. Thanks for the cache, jakeleonard. Deputy D0g.
I haben't been to this part of Nowra before and probably would never had come there if it wasn't for caching! Thanks for bringing us here. Turned up and made an unneccessary bushbash!!

My sister in law lived not far away until about two years ago - place as certainly grown since then. Quick find then waited until some lads moved on. Thanks.
I was waiting for the Nowra Invasion to lodge my 400th cache, but when this cache was published at 5.55 tonight, the opportunity to beat the regular FTF Hounds was too good to pass up. So in the rain and limited light, I raced across town, to arrive at GZ a mere 20 mins later, confident of being FTF. Wouldn't you know it, Moo&Woo live almost next door to GZ, and of course beat me to it. So sorry, JakeLeonard, I'm going to log this find after the Nowra Invasion next weekend,
Thanks for your Nowra caches, will look forward to the next one!

Luckily, we only live a few hundred yards away.
It pays to keep an eye on the emails.

PS - There will be a couple more caches in Worrigee over the next few weeks.
