13697 Located by baby&Mrs gopher in company with Team Ladava at 1050. Time for the team to get out and find some LGA's on this side of the city. SL Tnx ahomburg.
Chook and LazyAde spent a couple of hours caching this afternoon before Chook had to catch the train back to Beaufort. A nice quick find after a short walk from a side street. TFTC ahomburg.
TFTC! Came here a few months ago but had no luck. We decided to come back today and found it pretty quickly!
Cache all good here today. Nice easy find. Had to hide under the tree to sign the log and get out of the rain
It's the New Year and time to start the annual caching stats again... so I thought I may as well start the year right and get a couple of Finds in on "day one". I had been over by *The Bay* cat sitting for the long weekend and was now heading home by a different route to bring me through territory that I have not often visited. I spotted a couple of caches from this series on the map and decided to go looking for them... I made my first find in this series over a decade ago so maybe I should make 2024 the year I finally get it finished... Thanks **ahomburg** for a nice and easily found cache.
Found it after some digging. Debris wouldn't stay in the hole so I used so large leaves as cover.
By the time we got to the cache, the sun had absconded behind some clouds, leaving a lovely breeze. Initially we focused our attention on searching the wrong location however after rereading a few logs and widening our search, we were ultimately victorious. TFTC!
Thought I had the wrong tree at first but I dug a little in the hole and I signed !
Crustyvarmint and I were at the end of our day out and were hoping for a quick find with this one. The GPS took us right to a likely spot but alas nothing was to be found. We widened our search and came up empty handed but were so sure on the original GZ coords that Crusty contacted the CO to confirm. Sure enough it seemed that muggles had been at play so Crusty supplied a new container and log (which we duly signed) carefully placed back in its possie. TFTC ahomburg
Out with RedcbBluebm today, in an attempt to complete this series. Upon arrival, we had a strong reading on the GPSr, but we were unable to locate the cache. After speaking with the CO, we left a replacement container, with a fresh log sheet, and the reqd clue. Thanks ahomburg.
Found a few likely hiding spots, but no caches anywhere.
There is also a construction site neighbouring GZ with loads of building materials strewn around it, so it may have been disturbed.

Waited for a good while in the cold for muggles to leave but then couldn’t find it after all
Very easy cache
Did take a while . Didn’t have a pen ! But excellent first cache

This was staring us right in the face and we didnt even realise! There was no clue in the cache relating to the rest of this series? TFTC ahomburg
Second time lucky. Looked ages ago could not find. Think was missing at time. Quick find today. TFTC
Spent several hours searching for this one.....
....nah, just kidding it was a nice and easy find !

After attempting my first Whereigo at the nearby uni but having no success getting it to work, I sallied forth in search of local caches.
A nice quick find here before the weather closed in.

first cache that I have found in the dark. luckily it wasn’t too hard. TFTC
It’s cold, drizzling and a wind chill factor of what feels like 0 degrees but I needed a cache today. Luckily I could park right beside it and didn’t have to spend to long in the cold before I spotted the clever little hide. And the joy at finding a log book of a good size. Cache is well protected from the elements and prying eyes.

Well protected cache. Thanks for bringing me to this lovely area and play ground near by.
Replaced last week, just forgot to put a maintenance log.

Hi there ahomburg,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

After surviving the excesses of the festive season a relaxing day caching in the delightful company of echidna44 was enjoyed. I was expecting this to be a quick park and grab but after searching for a while retired defeated Thanks ahomburg
Hmm, thought this would be an easy one and looked in all the usual spots but no cache to be found. Maybe next time.
Found it! The tree hint takes a while to figure out as there are many big trees
My boyfriend found this one straight away! After taking a look inside and going to put it back in place, I found a 2nd cache! WOW in the same spot, nice 2 for 1! TFTC’s
Found it. Unfortunately it was just laying on the ground. Have put it in a classic geo hiding spot. With references to the navigation.
Found with imgeojoe, cool hide. Have left a little surprise for the next geo peeps. We then played on the flying fox.
Thin fingers needed for this one, I just managed to squeeze my fat ones in for the log!
Yes, guilty we played at the park. The flying fox in particular. Easy find. Cool container. Nice nice
Found safely hidden

Out and about doing some last minute Christmas shopping and stopped by here to pick up this cache to fill another day on the caching calendar. There was a lot of cars up the other end of the carpark but it was deserted near GZ. Mrs Pooky made a quick easy find as the new green container stood out as we approached GZ. It was left to Mr Pooky to return the cache to its hidey hole as the heavens opened. TFTC.
Replaced with a green preform. Watch for people in cars when attempting this one.
Here with a previous finder and cache appears to be MIA
Thanks ahomburg for placing the hide!
Thanks ahomburg for placing the hide!
Caching with a friend who has found this one before and was not in the same spot. Had a good look around and could not find in another tree
In the area, today for work and just couldn't drive past this one!
Log and container in good condition.
Cheers for the cache Mr ahomburg!
Back to work unfortunately
