Please check on this one CO, as a geocaching friend was with me, has been to this cache a few times with different groups and this time around not in same spot. Could use a check up/maintenance run! Cheers
We were at the wrong junction for about 10mins. Decided to head up further and knew straight away what we were looking for! Woo hoo c
Have never been up here before so this was the perfect reason. Lovely walk through the park and found the cache in the first place I looked. There are some impressive houses round here. TFTC
Cache is back up and running thanks to a local cacher who is doing a maintenance run for me
thanks new log book

What a lovely place to go exploring. We are s lucky to have so many gorgeous spots like this in NZ. Picked up the pet rock to add to our collection. TFTC
Thankyou for the cache beautiful walkway that i didn't know existed! Getting back into my caching finally.
A quick find in this interesting area. Took the wet hair band out and left a chess piece.
Last cache of the night for us. Quite a tricky one to do in the dark, but we wandered around the maze of tracks until we got as close to GZ as possible & then went cross country. Once heading in the right direction, we realised where the cache would be hidden & it was a quick find.
Left a pet rock - a squirrel. TFTC taybee

After half an hour on my second attempt to find this cache, I finally found it with the help of my mate Reuben. TFTC, please note that the cache was soaked as the last cacher forgot to close the cache properly, but the log book was still dry as a bone. Enjoyable but was hard to find.
Did not find, as trees have been cut down etc, will come back for another try later on
Passing through on a bike ride around the East Cape; finding some geocaches along the way. TFTC.
got it this time... the count of gisborne caches not found getting lower but their quality still good. awesome place. lots of tree being cut down.
Yay! Found it and had a nice walk in this previously unexplored park. Thanks for bringing us to a new area and for a nice fresh log book to sign (and pretend that we were FTF) [^]
this cache may need maintenance as area has been cleaned up of trees lots of piles of bushes laying around was lovely walk.

Found at last with Mr Chillipips - been meaning to hunt this one for a while and now realise have unwittingly walked by many times on walks and runs through the area. Nailed at last. Log a bit damp as container not properly clipped. Now sealed and warmer weather will sort the rest TFTC Cheers

Found it. Once I found the junction I saw an obvious spot and sure enough it was there.

Nice easy cache. Log a bit wet but still writable. One latch on side of container missing, I suspect that's why log is wet. I may be back in the not too distant future, so if I am, I will bring a new container. TFTC.
evening walk with dog have been here mountainbiking heaps have been here with findar pretty sure this has been muggled and put back
cache is a bit soggy and clearly visible from the path. Tried to conceal it a bit. Very weird as I had examined the hiding place three times before and would have seen it if it was there. But back in place now.
This was my first geocaching adventure. An average find. I have taken the geocoin and will hide it next Wednesday.
Sitting right on top of the "focal point" and didn't even think about looking near it! Lucky we did!
tftc, a walk around the track is a must! new cache, new area I had never been to before
Found it. Had to look hard. Look for a focal point. Quick walk round the hill - nice spot.
Not sure if I went the right way - but it didn't take long and soon found the cache. Thanks
second time here.

Once my GPSr had told me which of the 3-way junctions to investigate, one of my young helpers had it in hand within 30 seconds!

7571 Nice hide in a great glade of gums… managed to pick the right spot without using the GPS, always enjoy the views from Hospital Hill, TFTC.
Found this on our second visit. On the first visit we forgot both our GPS and the J's Junction print out but did remember the "3 way junction". I can assure you that the foot bridge has being inspected closely and has being built very well, not that this will help you find the cache. On our second visit, with GPS in hand we found the right location but our GPS was 6 meters out from GZ, but with a few caches now logged our experience is starting to help and the cache was soon found, very well hidden. TFTC. SiLiRy
A very enjoyable walkway - thanks for bringing me here. I needed the GPS to take me to the cache. TFTC 2190
Beautiful walkway, didn't know this place was here. Got to the jn with GPS but found the cache without it. TFTC
It was a hot day but incredibly windy. It was actually quite scary under those huge gums seeing them thrashing around. Not at all surprised on the way out when there was a big crack and one of the large wattle trees up by the road came down. Fortuntaely it was 50 meters away from us.
Many thanks
Many thanks
A nice little walk in the trees. We tried to find it without using the gps, but soon gave up and went to the coordinates where it was quickly found. TFTC
bought the "home away from home' 7WED51 to Gisborne for 5 nights.. fantastic weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. found this cache without too much difficulty while biking around Gisborne... a great way to see the place.. TFTC
Just realised I hadn't logged this. Found on a family & friend stroll. All out hunt from all of us to be first to spot. Great little area. TFTC
