Tried this one again. Went right on top of GZ which is on the side of the road. Cachly said I was on it but no. Seen some tracks tried those but very hesitant after having a brown snake have a go at me at home so there out there . So didn’t try any other spots with long grass. I’m sure it’s there but not worth the risk in the summer

When turning onto their road we gave way to a grain truck. Rather happy dawdling to the next cache, the lovely truck driver pulled over to wave us past. We had to pull up alongside to let him know to keep going, he had stopped right at the cache. We also got to watch a plane land as we approached this cache. Lots to see from here. TFTC!

Slowly following a truck down the hill, he kindly pulled over for us to pass…..right next to GZ! We pulled along side to let him go on his way. Geocaching brings all sorts of adventures! TFTC.

We had a really fun day caching around Port Lincoln with ilook4geo. Some roads gave the most beautiful views of the very green scenery, the yellow of the canola and water views as well.
This cache was one of the ones we found and all was replaced as it had been found once both names had been added to the log. Thank you to wheres wolly for placing this cache for us to find today.

This weekend, I joined [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY) on a trip to Eyre Peninsula, primarily visiting Port Lincoln and its surroundings. We saw its famous marina full of trawlers, and we also ended up visiting Coffin Bay and enjoyed fresh oysters. A nice weekend with weather, and certainly a great vicinity to see.

Today, our plan was to head to the west side of Eyre Peninsula to Coffin Bay, and have lunch there. We enjoyed kilpatrick oysters (hopefully fresh?), before making our way north through Mount Dutton Bay, Farm Beach, and Coulta, and calling into Greenly Bay. We then looped back east through Koppio and Whites Flat, stopping off for a steep hike to North Block also. An enjoyable day to be out and about, with highlights being the coastal towns and views, and hills hike.

Our final cache for the day, and some nice views around the place. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks wheres wolly for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Found at 10:30 AM GAFF3 - not that the hint gave much away.
Great drive meandering around these roads with views all around.
We didn't think we were going to find this cache as the grass was quite high around GZ and there looked as though some bushes had been knocked over. However we expanded our search area and found the remnants of the cache neatly piled into a small basin?
Thanks wheres wolly

Today my car was booked in for a service in town, so I tried a couple of local caches before my batteries ran flat. Once I had the car back, I headed out of town. I found this one today, but I'm not sure if it's the current cache. The one I found had a cracked lid, the log book seemed fused together (from previous soaking) and there was dirt in it. I couldn't see any names in the log. If the cache has been replaced, or someone has left a throw down cache, that might explain things. I will send a photo to the CO.

My thanks to wheres wolly for the cache.

Hi there wheres wolly.

We found your cache **"Hills galore"** at 12:27:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 15772).

We cached around the Port Lincoln area today. On our trek we found a wide variety of container types. & ended up finding 9 caches with 1 DNF's.

Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.

Previous finders should have looked harder. We found the remnants of a cache container partially buried under some stuff. We replaced the container with a black preform tube.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** Cache needed some maintenance, so we made the repair and restored the cache.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.

Thanks for the hunt today,

Regards

Ian & Penny.

No luck with this one...Mr Bushies2 went out and looked while I sat in the wagon as it was raining slightly....but the drive up the hill and down was worth looking at the beautiful scenery. Thanks.

Neat cache on our travels in the hills. There is method in our madness. A virgin find for the Frogman and Starman. Woot, woot, woot. Yeah baby the mojo is pumping.

Man. Just a slight curve in the road and then a big fresh virgin find. How lucky was this. The jeans were a bit damp but it was starting to all make sense at this point. Accurate coords, nice big well stocked caches. What more could you want [?] Perhaps clear skies Big Grin
